During the winter holiday, I was very happy because of the Chinese new year

and other reasons. During the holiday, my parents and I went back to my hometown

in the countryside in Hebei Province. I had not come back for several years, so

that I was so surprised to find that great changes had taken place in this small

village in the past years. Almost every family in the village had color TV set

and some of them had computers. Many families had their houses newly built or

rebuilt. Previously,could be seen everywhere, but now they have taken on an

Environmental problems are becoming more and more serious all over the

world. For example, cars have made the air unhealthy for people to breathe and

poisonous gas is given off by factories. Trees on the hills have been cut down

and waste water is being poured continuously into rivers.Furthermore, wherever

we go today, we can find rubbish carelessly disposed. Pollution is, in fact,

threatening our existence.

The earth is our home and we have the duty to take care of it for ourselves

and for our later generations. Fortunately, more and more people have realized

these problems. Measures have been taken to cope with these problems by the

government. Laws have been passed to stop pollution. I hope the problem will be

solved in the near future and our home will become better and

better.Environmental problems are becoming more and more serious all over the

world. With the development of industry and agriculture, cars make GREat noises

and give off poisonous gas. Trees on the hills have been cut down,and waste

water is being poured continuously into rivers. Furthermore,wherever we go

today, we can find rubbish carelessly disposed. The whole ecological balance of

the earth is changing. Massive destruction of environment has brought about

negative effects and even poses a great threat to mans existence.

We must face the situation that exists and take actions to solve our

environmental problems. For instance, new laws must be passed to place strict

control over industrial pollution, the pub!ic must receive the education about

the hazard of pollution and so on. We hope that all these measures will be

effective and bring back a healthful environment.

I will never forget that moment when I was pressing the buttons on the phone .I was entering a hot line to find out my results in the final examination of junior school. I remember having a hopeful but anxious feeling in my stomach. Kill or cure? The big moment had come. On hearing the voice say Congratulations! You come top in the exam. I cheered up. You make it! I just smiled a big smile to myself. The success really encouraged me a lot.

There is no doubt that for the youth the Internet is an important tool for study. Nothing can be compared with its convenient operation, high speed and varied information resources. I was born in a small village, so that my childhood mostly spent in countryside. Althought the condistions were not so good, my childhood was happy and interesting.

6:30，我与妈妈准时踏上了锻炼之途。按照计划，我们慢慢地沿既定线路走着。

它们就这样打着，打了好些时候也没住手。渐渐地，小黑好像有些体力不支了，它打一下，就往旁边逃一点，休息个几秒，又往前冲一下，打几拳，又往后退几步……大黑可没那么好糊弄，它紧追不舍，步步紧逼，时不时扬起它的大颚向小黑咬去。小黑拼命地躲，可终究没能躲过大黑的攻击，没多久，就被大黑咬掉了两只脚，它踉踉跄跄地躲闪着，想要逃走。然而大黑根本不给它逃走的机会，依然狠狠地向小黑扑去……几分钟后，小黑就奄奄一息了，它再也没能爬起来。大黑围着小黑转了一圈，挥舞着触角，像个帝王一样趾高气扬地走了。地上，只留下了小黑残缺的身体，还在诉说刚才发生的惨战……

Parents are the people who care about us the most. But for a lot children,

they think it is necessary for parents to give them everything. As they grow up,

they start to realize their responsibility and feel grateful to their parents. I

was very naughty before. One day, I hanged out to play with my friends very

late, but I havent told my parents, because I thought they would not care. But

when I went home, I found my parents and uncle were sitting together, and they

looked very upset. When my parents saw me, they were angry to ask me why I went

home so late. I felt unhappy and shouted at them. Then my uncle told me that my

parents worried about me so much, and they had searched me for the whole street.

On the other hand, credit cards are not always that good. Credit cards can lead to overspending somehow. People pay more than they have and then get busy paying off. Furthermore the credit card cheating happens more often.

In my opinion, credit cards do good in our life. But we should use them carefully. Only when used credit cards properly can make contribution to a more convenient and safer life.

Books are our best friends. They are very dear to us because they give us a

lot of pleasure and sincerely advise us how to get alone in this world. And when

we come across difficulties, we often turn to them for help. Good books in need

are good friends indeed.

However, not all the books are worth reading. Some books contains violence

or sexual scenes are not good for people, especially teenagers to read. While

some books are too simple or too difficult, others are not interesting enough.

As time is quite limited, so it’s wise for all of us to choose to books that

suit for us to read.

So, it is important to make the wise use of books. We should read different

kinds of books. The books that give us knowledge which we can not learn in the

class, the books give us pleasures and the books which remain us do not forget

the past. What’s more ,we must try to apply to practice what we learn from

books.

Apart from the classes, there are many activities and organizations in the collage. I am active in my campus life.

In the first year of my collage, I joined in a volunteer club. The mission of club is to help those people in need. 暑假刚一开始，妈妈就把“校讯通”的营养小书包买了回来。我和弟弟就像饥饿的人拿到了美味的面包一样，废寝忘食地“吃”着这些精神食粮。目前，我已经读完了《夏洛的网》、《哪吒大战红孩儿》、《森林报》(春)、《再被狐狸骗一次》、《长袜子皮皮》等五本书，还有《今天我是升旗手》、《西游记》、《三国演义》、《给我一个好名字》、《梭梭拉拉最要好》、《我的哥哥爸爸》、《小牛顿科学馆》系列、杨红樱校园小说系列等，这些都是我爱不释手的好朋友。

读书让我的暑假过得非常充实而又精彩。我对自己不满意的地方就是：读了这么多的书，却只写了很少的几篇读书笔记。在剩下的暑期后半时，我要努力多写几篇有质量的读书笔记。

二、外出旅游使我在暑假开阔眼界

这个暑假，我去过的地方可真不算少。我参加了阳光少年未来领袖夏令营、参观了凝结着林州人民的智慧和心血的红旗渠，博大深渊的中国文字博物馆，世界第一大佛尧山“中原大佛”，“中国最美的地方”白云山，我也去了美丽的云台山，这可是我第一次随团“放单飞”，这些景点都在我们河南境内。我和弟弟一起去了郑州市“点点梦想城”，体验了小法官、环卫工人、挤奶工、电视台播音员、邮递员、编织工人、美发美甲等职业，还挣了六十八元的的点点币。

再过两天，爸爸、妈妈就要带我们去上海了，这可是我和弟弟梦寐以求的事情，我真期待呀!

三、特色作业使我在暑假熟悉了社会。

今年暑假学校没有布置暑假作业，而是布置了几项有意思的特色作业：

1、采访录(需要采访民警或者环卫工人)，

2、我的低碳生活手抄报，

3、参加“郑州市第一届读书节”活动，

4、“感念师恩，感动创新”征文，

5、以“文化遗产在我身边”为题写一篇征文。这么多有意思的作业，我已经完成前三项，你说我的暑假还会枯燥吗?

四、特长学习使我的假期充满活力。

7月25日我参加了长笛五级考试，并且顺利的通过了考试，我非常高兴，这和我平时的刻苦练习是分不开的，我要继续努力，争取明年考过七级。我报的乒乓球班已经练习一个多月了，球技也有了很大进步，在和教练对攻时，一个球已经最多能打10板了，我要再接再厉，争取能一个球能打30板以上。

暑假已经过完一大半，我的各项作业完成的不错，剩下的时间我要再接再厉把没有完成的作业完成，把没玩够都玩够，然后，就可以静静地等待开学了。

而现在我们的学校，跟以前的比起来，可以说是天壤之别。走进现在的学校，花的芳香便扑鼻而来，让人心旷神怡。原来是校园大门中央有一个圆形的大花坛，里面种了各种各样的花，有杜鹃花、月季花，茉莉花等。校园的四周围绕着草丛，草丛里种了高大的棕榈树和椰子树，看上去整个校园生机勃勃。学校不仅绿树成荫而且还有整齐漂亮的教学楼、宽敞明亮的教室、红色的塑胶跑道和各种各样的健身器材。同学们在这样的校园读书，脸上都洋溢着幸福的笑容。学校设置了多媒体教室，使我们上课的内容更加生动有趣;学校组织了各种社团，如合唱团、硬笔书法社团等，丰富了我们课外的生活;学校举办了秋季运动会，朗诵比赛，科艺节等等，给了我们展示自己的舞台。

我们今天过着无忧无虑的生活，我知道这幸福的生活来之不易，我会好好珍惜。幸福是靠奋斗出来的，作为一名学生，我将努力学习，用所学的知识来回报我们伟大的祖国，让我们的祖国更加的强大。

I am a sophmore of Nanchang University.Now i want to introduce to you guys about my university.It has a long history back to the fifties of last century.

As it locate far away from the city center ,the most prosperous place,you may think the traffic is totally unconvenient,then you are wrong,instead of unconvenient ,there are a lot of transportation tools that will take you to where you want to go at any time.when it going to say about facilities and faculites,i will say they are excellent and helpful.I cherish friendship and like to make as many friends as i can and i found out that the students there are have a heart of gold ,and are hospital.So,thats my university,it is not the best one but i still love it .I can foresee that i will enjoiy my life on campus from now.
