《我学会了滑冰》

放暑假时，爸爸妈妈带我去一个商场玩。一到那儿，我的目光就立刻被一个巨型滑冰场给迷住了，一直央求爸爸妈妈让我进去玩，他们斗不过我，只好让我去玩了。

一进滑冰场，我就目不转睛的看着场上滑冰的人。这时，有一个少年落入了我的眼帘，他像天鹅一样不慌不忙地向前滑着，一脚抬起向前滑去好远，另一只脚抬起向前滑去，他那帅气的姿势，让我很羡慕。我迫不及待的穿上滑冰鞋，刚踏进去，只听见扑通一声，摔了个大跤，我满脸通红地看向四周，好在没人注意我，于是我抓着扶手站了起来，摸摸小屁股，好麻。我一下子紧张起来，手心直冒汗。

我拉着扶手慢慢向前滑去，好险，这次没滑倒，我慢慢地向前滑，可是前面有个好大的“水坑”，一不留神一下子又跌坐在了“水坑”里，还好不深，我感觉自己已经精疲力尽了，好想放弃啊。我把手放在地上，用手挣扎着起来。“我要坚持”!一个声音在我耳边回旋。是的，我不能放弃，我又一次站了起来，可是身上好多地方都被水给浸湿了，冷冷的很不舒服。

我调整了一下心情，不再像前两次那么紧张了，深吸了一口气，全身放松，手轻轻的搭在扶手上，双腿微微屈膝。轻轻的抬起左腿向前滑去，身体微微向前倾斜，紧接着右脚随之向前跟着滑，而身体重心一直保持着平衡。不知不觉中，我的手离开了扶手，双腿带着我向前，滑了一圈又一圈。我满脸通红，嘴微微张开，激动得说不出话来，我终于学会了滑冰!

功夫不负有心人，这次滑冰让我明白了：学习是个过程，过程比结果更重要，在学习过程中要专心应对困难，并持之以恒，只要坚持就是胜利。

Towards love and learning, college teachers and students hold controversial views.

The majority of college teachers, especially old teachers, argue that students should give up love and concentrate on learning. They say that campus love is time-and-energy-consuming and tears students away from their main task. Throughout history man has changed his physical environment in order to

improve his way of life。 With the tools of technology he has altered many

physical features of the earth。 He has transformed woodlands and prairies into

farms and made lakes and reserviors out of rivers for irrigation purposes or

hydroelectric power。 Man has also modified the face of the earth by draining

marshes and cutting through mountains to build roads and railways。

今年除夕夜，我头顶星夜赶回了老家。站在老家的窗台上，我眺望着远方潾潾的月影下，寂寥的山路旁，家家户户星星点点的大红灯笼和彩色灯光点缀在原野上，美不胜收。突然，眼前升起朵朵礼花，缤纷绚烂地在空中绽开，如同朱砂落在白纸上，晕染成一片丹霞;又似孔雀展开了纤长的尾羽，碧绿的花火占满了大半个天空。我在心底感叹道：“只有家乡的烟花才有乡情乡味啊!”

All the people want to stay in good health. Health is better than wealth.

It is true that health is the first step to success. Imagine this, if you’re

sick, all you can do is to stay in bed and do nothing at all, how can you chase

after your dreams?But if you’re in good health, you can overcome the adversities

for everybody, how can we maintain and enhance our health? There are some useful

First of all, we should lead to a regular life. Early to bed and early to

health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

you want to drink milk tea or coffee, drink water instead. Don’t eat too much

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

我最拿手的本领就是做饭。

寒假里，姐姐做饭，我烧锅。在烧锅的时候，我看见姐姐在面粉里放进碱面，然后，拿温水把面调好，擀开，压面机一压，拿菜刀切成小块，水开发，把面下在锅里煮，煮好了，放进调料，烧上一会儿就熟了。

有一次，姐姐开始做饭，我对姐姐说：“姐姐，今天我来吧！”姐姐笑着说：“你别给我们馓上一锅馓饭了。”但姐姐还是同意了，姐姐就烧锅，我在做饭。我照姐姐的样子，先在面粉里放进碱面，再拿温水把面调好，擀开，然后也用压面机压开，切成小块放水开了放进锅里煮熟，撒上调料，这样一顿饭就做好了。
