通过看电视和上网我知道了从事煤矿行业的人群中有一种常见的职业病，叫做煤肺病。煤肺病常常危急矿工的身体健康，甚至生命，所以请你下井时切忌要戴防尘口罩，不要为了图省事而伤害自己的身体。还有，要少抽烟，关爱自己和家人的健康。抽烟多了也伤肺。租住的窑洞本来通风就不好，加上孩子小支气管脆弱，每年天气最热和最冷的时候都会发病，每次吊针都要好几天，每次都说会改可总会有忘记的时候，这也是让我最头疼的事。

井下作业不同于地面，一个小小的疏忽和失误就有可能造成无法挽回的严重后果，所以每次下班后我都会嘱咐你多休息。你用并不宽厚的肩膀撑起了我们的家，所以我并不要求你干家务活，只希望你能多休息，保持充足的睡眠，只有充足的睡眠才能有充沛的体能去迎接次日的工作。

Tian Quan is also famous for it’s culture of tea. In summer , the farmers

work on the tea plantations, you will regard it as a lively picture. If you have
