一、爱岗敬业，忠诚于党

好教师首先必须有敬业精神，要毕生忠诚党的教育事业。一个高速发展的信息社会，信息技术的核心技术是计算机技术和网络通信技术。作为计算机专业的教师要想“传道、授业、解惑”，必需不断学习计算机新技术，改革教学资料，经过自身的教学实践，给学生传授新知识，丰富学生的知识储备，培养学生运用知识解决实际问题的本事。与此同时，教师要有崇高的梦想，完善的道德情操，坚定的信念，顽强的意志品质，来浅够默化的影响和熏陶学生。

二、相互学习、相互尊重

只会做动作那是在耍把式，要想真正学会单手投篮，得要有真枪实弹。徐老师右手托球，大声说：“谁想试一试?”队长葛枳彤自信满满地走上前，右手接过球，来到篮框下，对准篮球一抛，球直接进了篮框。我羡慕不已。轮到我了，我站在篮框下，瞄准篮框，心里却七上八下的，生怕投不中，篮球托在我的手上似乎有千斤重。直到徐老师吹起了哨子，我才勉强将球往上一扔，球却足足比篮框矮了半米，“哈哈，投得真矮!”听到队友的嘲笑声，我有些沮丧。“投篮时不要犹豫，不要紧张，投不中也是正常的事。”听了徐老师的话，我暗暗安慰自己：“一次不行还有第二次、第三次呢，世上无难事只怕有心人!”我又尝试了几下，可是都没能投中。我回到队伍里静静观察别人是怎么单手投篮的，发现她们的球在空中转起来了，是擦着篮板才进去的。我又重新站在篮框下，试了试，球也在空中转着圈，仿佛是在跳着优雅的圆圈舞，飞进了篮框。“太棒了!”我不禁在心里为自己加油鼓劲儿。我终于找到了单手投篮的诀窍，越投越顺，命中率越来越高啦，连徐老师也竖起大拇指夸我呢。

这是我第一次尝试单手投篮，有挫折，有成功。其实，只有不断地尝试，才能挖掘出自己无限的潜力!

我终于学会了洗罩衫了。

我的罩衫脏乎乎的。我想应该要洗一洗。我首先打了一盆清水，然后把罩衫放在里面泡了五分钟。接着把脏水倒掉，再打一盘水，倒一点洗衣液，搓一搓，我的手都搓红了。可是，污渍还在上面，我心里想：这个污渍可真够大胆，还敢在我的衣服上安家。可它还是立在那里不动，好像在说：“我就抱着你的衣服。”最后我生气了，使出全身力气使劲一搓，终于把它给赶走了，看它怎么捣蛋。

原来，洗衣服这么难呀!

在我们现在这个年纪，很多人都对爱情有着憧憬，这并不是错，只是，请你一定要拿的起放的下，如果放不去，那就不要去拿。

老人们说过，抓得住你爱的人那叫本事，放的下你爱的人那叫成长。愿你在失去之后，能够更优秀，让他在高攀不起你，而不是迷失了自己。

成长对于不同的.人可能有不同的定义，但对于我来说，长大的定义就是接受离别，懂得感恩，以及拿的起放的下的精神。
