When I run on the football field, I can put the examination thing off my mind for a while, only sweat and laugh left. It is a good exercise for health and a good way to relax from the busy study too.

端午节，我就想起一首儿歌“五月五，是端阳。插艾叶，带香囊。吃粽子，撒白糖。龙舟下水喜洋洋。”一曲简单的儿歌就道出我国两千多年的传统节日——端午节。一到端午这一天全国各地的人们都要吃粽子，赛龙舟。

在我的家乡也一样，每到这一天，家家户户都忙得不亦乐乎，大家都在为过节准备。端午节的前两天，就看到奶奶，去市场买粽叶，糯米，回到家以后，奶奶先把粽叶放到一个盆子里，用水浸泡，使它变柔软，然后把糯米洗净，用水浸泡，经过一段时间的浸泡后，奶奶开始包粽子了。

首先先拿起一片粽叶，把它卷成一个椎体，然后再把糯米填到这个椎体李，填满以后，用其余的粽叶把它紧紧的裹住，接着用麻线把它困起来，奶奶就像这样一个一个的包着，不一会，一串粽子就包好了。终于到了端午这一天，妈妈一早就出去买菜了，奶奶从冰箱里取出之前包好的粽子，放到锅里开始煮，妈妈不久也回来了，这时妈妈拿出在市场买的艾叶，把它挂在门上面，然后准备菜肴。

经过了一天的准备，我们的晚餐开始了，我们一家人围坐在饭桌前，为先人屈原祈祷后开始用餐，这是电视里也在播放赛龙舟的画面，我不由得想起屈原，希望他能听到我们的祈祷，不会刚到寂寞。

端午节是我们中国人两千多年的传统节日，他的延续不仅是龙的节日，还是一种精神的延续。
