寒假的时候，妈妈和我一起去北京旅游，我们从家乡东莞市去广州白云机场坐飞机，经过3个多小时，在晚上11点多终于到达了盼望已久的北京。第二天早晨，我们吃过早餐随着导游来到了故宫，这天的气温是零下4-7摄氏度，刚下过雪，但我一点也不觉得冷，心情很兴奋。故宫是北京乃至全中国的象征。有500多年的历史，红色的墙壁，黄色的琉璃瓦，总高33.7米，分上下两层，上层是重檐歇山式，下层设有5门。鲜艳的五星红旗在故宫前迎风招展，看起来庄严宏伟。随后导游带着我们去参观故宫，导游说：旧时这里原名为紫禁城，是明清两代的皇宫，占地面积72万平方米，建筑面积为15万平方米，是世界上，保存最完整的木质结构的宫殿型建筑。整座故宫都是红墙黄瓦，青白石底座，饰以金碧辉煌的彩画。还用土、石筑成了景山，山上种满了松树，整座建筑造型宏伟壮丽，庭院明朗开阔，妈妈说：“里面所有的文物都是非常珍贵，我们只能看，不能用手去摸。”于是我一件件的去欣赏，实在是大开眼界，然后我们还去参观了颐和园、天坛公园等。

第三天我们去了八达岭长城，它是中国古代的`军事防御工程，都是用巨大的条石和城砖筑成的，是世界八大奇迹之一，象征着中国古代劳动人民智慧的结晶。

第四天去滑雪场，我们一起堆雪人、打雪仗、滑雪等，玩得开心极了。

第五天我们坐飞机回家乡东莞市了，在北京我学到了中国古代的历史知识，欣赏了很多文物，使自己的见识得到提高，对这里的一景一物永远不忘，我爱您北京!

假期对我们每个人而言都是休闲放松的时刻，但是五一假期就不同了，因为五一是劳动节。虽然老师给了我们任务，让我们去劳动，但是我们要秉承劳动的精神，自发自觉的去劳动。所以对我而言，五一的假期其实是劳动的三天。

五一假期的第一天，对我来说是帮妈妈做家务的一天。这一天我很早就起了床，因为妈妈向来就是这么早就起来做家务的。虽然我不会做菜，但是我还是凭借自己的所学做了炒米饭，因为怕太过于平淡，所以我还炒了黄瓜肉丝。妈妈，起床之后非常的惊讶，我居然开始做家务了，我跟她解释，因为这一天是五一劳动节，所以我打算自己劳动劳动。除此之外，我还洗了碗，拖了地，扫了地，洗了衣服，不得不说，妈妈做的家务真的非常的繁重，不仅很累，而且还很繁多，感觉无论如何都做不完。劳动就是这样吗?其实这样的劳动是充满爱的，如果不是我的妈妈，谁愿意无私的为我们家来做家务呢?在这次帮妈妈做家务的经历中，我知道了平时要对妈妈分担。

第二天我选择去街上进行劳动。因为我们社区有专门的活动，我就去报了名。本来就是是扫大街，我以为很简单。但是实际上我要六点就起床，跟扫地工人一样，打扫大街。即使是早晨街上的垃圾也不少，随着人越来越多，街上垃圾也像无底洞一样扫不完。我越来越明白那些扫地的工人的心情了，所以换位思考，我们平时一定要把垃圾丢到垃圾桶里，并进行垃圾分类，不仅可以保护环境，还能为扫地得工人节约时间。

这就是我的五一假期，充实的假期，劳动的假期。
