At present, many teenagers smoke. I dont think its a good phenomenon. It

must be stopped, for smoking is harmful in many ways.

First, smoking is bad for our health. As we start smoking, its so

difficult to give up, because the tobacco contains a drug called nicotine, which

can get us into the habit of smoking. When we go without nicotine, our bodies

will feel sick.

Second, smoking is so dangerous. When we smoke in bed, we may kill

每每春节，人们总是念叨着一句话“有钱没钱，回家过年。”这就是说不论千山万水，也不论高低贵贱，过年时都要回到老家、和亲人团聚，这才是我们中国人的年味。

今年除夕夜，我头顶星夜赶回了老家。站在老家的窗台上，我眺望着远方潾潾的月影下，寂寥的山路旁，家家户户星星点点的大红灯笼和彩色灯光点缀在原野上，美不胜收。突然，眼前升起朵朵礼花，缤纷绚烂地在空中绽开，如同朱砂落在白纸上，晕染成一片丹霞;又似孔雀展开了纤长的尾羽，碧绿的花火占满了大半个天空。我在心底感叹道：“只有家乡的烟花才有乡情乡味啊!”

过了年三十就是大年初一，我们开始正式庆祝新年啦。虽然去年的疫情骇人听闻，但今年春节时终于归于平静，大家终于可以坐在了一起享受浓浓的年味了，我心中有说不出的激动，感谢我们的祖国，也感谢每一个为国奉献的普通人。我的心里像有一只小鹿在乱撞，一会帮母亲数红包，一会帮父亲清点礼品，迫不及待地去奶奶家拜年。

到了奶奶家，浓浓的年味就包围了院子：龙飞凤舞的春联，红红火火的灯笼，地上四散的红爆竹，腊肉的香味……让我仿佛身置喜庆的典礼。大门是敞开的，欢迎着四方来客，我赶紧走进去，笑着向各位长辈亲戚拜年：“新年好，新年好!”大人们也回以祝福。

菜已经上桌了，坐在我对面的奶奶眼睛眯成了一道月牙，笑眯眯地看着大家欢喜的样子，这些菜都是她的杰作，所以她也格外开心，鱼尾纹中漾出一丝亲切。我和父母以及伯伯们，都右手举起酒杯，站起身，将手臂伸直去碰杯。杯中琥珀色的液体在晃荡，在祝福声中，碰杯的声音也响得异常清脆。

我的身边坐着几个六岁左右的表弟，我拍拍他们的头，嘴角勾勒出一道弧线，笑着给他们讲着花木兰的故事。我又拿来几个纸杯子，揽过饮料瓶，将纸杯一一排开，再小心翼翼地倒入果汁，分发给小表弟们。我身后的大人们，有的在聊今年谁长高了、谁长胖了，有的在聊最近头条里的奇闻轶事。

菜一盘一盘地吃完，酒一杯一杯地喝完，最简单的酒饱饭足，我却觉得毫无俗气，这样过年才有味!我愿国泰民安，我愿每年都这样过年!

在童年的岁月里，每一次尝试都是自我挑战，每一次尝试都是一种锻炼。

星期五社团时间，我们像往常一样来到操场上准备训练，当我们打算练习三步上篮时，却看见徐老师在低头沉思，我们都疑惑地看着她。忽然，徐老师走过来说：“今天我们练习单手投篮!”我惊讶得嘴巴足足可以塞一个大鸡蛋，心想：我是篮球队里力气最小的，双手投篮都不能十拿九稳，何况是单手投篮呢!

老师似乎看穿了我的心思说：“打篮球靠的不是蛮劲儿而是巧劲儿，单手投篮并不难，只要你找到了门道就行!老师一个动作一个动作地教，你们看仔细了。”徐老师边示范边说：“右脚在前左脚在后。”我们也学着徐老师的样子，右脚向前跨一步，“右手臂弯曲，竖在胸前，与右脚在同一垂直面上，手背往后仰，手心朝上，左手放在球边上做帮助。右手手臂伸直带动手腕的力量，投球。”接着，徐老师示范了单手投球的动作，我们也学着老师的样子做起来了。老师见我的动作太僵硬，便走了过来，耐心地指导我，慢慢的，我学会了投篮的动作。

只会做动作那是在耍把式，要想真正学会单手投篮，得要有真枪实弹。徐老师右手托球，大声说：“谁想试一试?”队长葛枳彤自信满满地走上前，右手接过球，来到篮框下，对准篮球一抛，球直接进了篮框。我羡慕不已。轮到我了，我站在篮框下，瞄准篮框，心里却七上八下的，生怕投不中，篮球托在我的手上似乎有千斤重。直到徐老师吹起了哨子，我才勉强将球往上一扔，球却足足比篮框矮了半米，“哈哈，投得真矮!”听到队友的嘲笑声，我有些沮丧。“投篮时不要犹豫，不要紧张，投不中也是正常的事。”听了徐老师的话，我暗暗安慰自己：“一次不行还有第二次、第三次呢，世上无难事只怕有心人!”我又尝试了几下，可是都没能投中。我回到队伍里静静观察别人是怎么单手投篮的，发现她们的球在空中转起来了，是擦着篮板才进去的。我又重新站在篮框下，试了试，球也在空中转着圈，仿佛是在跳着优雅的圆圈舞，飞进了篮框。“太棒了!”我不禁在心里为自己加油鼓劲儿。我终于找到了单手投篮的诀窍，越投越顺，命中率越来越高啦，连徐老师也竖起大拇指夸我呢。

这是我第一次尝试单手投篮，有挫折，有成功。其实，只有不断地尝试，才能挖掘出自己无限的潜力!

英语念起来干枯无聊，我偶尔往前面望去，有一排同学没事可做，竟然搞起敢死队的工作——在英语老师的眼皮子底下看漫画书，晕。更为巧合的是――竟然都是坐在一排的人！怀疑是不是串通好了的呢。

敢死队员1号：小心翼翼型

这位队员一边看着书，一边虎视耽耽地望着老师。瞧，他刚翻一页，就抬头看看老师，接着又翻一页，然后有抬头望望老师，这样重复循环，真不知道他把内容看进去没有。看见老师的目光没有扫向他，他赶紧抓住机会连翻几页，然后突然抬头，盯着老师。

敢死队员2号：动作怪怪型

这位队员可有点怪了，看着书，一会儿掏掏鼻子，一会儿打打哈欠，一会儿摸摸耳朵，一副惟恐天下不乱的样子，好像不让老师发现他的举动就不甘心似的，真是个怪人。

敢死队员3、4号：谈天说地型

这两位同学有些不把老师放在眼里了，边看书边聊天。我隐隐约约听见他们说冒险岛OL，说漫画内容，说小说，说娱乐咨询，就连老师和同学的目光扫向他们，也无济于事。

敢死队员5号：边学边看型

这位同学好像有些明白学习的重要性，看了几分钟的书，马上立起来听老师的讲课。课上一半时，老师为了扫查班上的敢死队，把同学们一个叫起一个问问题。这下可让这群敢死队员们开始惶恐不安了，他们连书都顾不着看呢。而这位队员呢，看一会儿就学学，这一招算是对他的MISS了。

敢死队员6号：理直气壮型

这位同学可是班上的霸王级分子了（注：别乱想，不是我啊），他可是一人之下，几十人之上，谁敢对他不敬，他的落雷马上就落在你头上了，（注：我已经欠了他3顿打了，要不是我能帮他弄电脑作业，我早就魂飞天了）因此每人敢告发他。不知是她的好运还是老师放水，他这样看了一堂课，竟然都没半点被批评，真太不公平了！！

谁知道，老师从天而降，为了抓住敢死分子，居然来个背后突袭，到所有座位后边地毯式搜索。5名敢死队员唰地一声，在同一时间内放下书，装起乖乖。只有敢死队员6号稳如泰山，而老师的目光明明瞄准了他，可老师却好像在放水一样，竟纵容他在自己眼皮子底下活动，真气死人了！而其他5位的敢死队员便无机可乘，只好乖乖停课，唯独6号占了便宜。

As we all know,March is the month to learn from the spirit of Lei Feng.However ,it become a controversial issue these years wether we should continue to learn from Lei Feng or not,especially when affairs that young men who kindly helped the old men were frauded were frequently reported.

Again its March now,do we still need to learn from Lei Feng?

In my opinion,its nesseary to learn from Lei Feng.

Firstly,its Chinese traditional virtue to help others. The typical story to help others is offering fuel to the poor in snow days.According to legend,in a cold winter ,its snowing heavily,the Emperor Taizong of Song felt cold even hes beside the fire.So he ordered his soldiers to send charcoal to the poor.Therefor,the story and the good virtue have been circulated so far.To be ready to help others is a kind of traditional culture our ancestor left us,we shouldnt forget it.

Secondly,if we abandoned the Lei Feng Spirit, the world would be dark.Imagine how hard and dull the life would be if people lived in a selfish and indifferent world?No people save the children in water,no donation for the disaters,thats a counterback of a whole nation. So its necessary forthegovement andschoolsto advocate the spirit of Lei Feng.

Of course,inevitably there are always evil people in every era.What we can do is take safe measure while helping others.

众所周知，三月是学习雷锋月。然后，是否要继续学习雷锋精神已成为一个争议性话题，尤其是频繁报道出帮助老人的年轻人被讹诈的新闻后。

现在又到三月了，我们还应当学习雷锋精神吗?

在我看来，学习雷锋精神是必要的。

首先，帮助他人是中国的传统美德。帮助他人的典型故事是雪中送炭。据传，在一个寒冷的冬天，雪下的很大。宋太宗即使在火边也觉得冷。所以他就命令士兵送木炭给那些穷人。所以这个故事和这种美德便流传至今。乐于助人是老祖宗留给我们的一种传统文化，我们不应当忘记。

其次，如果我们抛弃雷锋精神，世界将变得黑暗。试想，生活在一个自私，冷漠的世界里，生活会多么艰难和无趣。落水儿童无人救，灾难面前无人捐款，这是整个民族的倒退。所以说，政府和学校有必要倡导雷锋精神。

当然每个时代都不可避免地有坏人，我们能做的就是在帮助他人时采取安全的措施。

那是在一堂学习画画的动漫课上，我带上了必备工具急匆匆来到教室里坐下来。大部分同学已经在素描纸上打草稿了，我也不甘落后，急急忙忙拿出了铅笔、橡皮等工具准备画画。今天要画的是一个长相甜美的女孩，范画已经被老师贴在了白板上。我心想：这个人物我之前画过，很简单!画这么细有什么用呢?最后还不是要看整体。于是我便一屁股坐在凳子上，也没打轮廓，就这么直接开始画了。首先是她的平刘海，双马尾，然后再添加一些五官、身体、衣服，想到什么就画上去，完全没有检查画得好不好，一番敷衍了事。终于画完了，我拿起画纸准备仔细欣赏一下。哎呀!怎么这么丑?马尾一边长一边短，脸也是歪的。眼睛一点也不对称，头大身子小。我撅起嘴来，心里有些郁闷!

我把笔一扔，坐下来正生着闷气。突然发现，原来同桌画得很用心。她现在还在打铅笔稿，流畅的线条组成了和谐的画面。她已经把型定好了，在四分之三处开始着笔，人物在她的笔下“活”起来一般。精致的发型下面，额头饱满，眼角圆润，尤其是衣服画得很细致，连褶子也清清楚楚。

这时老师刚好看到这一幕，她走过来，拿起同桌的画，微笑着点点头，放下了。又来到我旁边，微微皱着眉，指着我画的人物说：“比例有些不协调，还要继续努力!”我盯着自己的画，时间好像凝固了。是呀，难道我没办法画出那样好看的画吗?老师之前也是表扬过我的。我决定要好好画一张来证明自己。我静下心来，拿起细细削过的铅笔，回忆着老师告诉我们的关键词。首先定下最高点，然后就是数头身。我仔细看着范画，这是一个七头身的形象。动漫人物的头型和现实中的人不太一样。定好点，我开始画了。先打轮廓，然后用橡皮仔细擦去，留下淡淡的痕迹，最后再用小号勾线笔仔细描摩边框。脖子不能太细，肩膀要圆润饱满，在描边的时候要特别小心。我屏住呼吸，终于重新把画完成了。这时老师看到我的画，露出了满意的笑容，和颜悦色地说：“这才是你的真实水平!”我也笑了，相信自己勤加练习一定能画出更好看的画。

鱼儿需要纯净的水，花儿需要充足的阳光，人也需要坚定自己。我终于明白要学会成长，就不能骄傲，要脚踏实地做好自己的事。

记得在3月28日下午的时候，我们的学校组织我们全校学生在教室内观看了《交通安全教育》片，那一幅幅画面我深有感触，让我更加明白了生命的珍贵。

在这一次的教育片之中曾经我有这样一个交通安全事故：那是一个晴朗的日子，我和妈妈在街上散步。突然，一辆车“唰”地一下擦肩而过，我定睛一看，原来是一个男孩骑着自行车，不知要去哪儿，由于他骑得太快了，差一点儿就撞上了斑马路上的行人。行人劝他不要骑得那么快，可他不听劝告，继续骑他的“飞车”，脸上不时露出得意而急促的神情。我想：这个男孩可能是有什么急事吧!要不然他怎么会骑得那么快呢?但这样很有可能会发生的。果然不出我所料。我和妈妈在一个拐弯的地方，看见许多人围在路中央，我们就带着好奇心走了过去。“啊”我不禁惊叫起来。这不是刚才骑“飞车”的那个男孩吗，他怎么被车撞了?我听见旁观者议论纷纷，“唉!这孩子这可怜啊!刚才不小心撞上了一辆大卡车，连人带车一起飞了出去。”“如果这个孩子车骑得慢一点，如果那个开车的开慢一点，如果……”可是，再多的“如果”也不能使这朵已经完全凋谢的蓓蕾重新开放。这个男孩的父母不知为这个倒在血泊中的孩子操了多少心，可现在只能眼睁睁地看着自己的孩子离去，让父母悲痛万分……

随着天空上雪花的飘舞，新的一年又开始了，在这新的一年里，我有着许许多多快乐的事。

新年的时候来到姥姥家，看电视，放鞭炮真是好不快乐啊！我想与人分享，所以就把弟弟叫下来一块儿玩。到了吃午饭的时候，妈妈就让我去做饭，可是我不会，但还是想试一试。

我做的第一道菜叫做鸡肉。我把洗好的鸡肉放在菜板上，一下一下的切，可我力气不够，只好由爸爸来。切好后，我在锅里到了一些油，并迅速带好手套以防油溅到身上，当油冒烟后将以扔了进去，油立刻飞溅，但好在间的不厉害，我又放了些盐，糖和味精，一代菜就做好了。

第二道菜：虾汤。虽然听起来是不放油的，但也要吵吵。我将事先洗好的虾往油锅内一倒，又加了些盐，炒！炒熟后又入一桶水，胡椒和味精，快好了的时候，放了一些薄荷，虾汤就这样出国了。

当我将两道菜端上桌的时候，没想到所有人都一个劲的夸我，此时此刻的我心里是多么欢畅啊，从此我一再厨房就要变成大厨！

真是饭香碎乐曲飘动啊，现在的我又想做饭了。
