Mothers Day Mother’s Day is a holiday when children honor their mothers with

1、满足于现状，缺乏上进心。

概括地说：就是在工作中不够主动、创新，而是领导交代干什么就干什么，不深入思考。在接受领导交代工作任务时应怎么样去创新完成，也可以说是按传统的工作经验，按部就班去做，只力求能够完成工作任务，不出比漏就行了，就这样的满足于现状。

2、对学生不够尊重

在检查工作中，经常检查到一些纪律散漫的学生，上课铃响了不进教室，还在教室外面滞留，迟迟不进教室，有时见到一些纪律不强的学生，从课堂中出去大小便，完事后不是及时回课堂，而是借机在外溜达，有时发现自习课堂中的一些学生不遵守课堂纪律，大声喧哗，甚至满堂走动捣乱了秩序。总是上前大声训斥，使师生关系很尴尬，这实在是一种不尊重学生人格的表现。

3、对后进生缺乏关爱

关心爱护后进生，转化后进生，使后进生进步是一个教师的职责。在检查工作中，我认识到，不按时进入课堂上课的学生，课堂中借机出门溜达的学生，自习课中随意走动捣乱的学生，大都是平时学习成绩较差，自由散漫习惯的后进生，而对这些后进生，缺乏关爱精神，缺乏耐心教育，缺乏宽容态度，甚至认为那是不可教者。

4.对学生要求过严，有恨铁不成钢的现象。

致使在学习的过程中，有的吃不饱，有的吃不下。

作为教师，特别是肩负检查任务的教师，应该把良好的师德师风均匀地洒给每一个学生。然而，我对后进生关爱不够，特别经常调皮的学生，教育几次后，不改的，更是很铁不成钢，我最喜欢罚他们背书、写字，其实这都是不对的。最根本的原因是我对教师的职业道德理解不深，认识不透。没把教师特有爱的阳光，爱的春风洒到每一个学生身上，没有尽到一名教师的职责。错误地认为，后进生是“孺子不可教”者，所以每每训斥实在是一种错误的认识错误的教育方式，经深刻的反思，归根到底是对师德师风认识不深，是个人的教师职业道德欠佳的表现。

There are always some memories of unforgettable memories, staying in your mind to torture yourself, but you want to forget but become clearer.When the past memories were divided into corpses that had been scarred again and again, I always wondered: How strong should I dare to think of it?

我曾说过，错爱就像一双不合脚的鞋，穿着脚痛。丢了却心痛。有时候回忆也是如此，想放放不下，想忘却忘不了。坚持久了，连自己都开始怀疑自己，连自己都开始暗骂自己是智障。却总是给不了自己一个忘记的理由，甚至越想忘记的东西反而随着时间的流逝在记忆深处越发清晰。不免令人默然无语，狂躁混乱。想要的得不到，失去了却忘不了。自己都觉得自己像个愚蠢的傻瓜，平白惹人笑话。但感情这东西永远就是说不清道不明理来理去却越来越乱的一团麻。后来想起来总会问自己，他到底有什么好?竟值得你这样念念不忘?或许他什么都不好，但就是忘不了。

如果感情能像自来水一样收放自如岂不无趣?如果真的能做到的话，这世上哪有那么多爱而不得的痴男怨女?或许不是忘不了，只是你根本不想忘。就像你永远叫不醒一个装睡的人，也永远留不住一颗不爱你的心。

想睡觉的人，如果真的困到了极点怎样都是睡得着的。如果会失眠或许是你有心事或者是根本就不想睡。其实真的没有什么忘不了，只是你自己不想忘。

只是，这样的坚持真的有意义吗?到底要有多坚强才敢念念不忘?曾经看到一个这样的图片，初见时震撼了我的心神。那是一盆仙人掌，上面放着一只被芒刺穿透的手背。那样的鲜血淋漓看上去那么恐怖，那么触目惊心。突然想出这样一句话来形容这个画面：虽然拥抱你注定要把自己弄得千疮百孔遍体鳞伤，但比起这些其实我更害怕失去你。

没有什么比目光交凝更幸福，没有什么比感同身受更心伤。到底要有多坚强，才敢念念不忘?唯一能够支撑下去的，恐怕只有那一份不忘的执念和那一颗不曾死去的心。

只是，你这样念旧。旧又能念你几时?早已走到尽头的往昔，只剩你独自缅怀。记忆里的那个人，早已遗失在曾以为永恒不变的过去。要有多坚强，才敢念念不忘?爱已成往事，徒留一地心伤。。

Recently, a Chinese student who studied abroad delivered a speech at the

graduate ceremony. Her speech soon became the hot issue, because she criticized

Chinese air pollution, which was a great threat to her health. Though her speech

had exaggerated the problem, it is true that China has faced many pollution

problems. The haze in Beijing is famous around the world, which is the

punishment for human to ruin the environment. It needs time to fix the problem,

but there is no need to deny our country. Even for the developed countries, they

have once faced such problem before. We can do something in the daily life to

protect it, such as do not throw away the rubbish.
