“10项奖金，16种奖章，107个名誉头街，两次诺贝尔奖得主。”多么惊人的数字，每个人的心中都不经为之一震，她一个平凡又伟大的人——居里夫人，她原本可以仗着任何项大奖得来的名誉而骄傲自满，到处炫耀，这其中的每一项大奖都是常人望尘莫及的，居里夫人并没有这样做，而是虚心地回到实验室继续她的发明，并没有半些姿态，好像一切从未有发生过，而是踏踏实实地虚心努力，造福科学，造福人类，因为她的心中有一个坚定的信念，虚心使人进步，骄傲使人落后。

大到科学界的伟人，小到我们的生活，我们的校园生活中无处不应证着“虚心使人进步，骄傲使人落后。”有些同学在头一次考试中取得了好成绩之后又缕获成功。就在这时那同学便有些高高在上，骄傲自得，上课就开始走神，做做小动作，再也不虚心听进，逢人就吹，逢人就炫，自以为都看不起别人，每每老师划重点时总以为都懂，直到后一次考试成绩下滑了一大截，与之前相比可谓是天壤之别，此时他才觉醒自己有许多不懂，但却是后悔莫及……

是呀，“虚心使人进步，骄傲使人落后。”当然这不是凭空产生的，而是发自内心的虚心，机遇只会留给那些虚心向上而又有准备的人。

在这周的星期四，我们又上了一节特别的课。这节课是范哲瑞的爸爸和妈妈一起来上的。

范哲瑞爸爸讲课的主题是：我是骄傲的淮安人。他依次给我们介绍了具有淮安特色的六个一：一个人，一道菜，一本书，一片湖，一只虾，一条河。

下面我就一个个向你们介绍它们具体的含义。

一个人，那就是我国开国总理周恩来。周恩来总理出生在淮安，在他很年轻的时候，说过这样一句话：“为中华之崛起而读书”。

一道菜，那就是淮扬菜。它是中国四大菜系之一，以清淡著称。

一本书，那就是吴承恩写的《西游记》。吴承恩也正好是淮安人，而且《西游记》是四大名著之一，另外三本书是：《红楼梦》《三国演义》《水浒传》。

一片湖，那就是洪泽湖。它是我国四大淡水湖之一。

一只虾，那就是盱眙小龙虾。它是全国闻名的小龙虾，都被拍成一部电影《泡菜爱上小龙虾》。

一条河，那就是我们的京杭大运河。它是人工挖掘形成的最长的河。它从北京到杭州途径我们淮安市。我们淮安被称之为“运河之都”。

做淮安人真是了不起啊！

我们是骄傲的淮安人！

It was a fine day today and the sun was bright. I visited Beijing Zoo with

my classmate, He Song. The animals were so interesting that all the people loved

them. When a bear asked for some food by waving its ann, a visitor threw

something to it. At once I went up to him and said without thinking,Dont do

that. Its bad for it. If you really love them, take good care of them. His

face turned red and answered he wouldnt do that again.
