为了更深入地了解国旗背后的故事，我们全家还一起去了一趟瑞安——那是曾联松爷爷的故乡，在那里有一座新落成的全国唯一的国旗教育馆。我真喜欢国旗教育馆，山脚下有一颗古老的榕树，像导游一样引导我们来到它的门前。沿阶而上，巨大的国旗紧紧包裹住整座建筑，鲜艳的红色映红了每位参观者的脸。一进门，高达三层楼的巨型屏幕上，五星红旗高高地飘扬在天安门广场上，我情不自禁地就向他献上了少先队队礼。

随着参观的人流慢慢移动，瞧，我们的五星红旗多么荣耀！他印在蛟龙号潜水艇上，下潜至深海7062米，在海底里宛如一条蛟龙自在地遨游；看，他陪着嫦娥四号月球车，首次在月球的背面登陆，不知道有没有遇见嫦娥姐姐？还有那一个个勇敢的攀登者，搭着人梯，克服万难千险，把他插在世界的最高点——珠穆朗玛峰上。女排姑娘奋勇拼搏，在世界赛场上实现“十连冠”，让五星红旗一次次在国家赛场上升起……

国旗代表国家荣耀，所以天安门前的升旗仪式规格也越来越高，从刚开始只有两位擎旗手和一名升旗手的3人阵容，到32人、66人的国旗方阵，重大节假日的时候升国旗的仪式编队人员多达126人，场面气势如虹，让人肃然起敬，敬意油然而生。

然而事实并不是这样，我作为一名体育生深有体会。的确，高考对体育生的文化课分数要求没有纯文纯理的那么高，但也要考到三百多分才有保障。另一方面，我们每天还要面对不同强度的训练，其实我们真的很累，多次流着泪说，放弃吧。

我们曾经一点都不爽。

每天都做着同样的事情，枯燥、无聊。面对高强度的训练，不单单是对身体素质的考验，也是对意志力的考验，没有坚定的意志力是坚持不下来的。还有痛苦的冬训，即使再寒冷，我们的训练也照常不误。那种苦，非常人所能坚持；那种累，非常人所能承受。

“十三十三，猛虎下山，英明神武，勇夺桂冠！”同学们的呐喊声至今仍然响彻在我的耳边，使我不禁想起了我们班上中学后的第一场足球赛。

那天，一阵阵秋风吹来，我的心情激动又紧张，马上就要上场比赛了。看着阴沉沉的天，仿佛要塌下来似的，我不禁打了一个寒颤。比赛要开始了，裁判走过来，把我们带上了场，给两边观众行礼后，开球了！

谁知，对方中锋猛地向前，径直踢走了球，球飞速朝对方前锋滚来，他们又一次发起了进攻。“砰！”这一脚力度非常大，我看着球飞速地滚来却力不从心，因为我的腿连站都快站不稳了，我的心提到了嗓子眼，这时邓付易跑过来用身体拦下了这个球，我的心才落了下来。我既惭愧又骄傲，惭愧的是作为守门员的我面对对方进攻的球却无能为力，骄傲的是我的队友与我配合得天衣无缝。

我缓了缓，发球，继续比赛。看着球场上飞奔的队友，那股自豪感，那种骄傲情在我的内心升腾。最终，我们不仅赢得了这场几乎不可能取胜的比赛，而且获得了三比零的优异成绩。

我骄傲，不仅仅是因为我凭借自己的能力守住了我方的球门，履行了一个守门员的职责，更因为我有一群非常出色的伙伴，我们会在赛前相互鼓劲，也会在赛场上互相合作。我骄傲，我生活在这样一个团结友爱的班集体里，我的青春将会在这里闪耀。

Summer can be very hot in southern Taiwan where the temperature usually

goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to

school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because

of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and

occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to

keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming think nothing is more

refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has ended I went swimming

many times with my classmates we all had a good time. This summer vacation,

however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. As a second-year senior student

I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were a year

away. In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time

between work play during the summer vacation derived benefit from this

arrangement.

开始几天，爸爸带着我们到世界上最大的国家公园——塞伦盖蒂国家公园——看了成千上万的野生动物，还看了角马过河。又到桑给巴尔岛看了石头城和美丽的海滩。我对爸爸说：“非洲的小朋友真幸福啊，有这么多好玩的地方玩。”爸爸看了看我说：“你这几天只看了最好的地方，明天带你去看看真正的非洲人的生活。”第二天，爸爸带我来到了住处附近的非洲人住的地方，到处都是大大小小的草棚子，墙都是泥做的，窗户也是几根铁丝拉成的，屋子里黑乎乎的，除了几个破旧的家具，什么都没有。我问爸爸：“他们没有窗户，晚上蚊子不咬他们吗？”爸爸说：“他们大多数人都只能任凭蚊子咬，所以这里疟疾非常流行，每年很多人死于疟疾。他们很喜欢中国的风油精，你可以把你带的风油精送给他们。”于是，我拿出风油精送给一个小朋友，果然，他非常开心，对我说Aante（当地斯瓦希里语的谢谢），中国sava（好）。我也很高兴。想想我和同学的家里都有纱窗，有铁门，有蚊帐，有电蚊香，还有各种电器，我觉得我的生活真是太幸福了。又过了几天，爸爸带我到附近的小学校去参观，学校的教室都是铁皮做的平房，教室的桌椅也是又旧又破。爸爸说：“坦桑尼亚很重视教育，这些校舍已经是当地最好的建筑了，但是因为吃不饱饭，有很多人没有机会上学。”看到这里的学校，再想想我上学的学校，那高高的教学楼，崭新的课桌椅，优美的校园，我想我一定要珍惜现在学习机会。爸爸又对我说：“其实，我20多年前就来过这里了，那时这里的样子和现在差不多，当时中国也只比这里稍好一点。但是，现在20多年过去了，这里还是老样子，但是中国已经发生了翻天覆地的变化，中国和非洲和差距已经非常大了。”在接下来的时间，我见到的黑人小朋友都很羡慕中国，一提到中国，就经常说“sava”。我感觉得意极了。

暑假结束后，我回到学校把我在非洲见到的情景告诉同学们，还告诉他们“我为我的祖国骄傲”。

闻一阵花香，我说：“这是我的家乡！”吃一口海鱼，我说：“这是我的家乡！”

在我幼小的心灵里，我深深地爱恋自己的家乡——东台。家乡在我眼中是个美丽的花园，人民公园里，我领略了湖水的清澈；在公园的草地上，我看见了茂密的树木；在三仓的瓜田里，我享受了香甜可口的西瓜；安丰的古镇，有着古老的气魄；古老的明清建筑，列为文物；风景如画的董永七仙女文化园，荡漾着无穷的诗情画意……家乡这如诗如画的美景，令人心旷神怡。
