我们班是学校历史上最乱的班，初一、初二的英语课就像一张大大白纸上的斑斑点点，零碎得近乎空白。初三伊始，学校大扫除，我们班只有几个人在打扫，大多都溜去玩了。我和同桌在走廊上游荡着，突然被一位老师叫住：“喂，你们两个来，你来倒茶水，你来倒垃圾桶。”“不要，不干。”我说。他喊道：“Go，I’myourEnglishteacher。”这就是我们所等待的英语老师？那天下午我们班里议论纷纷：这个英语老师能管住我们吗？我们初三的英语课还会是空白吗？

答案是我们初三的英语课是满满的五彩斑斓，没有斑点的空白。我们全级有9个班，我们班的英语成绩一直稳居第9名。而这位英语老师一接手，第一次考试时我们就考了个中等，第一次脱掉了第9名的帽子。

我们英语每天总是穿得整整齐齐的，头发丝毫不乱，着哩水喷得满头油亮油亮的。他总是最后到校，最早离开，戴着一副墨镜忽忽地开着摩托车匆匆来、匆匆去。走路时也是忽忽匆匆的，昂头直腰，大步直迈。

开学不久，我跟同桌想请他帮我们补习。第一次英语考试我们考了八、九名，我们连连说这个成绩好――若是考差了，他会不补；若是了，又会说不用补。我们找他谈了以后，他竟说：“不要，我从来都不帮人补习，我最讨厌补习这玩意了，不要！”我和同桌纳闷了好久：这样强劲优秀的英语老师竟然没帮人补习过。殊不知，更纳闷的还在后头，他很不喜欢学生课后问他问题。被学生缠得没法了，有一次他干脆在课堂上宣布：“你们不要老是来问我一些乱七八糟的问题，我最讨厌这个了。别的老师都喜欢屁股后面跟着一大串学生，我最讨厌这些，上课有听就够了，不要再来问我。”话音未落，我们面面相觑，半张着嘴巴，都愣住了。而最后证明我们英语是对的，他的课堂足以让我们不用问问题。

确实，这是一个极具个性的英语老师。

九月的课堂闷热得吓人，一到下午那就更难难熬了。一天下午上课前，我们英语站在讲台上，仰头望着风扇，皱着眉头，手还在不断地扇凉。过了会儿，他把朝向他的窗都打开了，但眉头依然皱着。忽的一声，他又匆匆地不见了人影。一会，只见他一手提着一把立地大风扇，一手抓着一把大交椅，身后还叫个学生帮他捧着一杯柠檬茶。我们全班都傻了眼，不时地听到有人在说：“这……这是老师吗？怎么会有这么个性的老师？”然后呢，我们英语就坐在大交椅上，吹着大风扇，喝着柠檬茶，心满意足地讲起课来。

学生自然是很尊重他的，其他的老师也是，他说什么就是什么，就连我们那让人不寒而栗的杨校也得让他三分。他跟好的学生没啥话谈，倒是跟那些调皮捣蛋的很谈得来。哪一班谁谁谁捣蛋了，他就找谁谁谁去喝茶聊天。他总是站在理字上，也不得不尊重他。有一次录音机坏了，他气得半死，说公物怎能破坏，东西怎能不打紧，越说越气，最后竟然把书一摔，说：“不上课了，学什么书，学做人好了。”后来有一次他看见粉笔头乱七八糟地散在地上，也气得摔书不上课。

我们英语人有个性，课也有个性。课前唱歌的时候，他竟点起歌来，说：“停停停，别唱这个，唱刘欢的什么‘心不在’，什么‘重头再来’那首来我听。”我们不会唱，他皱了眉说：“哎哟，那么好听的歌怎么不会呢？”接着指着指挥员说：“你，下课去7班学唱这首歌，以后我来了你们就唱给我听。”过后有的老师听说了这事，禁不住大笑起来说：“哈……王老师就是这样，真性情！”

到了复习期间，他大步迈上讲台，把手在半空中一挥，喊道：“来，我们的口号是……”全班一起大喊：“用声音唤起记忆！”感觉，就像在上幸运52一样。

初三即将结束时，他不经意间说起：“老师扮小丑，拼命逗笑，只为了让你们记得更深。”我当时低着头，红了眼圈。在每一次笑声的背后，我们学到了很多，而老师付出了很多很多。他说：“我自认对得起我的教学，你们想想，老师什么时候在课堂上讲错一个字。”真的没有，他从来没有口误，从没说错过一个字，那，精神该多么集中啊。

上学期，有一次我早早地回家，遇见了他，没变，我们英语还是穿得整整齐齐，头发丝毫不乱，着哩水喷得满头油亮油亮的。戴着一副墨镜忽忽地开着摩托车。我惊喜地大叫：“啊，老师！”他一忽而过，也来不及听见。

后来，我梦到了他，也没变，还是在上那么个性的课堂，我还是他的学生，幸福地听着“哎哟哟，这是个黑面鬼，得注意咯……学英语呢，就得这样，我们不但要有激情，还要有表情……来，我们的口号是……”

[关于我的初三英语老师的作文

我的英语老师是罗老师，她有一头齐肩的黑发，年纪稍长，眼睛很小，一笑就看不见了。所以她被尊称为“眯眯眼”老师。靠近她，你能闻到淡淡的茉莉花香。

她很机智、幽默。有一次，我们在抄家庭作业，教室里十分安静，就连一根针掉在地上都能听得见。罗老师又口头布置一项作业：“抄写第四单元E部分短语，”老师话还未说完，同学们开始抱怨：“啊？”“怎么啦？”老师问道。有一个嘴特别快的同学大声说：“十遍！”他正儿八经地扮起老师，布置了作业，只见他满脸得意地笑着。

同学们皱着眉头，眼睛齐刷刷地指着他：“你！”又转向老师：“老师，少点吧！”

这时，罗老师眯着眼睛对那位假扮老师的同学说：“好！你一个人抄十遍，其他的人只用抄一遍！”结果那位同学的笑脸瞬间变成了“苦瓜”脸，笑容立刻转移到我们的脸上了。

罗老师不仅幽默、风趣，还十分严厉。又到周一早上了，糟了，我忘了带英语作业。英语课上，我一直忐忑不安，害怕老师发现后会批评我。我和同学一起看他的作业，刚开始还是很平静，我多么希望能一直平静下去，但“平静”还是被打破了。老师来到了我的身旁，脸上露出严厉的神情：“你们谁没带作业？”我胆怯地说：“是我！”我的声音很小，说完便低下了头。罗老师对我说：“下课去我的办公室！”语气是不容置疑的。

下课了，我是一步一步地挪去办公室的，已经做好了挨批评的准备。可谁知，老师并没有骂我，而是心平气和地对我说：“凡事预则立，不预则废。你一到学校就得呆上一周，所以你需要整理好每一件物品，这是习惯问题。”老师的话语像烙印一样刻在了我的心里。我向老师承认了错误，老师微笑地看着我，我知道这是一种信任。那一刻，我闻到了老师办公室里淡淡的茉莉花香，一盆茉莉花在老师的桌前静静地开放。从那以后，我没有再将作业落在家里。

又到茉莉花开的日子了，看到这一朵朵洁白的小花，我的眼前就能浮现出罗老师亲切的笑脸。

我还记得，四年级刚来思源学校读书，是麦老师教我们英语，当她走进教室的一刹那，全班人用期待的目光投向麦老师：她穿着一身碎花长裙，当我望着她那慈爱的眼神，感觉麦老师的眼睛会说话一样，她的眼睛好像对我说：“你好，同学！我是你们的英语老师。”

她长着一双可以说话的眼睛，头发乌黑光亮，眼睛可以称得上“火眼金睛”，不管是谁在吵闹，她都能一一叫出名字！我们很怕她，但是她的声音很温柔。麦老师虽然抓到了那些捣乱的男同学，但是没有打骂他们，而是低声的说：“下次还犯吗？能做到的同学回座位坐好，做不到的同学站一节课。”那几个同学异口同声的说：“老师，下次不犯了！”同学们都一一回到座位坐好，并且不发出一丝声响。

麦老师知道我请了一个星期的假，怕我跟不上，很多课间活动麦老师都叫我，不会的题她会耐心给我讲解。

我喜欢上麦老师的课，最喜欢英语晚修课，因为麦老师会来班上。麦老师是我到思源学校以后最喜欢的一位老师，我恨不得一个星期的课和晚修都是麦老师的。她讲课很有趣，课上会做一些小游戏，麦老师的课堂同学们都会积极举手回答问题。我就奇怪了，为什么别的课我就不爱举手呢？而到了她的课大家都很活跃！我已经有了答案。因为我们喜欢麦老师，所以我们喜欢英语课。

但是今年麦老师请了很长的假，也不知道麦老师干嘛去了，我觉得麦老师很可能已经辞职了。不可能！麦老师不可能辞职的！我很想念您，麦老师，我看不到你那会说话的眼睛就会很不舒服，麦老师，你快点回来吧！
