网友“zhaojin响水”留言说，郭海案件充分反映出监察体制改革前后的不同效果，从原来的公安、检察、纪委各管一段，呈现“九龙治水”的窘境，到改革后监察权的集中，实现了党对党风廉政和反腐败工作的集中统一领导。

网友“画却凌烟”是一名纪检监察干部。据他讲述，2015年，他在查处县农业综合开发办腐败案时，一条问题线索反映该单位工程师江某利用职务之便为其亲属承接工程项目。江某既不是党员，也不是行政机关任命的干部，只是一名普通工作人员。按照当时的《行政监察法》，只能向其主管部门发出监察建议书，责成对其处理，震慑效果大打折扣。《监察法》施行后，像江某这样的干部，也属于监察对象了。

推进反腐败斗争规范化、法制化是国家监察体制改革的一个重要目标。

网友“浮梁灯火”说，王晓光案证明，通过法治思维和法治方式惩治腐败，是深入开展反腐败工作，推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的有效举措。

网友“清江浦”留言说，自己所在社区里藏了一只啃食群众食品补贴的“硕鼠”，区监委用了很短时间就把他查处了，每人几百块钱的补贴也发到群众手中。

这只“硕鼠”是咋回事呢?时间回到2014年1月，江苏省淮安市下发《关于发放回族等10个少数民族群众清真食品补贴的通知》。该市清江浦区闸口街道石桥社区会计许凤利用职务之便，通过克扣存折，侵占13名少数民族群众“清真食补”现金共5810元。查处该案后，清江浦区监委向区民宗局下发监察建议书，要求区民宗局主动担责，开展专项清理整治，规范整改落实。清江浦区民宗局根据监察建议，制定了清真食品补贴发放管理整改方案，并出台相关规范补贴管理制度。

自改革以来，监察体制改革的制度优势正在转化为治理效能，标本兼治的综合效应正在日益凸显，面对强大的震慑和政策感召，一大批有问题干部选择主动投案。

看完《国家监察》第一集后，网友“pp宝贝”最大的感受是，艾文礼、秦光荣的主动投案，从侧面反映了监察体制改革对那些有问题干部形成了强大震慑。

网友“五个木头”身边的一起腐败案件的查处也是一个例证。“区监委成立不久，镇卫生院的出纳就去投案了。听说贪了100来万，这都是老百姓医保的保命钱啊。监察体制改革确实好，震慑力十足。”网友“五个木头”说。

这名卫生院出纳名叫邹云霞，2015年底，她无力偿还购买门面房的按揭贷款，于是就开始挪用公款，直到2018年3月，挪用公款共计99万多元。邹云霞曾想卖掉门面房补上挪用的公款，但房产证一直办不下来，无法出手。2018年1月24日，四川省广安市前锋区监委挂牌成立，对该区所有行使公权力的公职人员实现监察全覆盖。就在此时，邹云霞的商铺产权证还是没有办下来，她猛然醒悟，再也不对“房产证办下来就卖掉还款”的想法抱一丝希望，下定决心投案。

网友“笙歌九天”留言说，对腐败分子而言，面对监督无空白、无死角，反腐败永远在路上的态势，早日主动投案才是唯一正途。

我把笔一扔，坐下来正生着闷气。突然发现，原来同桌画得很用心。她现在还在打铅笔稿，流畅的线条组成了和谐的画面。她已经把型定好了，在四分之三处开始着笔，人物在她的笔下“活”起来一般。精致的发型下面，额头饱满，眼角圆润，尤其是衣服画得很细致，连褶子也清清楚楚。

这时老师刚好看到这一幕，她走过来，拿起同桌的画，微笑着点点头，放下了。又来到我旁边，微微皱着眉，指着我画的人物说：“比例有些不协调，还要继续努力!”我盯着自己的画，时间好像凝固了。是呀，难道我没办法画出那样好看的画吗?老师之前也是表扬过我的。我决定要好好画一张来证明自己。我静下心来，拿起细细削过的铅笔，回忆着老师告诉我们的关键词。首先定下最高点，然后就是数头身。我仔细看着范画，这是一个七头身的形象。动漫人物的头型和现实中的人不太一样。定好点，我开始画了。先打轮廓，然后用橡皮仔细擦去，留下淡淡的痕迹，最后再用小号勾线笔仔细描摩边框。脖子不能太细，肩膀要圆润饱满，在描边的时候要特别小心。我屏住呼吸，终于重新把画完成了。这时老师看到我的画，露出了满意的笑容，和颜悦色地说：“这才是你的真实水平!”我也笑了，相信自己勤加练习一定能画出更好看的画。

不行、不行，我一定要学会，而且还能得到一辆属于自己心爱的车。如果我不会的话……于是我就开始去沃尔玛苦学自行车。自己挑了一辆蓝色的小自行车——开始。先骑上车，我用脚助了助跑，可自行车像一个不听话的小男孩，左扭扭右扭扭，扑腾了几下的我被摔下车来，接着来了个嘴啃泥。此时，在一旁的妈妈笑着走过来帮我擦了擦背，然后抚摸着我的头说：“没事，从哪里跌倒就从哪里爬起来。”“有点怕”“你能行！男子汉。”于是我鼓起勇气，又骑上自行车动一下洗一下向前驶去，不好了，快到尽头了，我手心直冒汗用力地一扭——又摔来了个嘴啃泥，妈妈跑来“：加油，努力。”我吃力的站了起来，想了想我梦寐以求的爱车，又开始练习……经过无数的努力，我可以慢慢的踏两步了。

又过了一周，我们全家去给我挑车，n分中后，我开心的购了一辆“海豚保安自行车”我踩一脚滑一下，推推再滑一下，终于把爱车搬回了家。到了家，又一人有空就在家练，这样维持了两天开始有所感觉。第三天晚上，妈下班回后让我下去练车，我即开心又害怕的下来，开始慢慢滑，足足滑了十几米才上了车，虽然撞了几次花坛、人及啃泥，但我已学会了骑车。

通过这件事，我还悟出个道理，也可以说是一个集团的广告：“一切皆有可能”。

都说现在的孩子比较娇生惯养，从小衣来伸手饭来张口的，可是，自己作为一个出生在80后尾巴上的人来说，也是比较娇生惯养的吧。

以至于在大学毕业之前，家里老爸老妈也没有指望自己做过什么家务活。大学毕业之后直接步入婚姻的殿堂，以至于也没有来得及学做饭。好在身边的人也一直会做饭，平常也不是太忙，以至于自己这么多年也一直没有为吃饭犯愁过。

只是，从去年开始，家里新开了店铺，身边的人一下子就变得忙碌起来，基本上每次下班回到家的时间都过了饭点。这个时候自己只好硬着头皮学做饭。一开始的时候确实做的很难以下咽，但是后来经过慢慢的锻炼之后，浪费了一系列的食材之后，也确实学会了简简单单的做一些家常便饭。以至于现在就是简单的做个面条之类的，或者焖大米炒个菜之类的都不在话下。这也是自己人生中的一种成长吧。

虽然说现在自己基本上也就是没办法一个人张罗一桌子饭来招待客人，但是简单的给家里的人和孩子做家常便饭，也确实是可以分分钟出锅。

这么多年了总算是学会的做饭，尽管是一些家常便饭，但对我自己而言，也确实是人生的一种收获和成长！

Some people like to work alone while others enjoy teamwork. In my opinion,

everyone had better learn to work with others together because teamwork is

definitely necessary and important in modern society.

teammates share their ideas with each other, which is helpful to create a better

achievement. Second, working in a team is a way to broaden our horizon.
