“骄傲兄，别在这里‘偷换概念’，你说的‘骄傲’是另外一个人，是‘自豪兄’，并不是你呀！”我看了一眼骄傲，“事实上，即使自己孩子考了一百分，他们的父母也会让孩子谦虚，不断进取，大部分父母都是对自己孩子严格的要求啊！如果都像你一样‘骄傲自大’，就一定会退步的！”

那是一个炎热的暑假，妈妈让我先从基本功开始练起。我每天都推着车子在广场上一圈一圈的转。为的是先把车推稳。当时太阳非常的大，毒辣的阳光照在我的身上，汗不停地从我身上滴到地上，在地上反射出耀眼的光。我感到有点累，但我心想：我要学会骑自行车，我要强身健体。于是咬咬牙，坚持了下去。

基础练好后，我就开始实战了。妈妈陪着我，来到了小区广场上。那有很多小伙伴在骑自行车。这让我更加兴奋了，迫不及待地骑上车，两脚拼命向前蹬。但没有保持平衡，所以重重的摔到了地上。我灰头土脸地爬起来，看看在广场上疾驰的伙伴们，心里很不是滋味。但我想想我前几天吃的苦流的汗，顿时觉得这点失败不算什么。我又开始尝试，跌了不知道多少次。一些伙伴在一旁鼓励我，妈妈也帮助我，终于我成功了。

我双手稳稳地握住车把，两脚飞快地蹬着踏板，链条呼啦啦地转，奏出一首美妙的交响曲。同伴们也为我鼓掌喝彩，我感觉我像一只小鸟，自由地翱翔在天空中，似乎吃的苦受的累都变成了快乐和幸福。我也和同伴们一起，在广场上驰骋着。好像我一瞬间就长大了，身体也变得强壮了。那一刻，我感到无比的骄傲。

骄傲是什么？骄傲是攻克下难关的自豪；是“明辨笃行”的谨学态度；也是不断坚持终成功的欣慰……这些都是骄傲，而这件令我骄傲的事情就是——克服失败的阴影，走向成功！

“道具是两个人一份的。”听到这令人“无奈”的游戏规则，暗暗地想：仅是一次团队考验，不足挂齿也！我仿佛看到了我们队伍打着“第一名”的头号，背后是胜利的曙光照耀着我们。听着一阵子规则，总结来说就是，一个小球从管子滑落，管子两人一份，不允许掉落或逆向行进，赛道需要不停补充管子，以形成“通路”，需要后面的队员不停进入前线。那失败呢，自然重新来过。

我虽说是个巨大的游戏黑洞，但历经多次，自认为已经身经百战，早已修成正果，于是自信地上场。但是我们一开始只是发展道路的探索，急于求成，犯下了“左倾”错误，开局没多久便形成“大跃进”的局势：球体滚动过快，根本来不及接上后面的管子，那么这一场轰轰烈烈的“大跃进”当以失败而告终！回到起点，准备纠正这次错误，不急于，安心整顿。后来不见效甚至召开了“全体队员大会”，商讨过关的诀窍，但又不经意间看到其他队伍也毫无进展，我们又感到一股动力，凭着这“一股作气”，我们率先到达中场赛道，我们即使很小心翼翼，可这一刻，终究到来了——进球之即，只听一片哗然，我们的球掉落了！这对我们的打击是多么的大啊，我们直接没了“再而衰”，直接进入“三而竭”的阶段，不久我们重振旗鼓，又不知失败了几次，也不知道绝望过几载，甚至几次想要放弃。但最终，我们胜利了——属于我们自己的胜利。纵使我们倒数第一迎接到胜利的曙光，我仍然感到无限的骄傲。

这是七月里的一个燥热的午后，蝉在树上聒噪着夏天，我在街上一路小跑，打算回家享受人造的清凉。

来到一条巷子口站住，这两边是墙上爬着爬山虎的高大的楼房，我靠着它打算歇一会儿，因为不时的过堂风使我很惬意。

这时我才发现巷子中央有些不堪入目的东西：碎裂的西瓜，西红柿以及看不出本来面貌的烂水果。这一定是哪个没公德的人让它们从头顶自由落体下来的。

这时，一个女人从巷子口像我刚才一样匆忙地疾走过来，还没来得及提醒她，她便准确无误地“啪唧”踩上了那些烂水果，随即极其夸张地空中转体两周半。

我突然想到了什么，立即扭过头假装没看见，余光瞄到她一下子跳起来，向我的方向紧张地看过来，见我似乎没看见她，松了口气，拍拍衣服又疾步走过去。

我差点为我的行为欢呼起来！这极藐小的一个举动挽救了一个人的尊严！

突然，我还没来得及高兴，一个八九岁的小男孩儿风一般从巷口冲过来，我大叫小心，他扭头看着我，一脸骄傲的笑容，可几秒钟后它就被扭曲的惊愕所代替。显然他也踩上了“地雷”。小孩倒地的惨象使我的良心不允许我只是看着了。我冲向他，问他有没有受伤。他笑得比哭还难看，说没事。这样我怎么能放心？于是我问了他家的方向，搀着一跛一跛的他向着他家走去。

从他家门口目送他上楼后，我回到那条肮脏的小巷，一点一点，弯腰拾起了那些烂水果。每捡一块，都觉得心灵被洗刷了一次。

做完这些后，我用比来时还快的速度向家奔去，我要回家告诉爸爸我今天的“壮举”。

在冀州的日子里，因为隔一段时间就要洗头发，我们每个人都有两个洗脸盆。每次我们都是第一盆洗完了，因为还要洗第二遍，所以每次都是：洗完第一盆后，先把脏水倒掉，再接一盆干净的水，再端回宿舍洗。

因为这样来来往往很麻烦，有一天，我想到了一个好方法，先接满满一盆温水，把它端回宿舍，再把一半倒到另一个洗脸盆里面。这样，第一盆洗完，把盆一换接着洗，就不用来来回回、急急忙忙的跑。洗完之后，再把两盆水合到一起倒掉，既节约了时间，又省了力气。

我自己想出的好办法，很方便，这就是我的骄傲。

“叮铃铃”最后一圈啦，这时我已经从第一降到第三了，快到终点时，一个人猛然超过了我，第四了。这次连前三都甭想了，跑到终点线时，我一屁股坐在了地上。呆呆地望着冠军赢得的鲜花和掌声，心里很不是个滋味。

可是我仿佛突然想到了什么似的，站起来，拍拍身上的泥土，因为我知道，努力过就不算失败。

lonely girl?

Nowadays, it’s a common phenomenon that college students fall in love with

others because they cannot stand loneliness. In my point of view, I believe that

people with a strong will to finish something won’t feel lonely. Many people

feel lonely when they are boring, nothing to do. That is to say, if we have many

things to do, work hard for our dreams, live a meaningful life, we won’t feel

lonely. Our dreams will accompany with us.

In my opinion, I think people who don’t know what they want are lonely,

because they have no destinations in their life. They are lonely in soul. So I

don’t consider I am a lonely person, because I have dreams, I have best friends

on my road to succeed. To a conclusion, there is no doubt that lonely in soul is

real lonely.

There has been a long time since I came back from Hainan―wowhainan is such a wonderful place that I will never forget it .It‘s really a good place where gave me a rather good impression. I feel so wonderful during the journey as I have experienced a lot of things for the first time.

In January 7th ---the first day of my journey the fluttering snowflakes diffused over Changzhou. I first took the train to shanghai then took the plane to Hainan in Pudong airport. Although it’s my second time to take plane I felt even more excited than the first time. When flying I found that I was flying over the cloud of different types and colors. The sky is also brighter and clearer than that I had ever seen. Soon we arrived in Meilan airport in Haikou the climate is totally different from that in Changzhou It was warm there and we could see coconut trees everywhere.

After 3 days competition I went to BoAo where is famous for its forum. It was my first time to experience the sea and the beach in the sunshine. When sitting on the cruise I could clearly see the ocean waves pushing the windows of the cruise. It seemed that I was surrounded by the waves and the crystal water. I felt as if a fish which had been living in the sea happily. Then we land on the beach. The sand on the beach was so soft that it was cosy to lie on the beach. I tried searching for the shells on the beach but failed. The beach was totally different from what I heard before as there was nothing except footsteps on the beach. In the afternoon I played football on beach and scored a goal with my new friends from all around China. It was really interesting and challenging.

The next day I went to Haikou. I first visited the tomb of Hairui an officer in Qing dynasty who was famous for rectitude. I think he should be the role model of every person. In the afternoon I went to the geological park of volcano. A lot of stones of different shapes came into views. When arriving the top of the park it seemed that the while city was under my view. Also I had seen plenty of interesting and rare types of the plants. I also got into a small hole in the park it is said that the hold was exactly the original hole where maqma came from. But the volcano had stopped from erupting for thousands of years.

I can’t forget this trip not only does it give me a lot of joy knowledge and good memory but also it give me a chance to make friends with people from different fart in China. By enjoying the excellent scenery I think I have fallen in love with this beautiful city. I will cherish this experience.

今天是个特别的日子，一年一度的跑操比赛终于开始了，我们蓄势待发，激情澎湃。

激扬的音乐声已经响起，身着红绿校服脚蹬浅色运动鞋的我们个个神情严肃，队列整齐地聚集在和爱大道上。

“跑步——走！”随着体育老师的一声令下，比赛正式开始，目光炯炯的同学们双臂紧夹腰间，双手握拳，足跟向前轻轻一蹬，大家都如同绷紧的弓一般，一触即发，队伍如同一条巨龙般步入操场。

瞧，李晓红正完美地演绎着“行如风”的真谛，她的目光十分坚定，如同x射线一般，尽管时速快，却精确地“透视”着本班与其他班级之间的距离，她丝毫不动摇，又紧咬嘴唇，肩膀与其他同学靠得紧紧的。双拳牢牢地贴在腰部，双脚有节奏地随着“左，右，左”抬起又落下。仔细端详，她的步伐，几乎与音乐口号声完全一致。还时不时地呼喊着口号，可以说是配合得天衣无缝。

看着她认真努力的样子，我也加紧了步伐。可是，此时我的脑袋昏沉了，双手没劲儿了，双脚也已经麻木了。此时，我们大家刻苦训练的一幕幕都浮现在我的眼前，顿时我浑身充满了能量。对，我不能就这样轻易地放弃，一定要重振旗鼓，为集体争光彩才对呀！于是我又重拾信心，目光重新坚定，双手慢慢握紧，双腿渐渐绷紧，步伐坚定地向前迈进！

近了，近了！快到终点了！“立定！”随着老师的一声令下，所有跑操队员都同时齐刷刷地停下了脚步，此时的我们，化作一棵棵小松树，挺立在操场上。啊，我们真的是成功了！

此时此刻，阳光轻柔地抚摸着我的脸庞，汗水顺着额头缓缓地流淌，泪珠已经悄悄地盈满眼眶。这时，一个声音在心中响亮的激荡：我努力，我拼搏，我团结，我成功！我为自己深深骄傲，因为我是一名为校争光的跑操队员！

自我骄傲的时刻难以预见，它美的凄迷，却是历经暗无天日的黑暗与磨难的。

我本来就不是一个优秀的人，就像课平凡的野草，没有什么让自己感到自豪的地方，然而，就在那一刻，我为我自己感到骄傲。

小时候我胆子很小，经常不敢在别人面前大声说话，父母也因为这个原因和我有过很多次的交谈，但最后也都无济于事。四年级的时候，语文老师叫我们准备一场演讲，演讲的主题就是引发自己深思的真实事件，在老师交代相应同学准备演讲的时候，我一开始满不在意，因为没人会叫一个连大声说话都不敢的学生去进行演讲，直到老师叫出了我的名字。一开始以为是自己听错了，但是并没有，老师看到我惊愕的面孔后又重复了一遍我的名字，没错，就是我。

放学后，我偷偷跑到老师的办公室里问道：“老师你明明知道我不敢再别人面前大声说话，为什么还要我去准备这次演讲呢？”只见老师淡然一笑：“因为我相信你有这个能力”。

我为那次演讲付诸了心血，做了充足的准备，那一天终于来临了，望着前面那些超常发挥的同学们，我好是担忧起来“万一我讲的不好怎么办？万一我忘词了怎么办？”想着想着，就轮到我上台演讲了。望着台下那一双双凝视着我的眼睛，心脏仿佛骤然停止，我做了一个深呼吸，开始了自己的演讲，演讲过程中，时间仿佛静止了，全场静悄悄地，只有我一个人在绘声绘色地诉说。终于，我的演讲结束了，全场发粗热烈的掌声，那一刻，我真骄傲。

i’ve just been out of hospital for a couple of days. right now ，i am really fine, but without your support, i wouldn’t have got better so soon.

you know, the traffic accident gave me a very hard blow, both physically and mentally. in the first two weeks after my injury, i almost lost my confidence in my future life. it is the doctors’and your encouragement that rendered me much strength and determination。

anyway, i learned a lot from this unfortunate accident. i’d neverrealize how important your friendship was to me. i can’t say anymore to show my gratitude for your taking turns keeping me company,and getting me through the blue time.

next saturday, my mother would give a recovery party to thank myfriends. i really want to see you there. so, 7 o’clock at my place,ok?

从前有一只特别骄傲的狮子，不管谁都要听他的。

有一天狮子宣布：“所有动物听好了，今天上午之前，每人必须给我弄来十块肉，否则后果自负！”

动物们非常害怕凶猛的狮子，就去帮它找肉。终于赶到上午之前找够了十块肉，就快速地给狮子送过去。但动物们已经累得汗流浃背。

忙完后，动物们商量着要去放松一下，他们无意中发现了一条清澈的小河。大象、河马、鳄鱼立马跳进水里，欢快地在水里扑腾着。

大象提出来：“我们来比赛游泳吧？”

其它的动物纷纷响应。有的静静地观赏着比赛并喝着水；有的给比赛游泳的动物当拉拉队，他们玩得特别开心。

突然狮子的女佣——小鸟看见了，他就把这件事告诉了狮子，狮子听到这件事后非常生气，就让小鸟把他带到小河边。

到那后，狮子怒吼道：“你们这些动物，发现了这么清澈的河水，为什么不立刻报告我呢？”

听到这句话动物们生气极了，它们就团结起来，一起用力地把狮子推进了小河里。谁知狮子不会游泳，结果被淹死了。

此后，大家过上了幸福的生活，没有了狮子的压迫，动物世界一片祥和，到处充满着欢声笑语。
