The courses have brought many benefits to people. Many of the courses are provided by universities in foreign countries, and thus offer fresh ideas to us. Through them, we can keep up with what people are thinking all over the world. But that can also be a problem. 今天，我帮助了奶奶做家务。奶奶的身体不好。我以后要常帮她做事。这样她就会高兴身体也会好一些。突然觉得，人老了真不好。不但身体不会好，而且一不小心就会惹得大家讨厌。我又做了一个决定，以后一定要做个乖孩子。

看完《青涩记忆》这部电影后，我的眼角湿润了，我想对所有中小学生说：请不要沉迷网络游戏!

《青涩记忆》以几个不同家庭背景的孩子为主人公，浓缩成了当代青少年的四个缩影。他们由于各种因素的影响，与学校、家庭形成了厚厚的“断层”，导致沉迷于网络，深陷其中，。学习一落千丈。家庭没有了温暖，与父母之间缺少沟通，唯一陪伴他们的只有冰冷的鼠标和键盘。最终因为没有钱上网，而走上了犯罪道路。

网络这个虚拟的梦幻般的世界吸引了无数的青少年甚至不少的成年人沉迷其中，其实，中小学生上网并不是只能给我们带来坏处，只要合理利用，也能给我们的生活带来不少好处。不说别人，就说说我自己。我每天做完作业，在妈妈的监督下，上上网查查资料。还在妈妈的帮助下，建起了自己的博客，将平时写的一些文章发表上去，请大家发表评论，共同提高写作水平;把自己的心情写下来，与大家一起分享我的喜怒哀乐。有时也在QQ上和好友聊聊天，听听音乐，偶尔也玩玩网络小游戏，开发智力，丰富课余生活。只要是在大人的监督下，合理的安排上网时间，上网还是有好处的。

合理利用网络资源和沉迷网络游戏有着根本区别。沉迷网络游戏的同学常常是每天作业还没有完成，就在没有大人的监督下长时间玩网络游戏，甚至逃课去网吧上网，结果不但成绩一落千丈，而且视力严重下降。身心健康都受到极大的损害。其实除了玩网络游戏，我们还有许多课外活动来丰富课余生活，如：登山、游泳、滑冰等。这样不仅可以丰富课余生活，还可以锻炼身体。

导致青少年沉迷网络的主要原因是什么?是一个不幸福的家庭。所以我不仅要对所有中小学生说：请不要沉迷网络游戏!还要对所有家长说：给您的孩子一个幸福的家庭，让他们开心地生活在充满温馨的家中。让他们远离不健康的网络，别在人生的道路上留下“青涩记忆”。
