7月25日至8月3日，七所完全中学举办了为期10天的英语夏令营活动。此次活动是由美中教育机构(esec)和教育局联合主办，由香港施永青基金会等机构大力资助的。时光飞逝，10天的夏令营活动结束了。现对在中学开展的英语夏令营活动做一总结。

期中考试已经结束了，这次考试是对于不少刚刚接触英语的初一新生而言是一次重要的考试，是全面衡量学生这段时间学习情况的一次考试。下面我主要从以下几个方面来分析：

一、考试质量分析

1.试题方面

就整个试题而言，考点分布均匀，覆盖面广，考题难度适中，大部分试题能够体现目前注重基础、体现能力的考试命题要求。

2.试卷方面

本次考试题型，分为听力部分、辨音、单项选择、阅读理解、完形填空，词汇运用，阅读表达，翻译句子和写作几个大部分，各部分难易程度不同。大部分题都比较基础，和平时的练习比较起来相对集中一些，更能反映出学生在这一阶段学习中的问题。

此次英语考试的听力部分，内容为与日常教学相关的材料，与所学教材难度相当，较为简单。朗读速度适中，对平日教学的听力训练有着良好的导向作用。但在第一节中还是有部分学生容易犯书写不规范的错误，也有些学生“g”、“j”不分，“r”、“l”混淆，因而造成较多失分。这学期对学生在听力方面的练习不是很多，除了在课堂上少量练习外，平时课下学生几乎得不到练习。

单项选择，突出了课本和平常练习中较基础的知识，学生训练较多，此部分得分较好。

完形填空，对于我校大部分基础较薄弱学生而言觉得难度较大，因选项具有大的灵活性，而学生在平时对单词的记忆和对句子的积累还不够牢，而且也没有掌握好做题技巧，没有联系上下文推测出正确答案，以至于此部分得分较低。

翻译句子，由于平时练习较多，且反复强调大小写及单词、字母的正确书写，因此这部分得分比预计要好。阅读表达学生在此题得分较少，不是多了这个就是漏了那个，答的不好，得分非常低。

写作部分大部分学生书写较差，只有极少数学生在这部分未动笔。

二、分析原因

教师方面的原因：

这段时间由于课时多，时间紧，因此对学生部分知识掌握情况的落实不够，这也是这次考试成绩不高的原因之一。从这次考试中应该吸取这样的教训。在以后的英语教学中，加大管理力度，提高学生在课堂上的学习效率。

学生方面的原因：

1.部分学生的基础知识不够扎实，且大部分学生毫无学习习惯而言，记忆知识极难，遗忘知识快，过去滚瓜烂熟的东西一段时间不用就忘了。

2.学生的应变能力有待提高，不能正确写出单词的正确形式。

3.理解能力不强，完形填空、阅读理解失分较多，不能理解通篇大意。

4.不能熟练运用学过的句型。很容易漏掉be动词。

三、今后采取的措施

抓好单词、词组过关，狠抓知识落实。在进行单词和词组教学时，首先让学生读准音，然后反复读单词和词组，并找出同义词、反义词、类似用法的词一起记。在进行句型时，以小组合作等方式举一反三，反复练习课堂上学习的句型。平时督促学生多听录音磁带，一星期集中训练两次听力，在培养学生的听力技巧和听力能力上多下功夫，提高他们的听力能力和听力技巧。

在阅读教学中，设计一些问题，通过学生自读文章找出其答案，在整体上感知文章内容。而且讲解文章时，注意生词在句中的运用、注意文章里出现的词组，注意对关键句子的理解。针对学生阅读能力差的问题，将通过大量阅读来培养学生的语感以及通过上下文捕捉信息的能力，还要注意文化背景知识的学习，拓宽学生的知识，开阔学生的视野。

不会用英文写作文是绝大多数学生的通病。作文是由句子构成，一个正确的句子需要用正确的句型、正确的词组，正确的时态构成。训练学生的答题技巧和书写方面的好习惯。写好作文，没有诀窍，只有多写多练。

在今后的教学中，我们将继续抓好双基知识的训练，打牢基本功;引导学生梳理知识，掌握语法规则，逐步引导学生灵活运用英语知识的能力;培养学生上课时的听课习惯，要求学生全神贯注，要和老师同步思考出现的问题;讲课时，尽量使用简明、准确、形象、生动的语言，坚持用英语教学，让学生用英语来想英语;在平时要通过阅读，培养学生阅读多种文体的能力，如何从文章中获取信息的能力和运用英语解决实际问题的能力。在训练中要注意方法的多样化和灵活性，同时，启发他们学会运用多种不同的方法来表达同样的思想，逐步培养良好的英语语感。在培优辅差上下功夫，大面积提高学生的优秀率和合格率。

一个十二岁的女孩，身高1米6多。皮肤略黑，眼睛很有特点，平时看起来还不算小，可一笑起来就眯成了一条缝，嵌在圆圆的脸庞上。我的嘴巴并不美，特别是说话时总是能准确地让不“体面”的上排牙齿“闪亮登场”。鼻子呢，除了鼻梁低一些，有点“平坦江川”的气势，其他的都是一般般。——这就是平平淡淡的我。

不知道为什么，升初中的第一天，我就对校园里的一切很好奇，如我以前的同桌，她叫崔蕴，崔蕴这个名字引起了我的遐想，于是我就把它分析了一下。崔蕴同璀璨，而璀璨就是形容星空的，星空就是指宇宙，宇宙里就会有许多陨石，两个陨石在一起相撞，就会爆炸，而爆炸就会使陨石摧烂，摧烂的陨石又慢慢的蕴和在一起。所以，她的名字有着深刻的意义。——这就是爱幻想的我。

我是亲朋好友之间的“开心果”，既能容易把别人逗笑，别人也能容易把我逗笑。

有一次，弟弟一口气吃了三个包子，要知道，爸爸一顿饭才吃两个包子。我就对他说：“亲爱的阿弟，你要坚持下去呀，每顿饭都吃上三个包子，我相信不久的将来，你就可以去日本学相扑了，一定会得冠军的……”我还没说完，爸爸妈妈就哈哈大笑，弟弟红着脸，不好意思的低下了头。——这就是幽默的我。

我有读书的爱好，也有体育运动的爱好，还有对乐器的爱好，如，空闲的时候我会拉上一首小提琴曲或吹上一首笛子曲。虽说不精，但也足以陶冶了我的情操。——这就是爱好广泛的我。

平平淡淡、爱幻想、爱好广泛，这就是我——赵雨。愿意和我交朋友吗?我期待你们。

今天，天气晴朗，心情也格外兴奋，因为我要去参加志愿服务活动。

下午一点半，妈妈带着我来到火车站，我穿上了黄色马甲，妈妈穿上了红色马甲。首先，我和一位姐姐被安排在安检入口处，要求提醒旅客：大包小包请过安检。刚开始，我有点害羞，声音也很小，慢慢地，我声音越来越宏亮了，志愿者协会的叔叔阿姨还表扬了我。半小时后，我换了一个岗位，行李过了安检时，帮旅客提送到手里，遇到大的行李箱，妈妈也过来帮我了。接着我又来到了电梯入口处，作礼仪小天使，“请您注意脚下安全，”我大声地说，正准备上电梯的一位伯伯摸了摸我的头，笑着对我说：“小朋友，谢谢你！”听后我心里甜滋滋的。最后一小时，就是在电梯出口处作礼仪小天使，“祝您一路顺风！旅途愉快！”旅客越来越多了，我不停地说着，一点也不觉得累。

时间过得真快，三个小时的志愿服务活动结束了，我们大小志愿者们高高兴兴地拍了张合影。帮助他人，快乐自己，今天我好开心呀！

My name is Lin and Im from China. Right now, Im a student. I study very hard every day. I like going to school because Im eager to learn. I enjoy learning English. Its my favorite class. I like to make friends and I get along with everyone. This is the introduction I give whenever I meet new people. It tells people a little bit about me and about what I like to do.

My name  . There are 4 people in my family. My father  a Chemtry teacher. He teaches chemtry in senior high school. My mother  an Englh teacher. She teaches Englh in the university. I have a younger brother, he  a junior high school student and  preparing for the entrance exam.

I like to read Englh story books in my free time. Sometimes I surf the Internet and download the E- books to read. Reading E- books  fun. In addition, it also enlarges my vocabulary words because of the advanced technology and the vivid animations.

I hope to study both Englh and computer technology because I am interested in both of the subjects. Maybe one day I could combine both of them and apply to my research in the future.
