我顿时感到，浑身的血在沸腾、在燃烧，窗外的雨仍在不停的下着，淅淅沥沥的。正是那位盲人的纯真善良，时刻教育我、提醒我，对于身边的任何人有困难向我求助时，我都会毫不犹豫的伸出热情的双手去帮助，就像弟子规中所言：“人之初，性本善”。

Third,across our society ,relevant protection awareness has not built up so that people havent formed a habit of using green product and saving energy as much as possible.Just for the sake of convience to go out,people rely more and more on travelling and working by car while car is the main cause for the haze weather

To settle this problem,a series of meaures should be taken as follows.First ,we should strengthen air monitor to lower the levels of small particulate pollutants.Second,we should enact more strict laws and regulations and keep perfecting our current law on environmental protection to regulate people s daily action and the industrial production and punish those factories that ignore the protection and keep emitting dangerous material that cause haze.

Last month， our school hold an activity about" learn from uncle Lei feng".As we all known， Lei feng devoted his whole life to helping others.but he gets lots of respects. He give us a good example.we should learn from him to help others. We can feel good when we help others.

老师发给我们一张白纸，让我们折纸，老师叫桂黄金教我、李慧桢还有吴坤翔折千纸鹤。

老师说:“你们要跟着桂黄金一步一步折下来。”我们点点头，只见桂黄金先把纸折成一个三角形，把多余的部分都折上去，

再把三角形拉上来，就变成了一个正方形，再把正方形折成三角形，把三角形的一个角弄成正方形，另一个角也弄成正方形，把正方形打开对折一边，另一边也这样对折，把对折好了的一面，翻过来，翻到另一面，和刚才一样的方法再折一遍。一只漂亮的千纸鹤呈现在我们眼前。

我照着桂黄金教的去做，一边折，一边左顾右盼，看到她们都还没折好，我就等一下她们，桂黄金指着我折的说:“再把这里折上去，另一边也折上去。”我按她说的去做了，折好了她说的地方以后，看到她们还没折好，我就按自己折的方式去折了。

我把两边折一下，另外两边也折一下，再翻过来，把两只翅膀折上去，再翻回来，两只翅膀就变成了头和尾巴，头和尾巴就变成了两只翅膀。就这样我折完了，抬头看桂黄金，她还在教吴坤翔和李慧桢他两还没学会。
