第四，塑造师德风范，潜心练功。“给孩子一杯水，教师本身应该有一桶水”，此话很有道理。在幼儿教育中，我感到在孩子们眼中，教师是一个完美无缺的人物，是最可值得依赖的人，你的投手举足，都潜移默化地影响孩子们，孩子从教师身上看到无私奉献，孜孜不倦追求精神，看到社会的形象，师德不只是学识问题，更是塑造良好教师形象的问题。因此对于师德除了要深刻认识其重要性，更关键就是如何去提高自己的师德。

本人结合自己的情况，下决心就以下两方面提高修养。

首先，严以律己，注重言行。为人师表，坚持严以律己，增强自身的自控能力，控制自己的情绪，始终保持良好、平和的心境，精神饱满地投入工作，要把自己看作既是个普通的人，又是个教育者，到了幼儿园就应该把属于个人一切不快和烦恼留在门外，言谈应该和颜悦色，循循善诱，举止应该优美文雅，体现心灵之美，自己的穿着应该朴素大方得体，符合幼儿的审美情趣。

其次，培养良好的内在素养。天生丽质固然能给人以美感，使人愉悦，但是作为一名幼儿教师更重要的是塑造幼儿的内在修养，这样教师本人的学识和内在素养就显得格外重要。教师的一言一行深刻的影响着每一个幼儿。

通过师德师风的学习，在以后的工作中我要更进一步认真学习贯彻纲要精神，遵循幼儿教育心理规律以及幼儿身心发展的特点，努力做好教育工作。

English test that was a must for a student to get the degree. So some colleges

canceled the rules. But recently, The Chinese first class university announced

《我学会了泡方便面》

我妈妈这几天没空买菜，所以我拿了两元钱去买方便面，我学会了泡方便面。

首先，烧开一壶水，把水倒进碗里。接着，把调料拿出来，放进去，拿出一个叉子，插在纸盖上，让方便面泡软。过几分钟，我打开了纸盖，闻了闻，好香啊!我忍不住吃了一口，太烫了，我的舌头被方便面烫红了。味道还不错，酸酸的，辣辣的。我担心方便面冷掉，还把纸盖给盖上了。半个小时后，我吃了一口，一点都不烫了。妈妈回来，我立刻把方便面藏了起来，妈妈问：“你在干什么?”她闻到了香味。

每周周末，我都是家里唯一的“闲人”，下午要吃饭了，可爸爸妈妈还在打扫卫生，我决定今天自己来做饭。

我钻进厨房，开始了准备工作，首先，从冰箱里取出两个“肥肥”的鸡蛋，之后把它们打到准备好的碗里，搅拌成金黄色的蛋液，搅拌之后，再在蛋液里放盐，我犯嘀咕了：刚才放的盐是不是少了，再放一点吧。于是我又放了半勺盐。这次是不是盐放的太多了，我提心吊胆地做着。

我打开煤气灶，往锅中倒入少许的油，油“噼噼”地响了过后，我小心翼翼地把蛋液倒入锅中，“哗”的一声，蛋液顿时“炸”开了一朵金色的“莲花”。眼看蛋液渐渐凝固，我便倒入一大碗白米饭，上下翻炒，直到饭越炒越蓬松，我才停止翻炒。最后撒上葱花，“OK”我的蛋炒饭大功告成了！

爸爸妈妈也一边吃，一边对我做的蛋炒饭赞不绝口，我听得心里美滋滋的。通过这件事使我知道了，做一顿饭如此辛苦，我以后要多帮爸爸妈妈分担家务。
