《我学会了做冰点草莓》

冰点草莓，是夏季限定的特别美食，此物只应天上有，人间难得几回尝。就在上周，嘴馋的我就缠着妈妈来教我做这道夏季美食。

草莓去蒂，清洗之后，开始撒白糖。等待着白糖完全被草莓吸收，就可以下入锅中，慢慢地、小心地推动，锅中出现白色泡沫的时候，开小火慢慢熬煮，等汤汁变成深红色时，就可以关火了。这个时候，准备一个盒子，把草莓倒进去，让它静置个几分钟，再放进冰箱冷冻。
