爷爷的花园里有许多生机勃勃的盆景，在南京小思古巷的时候，爷爷有62盆，但现在已经所剩无几了，留下的都是一些精英。我从小就和爷爷一起守卫这些植物，有起死回生的小叶冬青，秋天香气扑鼻的桂花……而其中我最喜欢的就是红豆杉。

爷爷喜欢的植物中都有一个很大的特点，那就是根粗，如果根可以用手包起来的话，是绝对不会出现在我们家的，除非是一些杂草。红豆杉就是一个精英中的精英。

红豆杉的外形格外引人注目。像是一座绿色的金字塔一样，最底下一层是圆形，愈往上愈尖，最后成为尖顶。原本深绿的叶子如今已开始发青，可真是好看极了!

“低碳”这个词对我们来说并不陌生，它主要是指较低（更低）的温室气体（二氧化碳为主）排放。在各种新闻节目及网上，我们也时常听到或看到这个名称。并且，许多家庭也把低碳作为一种生活方式。可是，在一番热血后，又有多少人真正实行了呢？

首先，我想说低碳中的一个重点：少使用一次性物品。这一点在家庭里实行得很好，可是，如果你去一些小饭店，夜市和早市，或者到旅馆，你就会发现，一次性餐具、牙刷及毛巾随处可见。服务员递给你一双一次性筷子，又有多少人会说：“请给我换一双可多次使用的筷子。”可见，平常百姓去的小餐馆、小旅店中，“一次性风潮”还没有得到很好的根除。不过，像在清华大学食堂中我就没有发现任何一次性消费品。

其次，我想说一下水的再利用。在我家里，淘米过后的水会用来冲厕所和浇花。我想这的确是一种既经济适用，又切实可行的办法。可是，在我进行的小范围调查问卷中：有五成以上的人表示从来不考虑将淘米水再利用；有三成的人表示如果想起来或方便的话就会这么做；只有不到两成人说他们经常这样做。在另一份调查问卷中：有九成的人说知道淘米水再利用有利于环保和低碳；不到一成人说无所谓。可见，目前一些低碳措施对老百姓来说只是一种概念，还不能做到实际行动的程度。

在我的口头调查上，得知一些低碳生活方式被渐渐普及，例如：纸张的双面利用、随手关灯关水龙头、少坐私家车、用布袋或购物篮购物和少用空调。而一些却不被人所用，例如：等车时熄火、水的再利用、小饭店不使用一次性筷子和爬楼梯上楼。

面对类似情况，我给出的建议有：1.有关部门多宣传低碳的生活方式；2.学校专门开展此类活动；3.在电视上多播放公益广告；4.监管部门加强对污染企业的治理。

最后，我希望在我们大家的共同努力下，低碳的生活方式能够得到普及，我们的生活变得越来越健康，我们的地球越来越美好！

今年暑假，我游了厦门，旅行让我快乐无比，那是一段十分快乐的时光。阳光逼人，厦门的夏天可比杭州这只大火炉凉快得多了。站在海边，一阵阵海风吹来，让人心旷神怡。鼓浪屿上有许许多多的美食美景，从海边向鼓浪屿看，民族英雄郑成功的雕像巍然屹立在岛上，目光炯炯，向台湾方向眺望。站在日光岩上可以观看厦门的全貌，百鸟园的鸟表演更是好玩，龙头路上，美食多多：有烤鱿鱼，林氏鱼丸，烤鱼肉，油炸章鱼须……香气四溢，让人口水直流。

欣赏完美景之后，我要去海里游泳了。

因为不会游泳，我租了一个救生圈向大海奔去，那碧蓝的大海一望无际。正是涨潮的时候，那海水冲击地面，发出了“花花”的声音。我向海跳去，那股凉意从脚尖冲向了大脑。老爸也在海里，对我说：“等你好久了！”我向老爸跑去，不知被什么东西绊了一下，我摔了一跤，不过好在有救生圈，我没沉下去，胡乱挖了几下，又游回了老爸身边。我不是十分会游泳，呛了好几口海水，我才知道，原来海水咸得发苦。于是我就向妈妈请教一下怎么游泳，妈妈演示了一遍，因为妈妈是自己学的游泳，所以游起泳来毫无章法可言，只见她用自创狗刨式一下子游走了。我追不上去，只好自己游上去，脚蹬地，太空漫步似的走了。妈妈带头为我鼓掌，“哗……”一个浪头过去以后，我的腿暴露了出来，露馅了，一串尴尬的表情出现在我的脸上。我挠着头皮不好意思地笑了，于是决定开始认真地学游泳。我用双手拨开水面，双脚一张一合。“咕咕咕”我又被呛了好几口海水，看来学习游泳并没有我想象的这么简单呀。当然学习一项技能是不可能一蹴而就，要有足够的耐心。我有信心我一定能学会游泳。

这次的厦门之旅我让看到了广阔无垠的大海；让我在大海的怀抱里尽情地遨游；让我品尝了各种各样的风味海鲜小吃和海岛的新鲜水果。

这真是一次难忘的旅行呀！
