经过几分钟短暂的等待，李会山从自家田地里赶回到了家中。今年53岁的他看上去很精神。古铜色的面容、洪亮的声音、炯炯有神的双眼，都印证着这是一个精明能干的“能人”。

矢志不渝谋创业

翻开李会山的经历，可以说是厚厚的一本书，记录着他并不波澜壮阔但也丰富多彩的人生。

1973年，18岁的李会山中学毕业后，回到家乡北寨村当了一名实物保管员，负责保管村里的物资、器械等。在当时的计划经济时代，这也算是一个很重要的岗位了。在恪尽职守干好本职工作之余，李会山对机械维修和制造产生了浓厚兴趣。而实物保管员的职位也给他琢磨机械维修和制造提供了有利条件。

闲暇之余，李会山都会到仓库里，对着一大堆各式各样的劳动工具仔细研究半天。他不仅把这些工具一件件擦拭得十分明亮，还经常对其进行检查维修，有时还要对不合理的地方进行改良。甚至必要时，他还会把工具拆得七零八碎，仔细研究它们的工作原理，然后再重新组装起来，熟悉制作工艺流程。久而久之，人们发现，被他捣鼓过的工具变得更精巧实用，用着也更得心应手。而这一切都为他后来的人生经历打下了良好的基础。

How time flies! It has been about two years since I came to the University of Education. Every coin has two sides. On the one hand, I am quite satisfied with my university life. On the other hand, life in my university is not as satisfactory as what we had expected.

University is not only a place where you can learn something useful from textbooks, but also a place where you can improve your ability to communicate with others.

During the year university study, I can not only acquire a lot of book learning, but also foster various abilities. All types of extracurricular activities such as sports meets, speech contests, different social gatherings and traveling provide opportunities to make friends, many of these friendships may last a long time. I like talking and playing with others, so I own many friends. Sometimes I feel lonely, angry and also homesick. But fortunately I own these good friends. They helped me spend these sad days. 你也许会抱怨，抱怨生活为什么会有诸多的不顺，不如意。但是也请你静下心来想一想，其实不顺也有他存在的价值，当你战胜了困难时，那感觉你不觉得像是在大汗淋漓之后一阵微风吹拂而过的幸福吗?凉爽，惬意。或许当你再次回忆之时，还会有大梦初醒，魇犹在的感觉。那是成功的感觉，是战胜困难之后的幸福之感。

真正的生活绝对不是一帆风顺的，他总是会有这样那样的意外。或许在你干某一件事时，会有一盆水浇下来。但那又有何妨。你不如试着做的更好。即使你不可能做的更好，你也不可以因此而一蹶不振。即使有些水太凉了，凉的你过后都不想也不敢回忆那滋味，你也不能，绝对不能。

我记得有一首诗：“人有悲欢离合，月有阴晴圆缺”这便很好的诠释了生活。生活不会完美，纵有失败，纵有烦恼，纵有不顺，但也有成功，有快乐。生活就是这样，可以让你哭，但也可以让你笑。而我们就在这里成长，感悟一切。

既然如此，就做一个真实的自己。用心生活，用乐观诠释生活。

以真实的自己，生活在真实的生活中。或许会在你回忆当初的自己时，唤起你思绪的百般依恋，撞击你心灵的再次震荡。不忘初心，方得始终。

For most university students, dormitory life is a new experience. Most students have never lived far away from their parents before coming to university. They have always had their parents to depend on for advice and guidance, and when they become university students, their lives begin to change.

There are striking difference between home life and dormitory life. Student must begin to be responsible for their own action. They must depend on themselves to get up in the morning on, time for class, to eat properly, to keep their clothes and themselves clean ,and to set aside an appropriate amount of time for study and relaxation. They must also learn to take care of their money, making sure to preserve enough for both necessities and for fun.

In general, there are both good and bad points about life in student dormitory. Often, dormitory?rooms are small and crowded. This lack of space can limit ones privacy and make it?difficult for students to concentrate on their studies. On the other hand, in a dormitory, student have a great deal more freedom than?they might have at home. They can act according to their own will and desire than to that of parents.

曾经有人告诉过我;不论今天如何，明天太阳依然升起。是啊，正如汪国真所写的那样“只要春天还在，我们就不会悲哀，纵使黑暗吞噬一切，太阳还可以重新回来;只要生命还在我就不会悲哀。纵使陷身茫茫沙漠，还有希望的绿洲存在;只要明天还在，我就不会悲哀，冬雪终会悄悄融化，春雷定将滚滚而来。”面对挫折，我们只有坚持才能看到属于每个人的彩虹。”

一粒渺小，微不足道的沙子要想变成一颗美丽而又价值连城的珍珠就要在贝壳中经历生于死的磨难，他们何尝不想和其他沙子一样每天只做好自己分内的事。”可他们如果想成功，想改变自己平庸的一生就要经历磨难、经历挫折，之后才能迎来自己的“彩虹”。《丑小鸭》的故事我想大家肯定都听过，丑小鸭刚被生下来的时候，丑陋，矮小，没有人喜欢它，它的同伴排挤它，甚至把它赶走，让它一个人在外经历磨难，可它并没有放弃，它经历了磨难后成为了人人喜爱的白天鹅。

“不经历风雨，怎能见彩虹”这句话说的就是这个道理，就拿我们的军训来说，很多同学都说太苦太累，可我们从另一个角度来想，我们军训是苦是累，可我们还是坚持到了最后，感受到了成功的喜悦。

人生不可能一帆风顺，我们没法选择生命的长度却可以决定它的深度，也许人都是这样被击倒的，一辈子便想赖着，等着，靠着，混着，殊不知这个时候也许只需要你坚持走过这一个十字路口，拐个弯，那便是另一番新天地，不要让别人定你的人生。不要让失败挡住你的去路，不要让挫折毁了你，对梦想的追求，当你坚持选择了别人不能坚持的追求，当你坚持选择了别人不能坚持的路时，当你吃过别人不能吃的苦时，你会庆幸当初自己的选择。

In the weekend,I like to go shopping with my mother.We buy a lot of things,I choose all kinds of snacks,such as candy,milk,sometimes my mother protects

me buying too much candy,she says it will do harm to my health.Though I am not happy,I accept it.Going shopping with my mother makes me so happy.
