我的腹部肌肉没有太大的力量，刚开始我一分钟只能做十几个仰卧起坐，有的还要在手臂助力的同时才能完成。最让人气馁的是有一次才做了十个。仰卧起坐的动作看起来简单，做起来可是不简单。它需要正确的姿势。我常常仰卧在床上，让妈妈压住我的双腿，让我的双手半握拳放在耳朵两侧。练习的过程中，我的腿是弯曲的。妈妈说一定不要伸直，那样会损害身体。呵呵，简单的动作也有这么大的学问呢！经过一个假期的锻炼，我现在已经能做到二十几个了，别小看这十个的差距，那可是我坚持不懈的结果换来的。

我的妹妹从四年级就坚持做，现在她能做五十个，我的目标就是她了！

说起做仰卧起坐，刚开始我有点小不情愿，不想做。后来，妈妈想了一个妙招，她把我最爱吃的酸角冻作为奖励，做好了就吃，不做不吃。出于对酸角冻的爱好，我不得不做。经过一段时间的坚持，我现在不用老妈说就能主动去做。

我知道妈妈和老师都是出于对我和同学们的爱才有这样的锻炼要求。但是做仰卧起坐的确很累啊！谁说不是呢？我每次都累得想吐舌头。锻炼是为了身体好，所以大家都应该坚持体育锻炼，像我姥爷一样，今年70多岁了，还能天天早上跑步，真厉害！对了，告诉大家，刚吃完饭不能做仰卧起坐哦！
