(一)

每天放学，回家途中，会看见一棵全然没有树皮的大树。

这树就这么站着，挺立着，用残余的生命，支撑站立的力量。

树因为没有树皮，所以很干枯，白色的树干上，布满着虫蚁蝼空的圆洞。树下，有好几个蚂蚁洞，成千上百蚂蚁，不停穿梭于大树与巢穴之间。

树的一切营养的运输都来源于那重要的树皮。有人说，树没有树干，同样能活，但如果没有了树皮，它绝对活不下去。

那么这棵树呢?

我并不记得它究竟生活了多长时间，尤其是在没有树皮之后。但它确实陪伴了我很长一段时间，伴我走过一个个春夏秋冬。

可能只是因为讨厌说“树皮论”的那位陌生叔叔，拼命想证明他的错误，但我每每见到那棵树，总会希望它可以创造一个奇迹。

但奇迹，并不容易出现。

那天，我照常放学，照常回家，照常去看那棵树，它却不在了。

或许，它再经不住考验，倒下了，倒下了吧?

于是哀哀的叹，默默的离去。

几天后，我又经过那条小巷，看到树桩，怔了一会，离开了。走了几步，蓦然回首，释然。

或许是邻家把它砍成薪柴了呢?那么那日我的哀叹，便是错误了。

(二)

邻居有一条狗，长长的白色的毛，摸上去很舒服。

因为我也养过狗，所以，我对邻家的狗，倍加珍爱。

家里吃剩的骨肉，我总是用一个小小的塑料袋装上，带去给小狗。小狗每每见到我，总是高兴地跑来，舔我得手。逗得邻家哈哈大笑，打趣说，这狗，成了你家的了。

没想到，这不经意的玩笑，竟成了现实的残酷。

当邻居把它交给我时，我惊呆了。我看见邻居眼中的无奈与伤感。

可不多久，我就把狗送回去了。狗不但不吃东西，还总冲我大叫，害得我家寝食难安。

狗送回邻居怀中时，我清楚地看见狗那双小小的眼睛里蕴藏的喜悦。

不久，狗死了。是被邻居打死的，因为他的女儿病重，不能接近狗。而邻居没想打死它，只是想让狗离开。可狗却一动不动挨着主人的棍棒，低低呻吟，却看都不看敞开的大门。

我被邻居请去帮狗安葬，我看见邻居眼中不常见的泪光，我想，他是痛苦的。

我不由忆起我的狗，因为没有时间喂养而送给亲戚。听说够去了不吃一口食物，终于在几天后逃了出去，再也没有回来。

我想，我的狗是来找我的，但狗究竟不是人，很快的迷路，要么被人栓去，要么只身流浪。

而它，邻家的狗，宁死也要回那个家。那个家，是它唯一的归宿。

自从我的狗丢失后，我总习惯看看我碰到的所有的狗的脸，想找出属于我的那条狗。但我想我是错误的，因为狗无论经历什么，都会记住主人，它们把主人的气味锁在心中的匣里，一旦开启，便永世追逐直至死亡。
