今天，我在二姨妈家学会了剥毛豆。

毛豆一个个都装着“毛衣”。肚子有大有小有多又少，而且他们的“毛衣”好硬，我大约10秒才剥好一个。

我首先把毛豆拽断，然后用力一捏，毛豆就出来了。剥的时候，我惊奇的发现，一颗毛豆发芽了，还有一颗长得不是扁扁的，而是一个三角形的。不知道这是为什么呢？我一直在用尽脑汁思考这个问题。听二姨妈说，黑色的毛豆是虫蛀过的，是无法使用的。果然，我在许多黑色毛豆上找到了虫咬过的牙印，甚至还找到一个虫子。

这一次经历让我明白了：人生有许多有趣的秘密是要自己亲自动手，才能够发现的。

通过幼儿园组织师德师风教育学习，我简单得谈谈以下几点体会：

第一，情系幼儿，像母亲一般爱每个孩子。幼儿教育的对象都是3—7岁的孩子，他们幼小，像刚出土的嫩苗，需要“园丁”的呵护和培养。关爱每个孩子。其一，关心他们的生活;其二，熟悉孩子们的基本情况;其三，平等对待每个孩子。

第二，运用多元智能理念，在教育过程中，要开发孩子多方面的智力，根据孩子的具体情况而把教学具体化。幼儿教师的标准是：平易近人、严中带慈、公平待人。严厉并不是苛刻，老师也是有七情六欲的，教师对幼儿尊重。

第三，在教育过程中，不断丰富自身学识，努力提高自身能力、业务水平，高度的事业心、责任心、爱岗敬业。坚持“一切为了孩子，为了孩子的一切”，与每一个孩子建立平等、和谐、融洽、相互尊重的关系，关心每一个孩子，尊重每一个孩子的人格，努力发现和开发每一个孩子的潜在优秀品质，正确处理教师与孩子家长的关系。贯彻《幼儿教育新纲要》的思想，坚持以人为本，终身教育的理念，使幼儿获得终身受益的品质和良好的个性，态度，能力等。

第四，塑造师德风范，潜心练功。“给孩子一杯水，教师本身应该有一桶水”，此话很有道理。在幼儿教育中，我感到在孩子们眼中，教师是一个完美无缺的人物，是最可值得依赖的人，你的投手举足，都潜移默化地影响孩子们，孩子从教师身上看到无私奉献，孜孜不倦追求精神，看到社会的形象，师德不只是学识问题，更是塑造良好教师形象的问题。因此对于师德除了要深刻认识其重要性，更关键就是如何去提高自己的师德。

本人结合自己的情况，下决心就以下两方面提高修养。

首先，严以律己，注重言行。为人师表，坚持严以律己，增强自身的自控能力，控制自己的情绪，始终保持良好、平和的心境，精神饱满地投入工作，要把自己看作既是个普通的人，又是个教育者，到了幼儿园就应该把属于个人一切不快和烦恼留在门外，言谈应该和颜悦色，循循善诱，举止应该优美文雅，体现心灵之美，自己的穿着应该朴素大方得体，符合幼儿的审美情趣。

其次，培养良好的内在素养。天生丽质固然能给人以美感，使人愉悦，但是作为一名幼儿教师更重要的是塑造幼儿的内在修养，这样教师本人的学识和内在素养就显得格外重要。教师的一言一行深刻的影响着每一个幼儿。

通过师德师风的学习，在以后的工作中我要更进一步认真学习贯彻纲要精神，遵循幼儿教育心理规律以及幼儿身心发展的特点，努力做好教育工作。

Today was the first day of my new life. I looked at my new books and

checked everything for the new school year. I was excited as well as

worried.

Entering new school, I was curious about everything, new classrooms, new

“开饭了!”只听见饭厅传来了响亮的喊声，“大厨们”端上来的菜又一次吸引了我的眼球。金黄诱人的鱼代表着“年年有余”;香喷喷的猪嘴巴和猪尾巴代表着“有头有尾”;鲜嫩美味的鸡肉、鸭肉代表着“生活富足”;香甜软糯的汤圆代表着“团团圆圆”。中国人过年，这饭桌上的美味不仅种类繁多，还有着深厚的含义呢!

《我学会了滑雪》

从小到大，随着年龄的增长，我学会了不少的技能：洗碗、冲浪、滑板、网球等等。而上一次寒假，我就和我的好朋友徐习皓一起去大明山学习滑雪了。

去到滑雪场，我迫不及待地换上了衣服，穿上雪鞋，拿上板，走向雪场。因为装备太重了，我走路一步三摇，踉踉跄跄就像一只大笨熊，路上还摔了一下。

坐着滑雪场的魔毯来到了雪场的最顶上，我从上面往下看，哇!坡又长又陡，让人不禁害怕，我心中直打退堂鼓。教练好像看穿了我的心思，说：“这坡看起来很陡，但这只是一种错觉，实际一点也不陡。”我听了，还是很害怕，但依然穿上了滑雪板，开始往下滑。刚滑了一米不到，我就摔倒了，再滑再摔倒。这时，我后面一个人以飞快的速度向下滑去，还在空中做了一个后空翻，我羡慕极了，心想：“我也一定要达到他那么厉害!”这时，教练在后面说：“滑雪时要弯腿，保持重心，控制住方向。”我听后，再次站起来，准备继续滑，我双腿微微弯曲，目视前方，控制着速度，滑动起来时，速度不快也不慢，刚刚好。我得意极了，在滑时摆了一个帅气的姿势，没想到这时，从我后面滚来了一个“人肉炸弹”，把我给撞倒在地，真是乐极生悲啊!我又站起来，开始往下滑，这次我安全又快速地滑到了终点，我开心极了，教练也赶紧给我拍照记录了这一瞬间。

Skipping class is very common on college. Some students skip classes because they think that some courses are boring and useless. However, in my opinion, there are always something value in each course we can learn.

For one thing, each course has its knowledge we need to learn. And knowledge between different courses is usually connected with each other. If we skip a class, we will find it difficult to connect knowledge together. For another, we can learn something from the teacher of each course. Each teacher has his or her characteristics and holds different view towards matters. Through attending classes of different teachers, we can not only broaden our horizon but also draw lessons from various methods of thinking and find out different ways to solve problems. Mid-autumn Day is more or less like Spring Festival. It falls on the 15th

Today I am very happy, because today is not only "38" womens day, but also

my mothers birthday.

Early in the morning I thought, what to do for my mother? I thought to

myself, I didnt think of a way, so I went to ask dad. Dad said, "you can make

her a card or do something for her." So I decided to make her a card. I took out

a small piece of cardboard and wrote, "happy holidays and good health." Well, I

put the CARDS in my room.

I went out to help my mother mop the floor, my mother said in surprise:

Cell phone seems to be one of the most important inventions of 20 century.

Using cell phones to surf the Internet has become quite common in our daily

lives. Cell phone has exceeded its original function such as making phones calls

or sending message. Its multi-functions have make people’s tedious lives more

colorful. Many people, especially the young generation, have found that they can

not live without their cell phones. Many people feel uncomfortable in absence of

their cell phones. This may become a symptom called cell phone dependency.

First, many people have addicted to cell phones, they spend considerable

time and money on the phone, for it provide with numerous games and

applications. Some of them even use cell phones as computers that they keep the

phone open for all day long. As to some students, some of them even use the

phones to play games in the class, when they should focus on their study

instead. In this case, parents and teachers should limit the time that children

spending on the cell phones, for its have more disadvantages than

advantages.

Second, the dependency on cell phones has shown people’s anxiety towards to

their social interrelationship. A day without cell phone just feels like getting

lost in this big world. Every day, people tend to check their cell phones to see

if they have got any messages or surf the Internet, but the cell phone truly

affects their normal life.

There is no denying that cell phones have brought us considerable

convenient. However, we should be aware of the negative effects that cell phones

have brought to us. Just put down your cell phone for a while, and you will find

that without your phone life can still be wonderful, too.

This morning, when I get up, go to the balcony, pull open curtain, wow! It was misty outside! Across the floor has been blurred, only a window of pale blue light. I cant see the sky, cant see the sun, cant see the ground, also cant see the ground of car, feel like living in wonderland. If there is no mom and dad in, saw such a wonderland I would be a little scared.

More than 9 o clock in the morning, uncle (father) to take us to play for the palace. We wear cotton-padded jacket, wearing masks, wu. We went out of the village south gate, very few people on the road, my eyes hazy, eyes are hard to open soon. The distant field was white fog, roadside trees and across the pedestrian, approached the ability to see. Im so frightened, thanks to uncle speed fast.

Said on TV, the fog weather, there are a large number of bacteria in the air, people are likely to get sick after breathing, youd better not go out.

In the afternoon, I sleep wake up and see the fog outside little a lot, can see across the floor. I hope the fog dispersed quickly.

今天早上,我起床后走到阳台上,拉开窗帘,哇!外面一片雾蒙蒙!对面的楼已经模糊不清,只有一扇窗户透出浅蓝的灯光。我看不见天空,看不见太阳,看不见地面,也看不见地面的车,感觉就像住在仙境中一样。如果没有爸爸妈妈在,看见这样的仙境我就有点害怕。

上午9点多,大叔(老爸)带我们去文化宫打球。我们穿着棉袄,戴着口罩,捂得严严实实。我们从小区南门出去,路上人很少,我眼前一片朦胧,眼都快睁不开了。远处的田野是白茫茫的大雾,路旁的树和对面过来的行人,走近了才能看清。我很害怕,幸亏大叔车速不快。

电视上说,这种雾霾天气,空气中有大量的细菌,人呼吸后很容易生病,大家最好不要出门。

下午,我睡觉醒来,看见外面的雾小了很多,对面的楼能看清了。我希望这些雾赶紧散去。
