Sometimes I watch TV or surf the Internet. I find it’s a good way to relax myself. At the same time it can also help me open up my eyes to the outside world. At the weekends I often help my parents with the housework. I clean the house, wash clothes and learn to cook. During the summer or winter vacation, I have enough time to do things like volunteering. 我是一名中学生。尽管学业繁忙，但是我的业余生活仍然丰富多彩。

放学后我常常参加体育活动。我非常喜欢打篮球和踢足球。体育运动令我身体健康、学习也更加优秀。到了晚上，我常常会读点书。我认为书籍是我们最好的朋友，它教给了我们许多在学校里学不到的知识，所以读书大大充实了我的业余时间。

偶尔我也会看看电视、上上网，这倒是放松自己不错的方式，与此同时，还能开阔自己的视野。周末的时候，我经常帮父母做做家务：打扫房子、洗衣物、学做饭。在寒暑假，我有足够的时间，可以做的事情有很多，比如做一名志愿者，去帮助那些需要帮助的人们。这对我来说是一份宝贵的经验。总之，我乐享我的业余生活。

However, my University life is totally different from the life in high school.I can arrange my time freely. I spend most of my time reading in the library, where I can open my eyes and broaden my mind.In my free time, I also join some clubs,where i can make a lot of friends of different majors. My teachers in University are so kind and knowledgeable that they not only teach us knowledge but also how to be a person and how to get on with others. Since I go to high school, I have many annoyances. On the one hand, I am

under great pressure on my study, I need to take the exams every month, once I

am falling behind other students, I will feel that I am not doing well. I always

want to be the best, but things cant go on my way. On the other hand, I dont

want to talk to my parents, if they ask me the questions, I will answer them

with few words. I think they wont understand me, so I am not willing to

communicate with my parents. I know I am in the adolescence, my body grows fast,

changes happen on me, my emotion is unstable. So I need to learn to adjust
