在我沉迷于游戏的时候，我就会想尽快的把手头上的事全部做完，然后全身心的投入到游戏当中。如果是放在学习上面我也绝对会把作业草草了事，该背的不背，然后就跑去玩儿游戏。玩儿游戏的时候会忘记时间，我相信很多人跟我一样，在玩游戏的时候，不知不觉时间就超过了预想的时间。比如，我说我从下午一点玩到下午三点就不玩儿了，但是往往到了三点，我又会拖延到四点才不玩。玩儿完之后又会觉得学没学好玩儿，没玩儿好。所以，纯属浪费时间，但是下一次的时候就会又想玩。

沉迷游戏有很多不好的地方，比如说浪费时间浪费精力浪费金钱等等，所以我们现在就拒绝沉迷游戏，就算你很喜欢玩一个游戏，一定要把手头上的任务认真的完成，然后控制玩儿的时间一定要克制住自己，要不出于人的惰性，下次一定会拖延时间。
