I have a lot of friends in Simon English School. One of them is my best friend. His name is boyd.

On July 23rd my parents took me to Beijing.We stayed at YuTingqiao hotel.On the first day,we went to the Great Wall.The Great Wall is very long and old.

It has millions of bricks.Each brick is very big and heavy.Lots of people from different countries like climbing the Great Wall.

We felt very tired when we climbed to the top of the Great Wall.

We also went to the Palace Museum.The Palace Museum has 9999 palaces.

It has a very long history.I bought a lot of souvenirs of the Palace Museum.

with his writing brush day after day. Though diligence,he became the greatest

calligraphy,finally.

Deligence helps us to achieve better scores in school. Last semester,one of

my fellow students failed to pass the Listening cours. In fact, questions set in

that paper were not very difficultt. If she had spent a little more time

listening rather than watching TV at her dorm,she could have passed the exam. On

the other hand,one of my roomates worked hard every day and got a high

score.

Diligence provides us more chancs to be succeed. As the saying goes “The

An Unforgettable Experience

There are various activities in the college, such as hiking, gathering, competitions and so on. And what impresses me most is my experience of being a volunteer teacher.

I was a freshman when the School of Foreign Languages organized a voluntary activity which aimed at providing children in poor areas with a better education. As a matter of fact, I did not show any interest in this activity, for I thought that I just wasted my time and energy without getting any pay. But finally I followed the trend and went to the interview for a try. To my surprise, I was eolled as a member of the teaching group. I became quite excited and made up my mind to prepare for the class as well as I could. I read their textbook again and again to make sure that I was familiar with the language points. What’s more, I searched on the Internet for some additional information, which I thought would help me a lot in the class. At that time, I really could not wait to give the lecture.

Fortunately, it didn’t keep me waiting too long. It was a sunny day. And we spent almost an hour in the bus. Although I was tired and sleepy, my enthusiasm overwhelmed my tiredness. 看，经过重重困难，我们来到了一个世外桃源，听，那泉水喷出来的声音就像个仙女用她那清脆的歌喉，为我们唱着一曲动人的歌。这时，一阵微风吹过，就像是另一位仙女不甘示弱，在用她的琴声在为同伴伴奏。我们几个不由得被那优美的歌谣陶醉了。

清泉流下的地方有个圆圆的大水潭。潭水清可见底，潭下的鹅卵石光滑美丽、颜色各异，有红的、黄的、绿的，就好象是上天赏赐给我们的大钻石。伴着大自然动人的音乐，我们在潭边泼水嬉戏玩耍，玩得不亦乐乎。

由于天色转晚，我们只能意犹未尽地与这迷人的景色告别了。虽然嬉戏的快乐只有短短几个小时，但那美丽的瀑布和那歌声般的流水声将让我永远刻骨铭心，它将陪伴我的记忆直到永远！

[优秀作文：难忘的一次旅行

去年10月1日，妈妈带我去了板厂峪。它给我留下了很深刻的印象，因为它实在是太陡峭、太雄伟了。

一进山门，首先要爬一段用石头堆成的山路。这段山路十分难爬，但我们仍然坚持向上爬去，最后终于看到了那奇妙的景色。它好像是一座被斧子劈开的大山，中间有一条细细的小缝，从缝中望去，天好像细细的一条线。我欣赏着美丽的风光，也为许多人因为惧怕艰难退了回去而感到惋惜。又经过一段曲折蜿蜒的山路，我们来到了杨来楼。虽然因为年久失修，有些地方的砖已经脱落了，但远远望去，它依然是那么壮观。山路爬起来依然很难，因为它高低不平，而且滑溜溜的，稍一不留神就得摔一跤。有时候甚至还得手脚并用。那古长城也特别雄伟，从远处望去，宛如一条长龙侧卧在山顶上。但是因为年久失修，古长城也有美中不足的地方：有的楼梯已经塌掉了，最高的可以达到50厘米左右。虽然旁边有一道小楼梯，但因为窄而小，而且有一面是悬崖，这样的路孩子根本走不过去，所以在台阶太高的地方是家长抱我下来的，我一边走一边想：古长城这么高，我国古代的劳动人民是怎么把它建成的呢?

这次旅游我很快乐，因为我们不但看到了美丽的风景，而且还悟出了一个道理：无限风光在险峰。只有坚持，才能胜利。

斟一碗烈酒。

今夕红日艳如霞，独登高崖，静观《三国》。如此雄丽之景，何不邀曹操同叙？轻翻书卷，我与阿瞒一道，畅游天地，展开三国之旅……

一望无际的战场上，白骨遍野，千里之地寂无人烟。你我同行在军营之中，看着人们将因战争而牺牲的将士掩埋。你顿生怜悯之心，愤然歌道：“铠甲生虮虱，百姓以死亡，白骨露于野，千里无鸡鸣，生民百遗一，念之断人肠。”你知道，战争带给人民以无穷的灾难，而战争是制止战争的最快方法。于是，为了人民的和平与安宁，你决心讨伐袁绍，平定天下。这时，你的怜悯瞬间消失，在你愤然的目光中，带着一片拯救万民的雄心。

茫茫沧海之边，伴着惊涛骇浪击石，迎着海风呼啸而过，你我同登碣石，远望着袁绍余部争相逃窜。你满怀豪情，昂首高唱：“日月之行，若出其中；星汉灿烂，若出其里……”你双手大张，捧着一杯烈酒，一饮而尽。在落日的余晖和你踌躇满志的目光的注视下，一支浩浩荡荡的大军已驶向南方。

长江之上，你我伫立战船，身后将士各个摩拳擦掌，欲乘胜追击，一举拿下江南，载得二乔而归。而你亦满怀雄心壮志，邀众豪饮，却见一乌鸦望南飞鸣而去，你大笑而歌：“月明星稀，乌鹊南飞；绕树三匝，无枝可依。周公吐哺，天下归心。”你又满饮三爵，以为自得。我注意到你的眼光，期盼中带着一片傲然。

夜幕低垂，明月当空。你我骑马飞奔，周围火光冲天，惨叫连绵，你的情绪却是那么高涨，虽身处逆境，却仰天大笑。虽然惨败，即使年高，亦雄心不死，昂首浅唱：“老骥伏枥，志在千里：烈士暮年，壮心不已。”既而仰天长叹，目光虎视着南方。在你已衰老的目光中，多了一分坚毅。

一碗烈酒，便话了半个三国。

我读曹操，读他的豪迈，他的雄心壮志。他，曾煮酒论天下英雄，“夫英雄者，胸有大志，腹有良谋，有包藏宇宙之机，吞吐天下之志者也。”在中华五千年的历史长河中，无数诗人林立于世，而他却以独具一格的风格立于前头。曹操，不愧为“三曹”之首。

斟一碗烈酒，再翻书卷，我要再邀曹操，继续没有尽头的三国之旅。

[初二想象作文：带一本书去旅行

Two years ago, I like to eat instant noodles very much, the instant noodles smell so delicious, because there are tasty flavor in it. When my mother was not at home, I would buy the instant noodles, as the time went by, I found my skin became bad and I would not like to eat rice. I felt so bad, my mother told me that I should not eat so much instant noodles, they contained no vitamins and also frustrated my appetite. I realized my problem and started to stay away from instant noodles, then my appetite became good and I wanted to eat rice again. Instant noodles are junk food, wed better eat it less.

两年以前，我很喜欢吃泡面，泡面闻起来很香，因为有美味的调料在里面。当我妈妈不在家的时候，我会买泡面吃，随着时间的流逝，我发现我的皮肤变得不好，我也不怎么喜欢吃米饭。我感到糟糕极了，我的妈妈告诉我我不应该吃那么多的泡面，这些没有营养，也让我胃口不好。我意识到了我的问题，开始不吃泡面，我的胃口变好了，也有食欲吃米饭。泡面是垃圾食品，我们最好少吃。
