记得有一次，有几个小朋友在马路边吵架。说时迟说是快、突然远处有一台大货车飞快的向他们还过来，只有那么100米的距离。路旁的人都吓呆了，有些胆小的还捂住了眼睛……就在这时一位叔叔从对面的便利店迅速地冲过来。一下子把他们几个小朋友推到路旁，他们得救了，真的好险啊……如果今天不是那位好心人的救助，后果会怎样呢?

所以为了自身的安全，请大家一定要遵守交通规则。就像绿色环保小卫士一样、人人都有责哦!

People always say that love from father is as strong as the mountain, which

gives us the great strength to move on. In Chinese traditional role, father is

described to be a quiet man but the way he loves you can be seen all the time,

while love from western father are much obvious. There always hug and kiss

between children and parents. My father is a classic quiet father. He doesnt

talk much, but he will never miss any moment that is important for me. When I

have performance in school, he must be one of the audience, no matter how busy

he is. Before I sleep, he will help me check on my homework. I love my

看完这个视频，我学到了许多。比如说开车不能喝酒;未满18岁不能骑摩托车;骑车时最好带上安全帽等等。有很多人都觉得安全事故没有那么可怕，但那是因为他们身边的亲戚或者朋友从来都没有发生过。都有一种侥幸心理，觉得灾难不可能发生到自己头上。就说那酒驾，他们明知道那是不遵守交通规则的，却还要明知故犯。在看的过程中，老师给我们看了两个是关于戴安全帽骑车和不带安全帽骑车的视频，我们都知道，骑车被撞，一定是脑袋先着地，脑袋非常的脆弱，可能会发生生命危险。视频中的一个人，在过马路时被车撞了，我们可以看到视频中的那个人，是脑袋先碰到了车，又碰到了地。这样撞击了两次，大家肯定都在想一定会有生命危险，但令人出乎意料的是，被撞的人过了几秒钟竟然自己坐起来了，大家很惊讶吧?为什么会没事呢?那是因为他戴了安全帽。看完第1个视频，我还是感觉安全帽没那么重要，但当老师放了第2个视频时，我深刻的体会到了它的重要。第2个视频同样是有一个人被车撞了，但区别不同的是他没有戴安全帽，监控中显示，被车撞后，他脑袋先撞到了地上，却已经无救了。他比第2个人幸运多了，他脑袋只撞了一次，可他却去世了。看完这个视频，我深刻体会到了安全帽的重要性。

在这里我想提醒大家，交通事故离我们并不遥远，我们随时都要保持警惕。

Sunrise at Sea

I would often get up early to watch the sunrise when it was not yet quiet light and all was quiet except for the droning of the ship engine.

The sky was pale with a bluish blue. Soon a streak of pink dawn broke over the horizon，expanding gradually and becoming brighter and brighter. Knowing that the sun was about to rise, I had my eyes fixed on the distant edge of the sea.

As expected, the sun soon appeared revealing half of its face, which was very red but not bright It kept rising laboriously bit by bit as if weighted down with a heavy burden on its back until，after breaking through the rosy clouds;it completely emerged from the sea aglow with a lovely red. Then，before I knew it, the dark red orb began to shine blazingly, dazzling my eyes until they stung and all of a sudden lighting up the surrounding cloud.

Sometimes，hidden by the clouds, the sun nonetheless shed its rays straight onto the sea water, making it difficult for me to distinguish between the sky and the sea because what I saw in front of me was nothing but a wide expanse of brilliant light.

Sometimes, with thick layers of dark clouds hanging in the sky, the sun was hardly visible to the naked eye. But its radiance managed to show through the dark clouds to edge them with golden lace. Then, after gradually breaking through the tight encirclement, it came into full view and even dyed the dark clouds purple or scarlet. At the moment, apart from the sun，the clouds and the seawater, I too was luminous.

Wasnt that a marvelous spectacle?

Many people have favorite places they like to go to when they are feeling

sad or bored. I also have favorite places that I go to as often as I can.

Here are the three places that I like most. First of all, I like the zoo.

The animals are amazing because some are so cute and some are so ugly! I like to

pet them,feed them and watch them perform. Museums are cool places, too. They

have good exhibits and fascinating displays. I like the works of art there. Some

museums teach me a lot about history and science. From dinosaurs to robots, I

love them all. Finally, theme parks are my favourite place. I think the roller

coasters are the best. Its fun to scream and get scared.

These places always cheer me up. I try to go to each of my favorite places

once a year. I am going to find more favorite places to go to when I grow

up.

Every year, the thing I expect the most is the Spring Festival. My parents

work far from home and they come back one or two times a year. The Spring

Festival is the time they come home. Every time they come back, they bring mangy

things to me. When I was little, they bought me toys, new clothes and shoes.

Now, they often buy me books. They say more reading is good for me. They hope I

can learn more. The time spend with them is always happy but short. They only

have half a month at home. I hope they can stay at home longer.

行人最关注的就是行路安全，橫穿马路时，要走人行穿越道，穿越马路时，养成看交通信号的习惯。同时，还要注意来往车辆，不要追逐，猛跑，斜穿或突然改变行路方向，大中城市的马路，一般都分成机动车行驶的快车道，单车，人力三轮车和其他慢行车道。及行人走的人行道。行路时，必须走人行道。在人行道行走时，不要多人并行，在没有划出人行道的路段，要尽量靠边走，这样才能确保行路的安全。

还有乘汽车安全，坐公交时，要遵守秩序，在指定地点依次候车，等车停后，先上后下，不要挤，不能在车还没停稳时就抢先上，要扶好把手或椅背防止急刹车，摔倒或撞伤，还有乘车时不能向车外，乱扔杂物，也不能把头，胳膊，或身体任何部分伸出车外，因为这样容易被对面来的车或路边的树枝刮伤，坐汽车特别是坐长途汽车，不能携带鞭炮，汽油，一类的易燃易爆的物品上车。而且下了汽车，要先走到便道上去，如果需要橫穿马路就必须从人行道通过。绝不能一下汽车就急忙奔到马路中间，更不能不等汽车开走就从车前车后往马路中间跑，那样看不见路上来往的车辆，很容易出事。

总而言之，看了这个安全教育片，我获益良多。今后也当继续严格遵守交通法规要求，关注自己及他人的安全，珍惜生命中的每一天。

There are many television programs in Taiwan today, from TV aeries, quiz shows, soap operas, movies to cartoons. Of all the programs, I like to watch cartoons the best, like Cartoon network, Disney and many others. I like to watch cartoons because they are funny and very interesting, especially when I am sad, tired or bored. I also like cartoon characters. they are so cute and vivid. We must use our imagination when we watch cartoons. Because they are often exaggerated, so you need to have a sense of humor.

Chinese is the necessary subject for students to learn. Even though some

students learn Chinese all the time, they know little about Chinese culture.

Today, the world is crazy about learning mandarin. A lot of foreigners are

interested in Chinese culture, and they learn the traditional thoughts from

Chinese great minds, such as Confucious. They also learn Tai Chi and they love

it. On the contrary, many Chinese students are not interested in our culture,

and they feel bored to learn. We should learn and get to know our culture well.

Since I go to school, my parents always tell me that I should study hard,

so that I can find a good job in the future and earn a lot of money. To most

people, the purpose of reading books is to make money. But as I study more, I

realize that making money and reading books don’t have the directly connection.

The children should know more about the world by reading more books, at the same

time, they need to sense the great joy of reading. When they are equipped with

knowledge, they can solve problems by the skills they learn, the most important

thing for them is to face difficulties with positive attitude.

Recently, I saw an interested video that was shot by a young foreigner. He

played two roles-a Chinese mother and an American mother. He imitated the

reaction about how the mothers treated their children in education. It was so

obvious that Chinese mothers took care of their children all the time and they

would do all the things for them. While the American mothers focused on the

childrens independence. They would ask the kids to do housework and when they

grew up, they asked the kids to move out. Both parents showed different ways to

love their children and their love was equal, for every mother is a great

heroine.

My Mother is a kind of gentle woman. She is always very gentle. She takes

good care of her children and keeps them all at school. I have one brother and

two sistets. So she gets four children in all. She gives us every comfort. We

all love her and she loves us also.

My mother has too much to do in bringing us up. As our family is too poor

to keep a servant, my mother has always to do very much work. She gets up very

early and sleeps very late every day. She works hard, yet without

complaining.

She is also a thrifty, and industrious woman. She saves every cent that she

can and keeps everything in order. As she has been busy eversince she was young,

she looks older than she really is. Her face is wrinkled, her hair becomes

silver white, but she works as hard as ever.

Often she says to us, "work while you work, play while you play. If you do

not work, you will become lazy and of no use to society." What piece of good

advice this is! We must worth it well and always keep it in our mind.

I like reading novels, because in the novels, I can imagine the world that

the author creates, I treat myself as part of the novels, it feels like that I

witness all the incidents. I especially like to read short novels, because I

don’t have so much to read the long novels, I am studying in the high school, I

have many subjects to learn. I have little time only on the weekends. Short

novels only costs me about one day to finish reading, while the long novels will

take me more than a week to finish, if I hang on reading part of it, I will

think about it all the time and can’t focus my mind on studying. What’s more, I

like to read novels more than twice, so it is easy to do for me to read short

novels. I gain so much for read these short novels.

Summer holiday is coming. How excited! I havemade a plan for my summer holiday. First of all, I will go to Hong Kong tovisit my aunt. And then I will stay with her for a while. As Hong Kong is the shoppingparadise, of course, I will ask my aunt to go shopping with me . I will also eatthe delicious food there. And then I will go home. I know that study comesfirst. So I will finish my homework first. After that I will go out play withmy friends. And then I will take a good rest to prepare for my coming back toschool.

自然而然，令我回想起放学的路上发生的一件事。一个驼着背，腰弯成九十度的老妇女引起我的注意。只见她那斑斑白发中依稀穿插着几根黑发，她身穿一件破旧的背心，手里拿着一个碗，瘦弱的身影穿梭在川流不息的“汽车天地”中，突然，一辆小轿车风似的驶向她那，我捂着脸，生怕自己看到血腥的一幕，爸爸猛地拍了拍我，我长舒了口气：“没事！”我缓缓地放下手，原来，车主及时停了车，真是一场有惊无险的“车祸”啊！

看到生活里的交通事故后，我的心情难以平静。“要生命还是要生意”——一个声音总在扣问着我的心灵。我真诚地劝告大家，生命只有一次，不要做这些对危及生命的“生意”！离开这个血腥战斗的“场地”吧！还我们健康、安全的交通环境吧！

经常我走在马路边，能看见横穿马路的大人们，有的是老人，有的是年轻人，还有拽着小孩的阿姨，，车道上飞驰的车，看见突如其来的人怎么会马上刹车，惯性也不会让它马上停下来，交通事故就这样发生了。其实，我们每一个人都遵守交通规则，每一个司机叔叔阿姨们都慢行，交通事故就会离我们远去不是吗?

遵守交通规则，保障生命安全。

寒假的一天，我和爷爷到健身场去锻炼身体，刚走到路上，一辆飞速的出租车把一位骑自行车的人撞倒在地上，当时120把伤员送到了医院。回到家，我把事情说给了妈妈听。妈妈告诉我，这几年经济发达了，马路上的车辆增多，交通事故也随之剧增。高平市发生特大恶性交通事故，酿成多人死亡、多人受伤。像这样的事例真是数不胜数。在伤亡的这些人中有的是正要回家过年的外地人，有的是妇女……他们的生命毁于旦夕，都是因为违反了交通规则。

不遵守道德规范而造成：如行人乱穿马路，骑摩托车不带头盔，酒后驾驶等等。一个个鲜活的生命一瞬间就没了。奶奶家的邻居就有一位四十多岁的伯伯丧身在轮子之下，给他们的家庭带来了巨大的悲痛。还有一个三口之家在春节之前兴致勃勃地乘坐一辆大客车回家过节。由于车上严重超载，在凌晨两点时，车子的刹车失灵、司机疲劳，最终一家三口都葬身在这辆大客车上。

妈妈的话让我久久不能平静，“红灯停，绿灯行”，这是最基本的

规则。每天不遵守这个规则而死亡、受伤的人，还有许许多多。有些人为了赶时间，在黄灯即将变为红灯时，迅速从马路的对面跑了过来，正好一辆车子因刹不住车而把这个人撞伤了，使伤者付出惨重的代价。

人的生命是如此的短暂，没有了平安，远大的志向会变成空想，丰富的知识才能也不能发挥。作为一个公民，遵守交通规则是健康的基础，生命的保证，我们应该从我做起，从身边的没一人做起，自觉遵守交通规则，平安幸福，人生才更有意义和价值!

i’m a tall and lively boy. i like playing basketball very much because it’s interesting. i like nba, too. there are many famous stars in it. such as alan, iveson, tim, donken, jordan, kobe, o’neal and so on. yao ming is in the nba, too. he’s chinese. he plays basketball well. he’s a center forward. he’s our pride. all the ball stars can jump, shoot and pour in the basket. so each game of the nba is wonderful. sometimes the players can perform miracles, i think.

this year’s champion is spur team. it’s one of the strongest contenders.

The night of November 12th, 2010 was indeed a glorious night for our Chines, because the Opening Ceremony of Asian Games was held on Haixinsha Island in Guangzhou. Over 7000 people took part in it.

All of the performances were impressive, but the most interesting one was Sail on Cloud. During that programme, 180 performers were hung in the air to dance. How wonderful it was! Every audience burst out praise. I couldn’t help shouting. But it was a pity that I just watched it from TV. How I wish I were there!

5月17日上午，我们一家人去参观地震台。来到那儿，还没进去呢，我就被这气势吸引住了，怎么也迈不开步。

来到了三楼会议室，

我们听专家讲座，地震台的叔叔给我们讲了许多有关地震的知识。如在地震前要安排人转移的路线，震后沉着地指挥学生有秩序地撤离。在街上突然发生地震，将身边的柔软物品顶在头上，跑向比较开阔地区躲避。“叔叔，请问地震是怎么产生的?地震后如何自救呢?”我开口问道。“地震是地球表面突然的震动，是一种自然现象。全球每年发生地震约五十万次，而人们感觉到的只约有五万次，能造成破坏的有千次，而形成严重灾害的每年约十八次，特大地震每年一至二次。地震之后首先要包扎伤口，为自己增大空间，再用物品敲击发出求救信号。”叔叔一边给我们一家放纪录片，一边讲解道。讲完了，纪录片也开始放了，

“这是唐山大地震时的——”在电视上，看到一个个村庄被夷为平地，我的眼中流出热泪;看到人民子弟兵、武警战士、公安干警冒着生命危险救护灾民，看到同是华夏子孙、同是一家人的人们慷慨解囊，救出灾区人民，我又一次流出了感动的泪水。

我不禁想到：这次汶川大地震，有多少个鲜活的生命埋在废墟下啊!在这场灾难中，张米亚老师、谭千秋老师、严蓉老师……都为了救护学生而牺牲了。最让我感动的是其中的一位英语老师———向倩：废墟中，她一手搂着一个学生，像妈妈护着自己的孩子，人们怎么也掰不开她紧紧搂着学生的双手!

地震无情人有情。风雨过后，必有彩虹!地震灾害虽然给中国人民造成了巨大的损失，但它凝聚了感天动地的中华魂。通过这次参观学习，我的收获很大，我相信灾区人民在全国各族人民及全世界人民的帮助下，一定会振作起来的!

People always say that we are lacking of the eyes of realizing the beauty in life. I can’t agree with it anymore. Last week, I woke up very early in the morning, so I decided to take a walk. The street was very quiet and there were many old people dancing in the square. Without many cars, I realized the city looked so clean and beautiful. Some coffee shops decorates so well, which attrated my eyes. The city was coverd by the green trees, which made it a green city. I liked this feeling so much. At this moment, I found the city was so lovely, I just ingored its beauty usually.
