好教师首先必须有敬业精神，要毕生忠诚党的教育事业。一个高速发展的信息社会，信息技术的核心技术是计算机技术和网络通信技术。作为计算机专业的教师要想“传道、授业、解惑”，必需不断学习计算机新技术，改革教学资料，经过自身的教学实践，给学生传授新知识，丰富学生的知识储备，培养学生运用知识解决实际问题的本事。与此同时，教师要有崇高的梦想，完善的道德情操，坚定的信念，顽强的意志品质，来浅够默化的影响和熏陶学生。

二、相互学习、相互尊重

由于受传统教育思想的影响颇深，师道尊严使学生在教师面前往往会失去自我，异常是在中小学阶段，平等观念几乎完全为师道尊严所替代。在教育这一培养人的社会实践活动中，教师和学生不是简单的主体与客体的关系，而是教育主体与受教育主体间的双向交流的关系。向学生灌输平等意识，使他们的主体意识觉醒，并在学习和其他社会实践活动中不断发展其主体性，这是大学教师义不容辞的职责。教师在内心深处确立了学生的主体地位，学生的主体意识又逐步觉醒和发展，这样才能进行主体与主体间的有效交流和沟通，到达教育实践活动的良好效果。

三、倡导民主，做出表率民主是现代礼貌社会的重要特征。

可是，在传播知识、播种礼貌的学校里，却有部分教师缺乏民主意识，有些中小学教师甚至成了“专制”的代名词，可见教师倡导民主并身体力行的必要性。大学教师虽不像中小学教师那么专制，但师道尊严的流毒依然至深，认为学生尊重教师是天经地义，却忽视了教师也应当尊重学生。在教学过程和教育管理中，对学生过多地指责和否定，指责学生学习不努力、生活散漫、胸无大志等等。即使这种指责是善意的、有根据的，学生在内心深处也是难以理解的。因为学生的需求和个性被忽视了，他们的主体地位得不到体现，并且有的批评和指责带有主观武断的色彩，缺乏在相互新生的基础上讨论问题的民主氛围，本质上不是主体与主体间的交流。显然，民主作风是确立和发展学生主题性的基础，是师德师风建设中不可或缺的重要资料。

四、因材施教，关心学生

Last month， our school hold an activity about" learn from uncle Lei feng".As we all known， Lei feng devoted his whole life to helping others.but he gets lots of respects. He give us a good example.we should learn from him to help others. We can feel good when we help others.

今天吃完午饭后，我想：爸爸，妈妈每天都要洗衣服、扫地，今天就由我来洗碗吧!

开始洗碗了。我先拿来一个盆在里面放了点清水，接着拿来抹布，然后再往盆里面滴几滴洗洁精，再拿抹布使劲地擦。突然“啪嗒”一声，我用力过猛，把碗打碎了。我心里着急死了，我想：我把地扫得干干净净，妈妈就应该发现不了了吧!我急忙从卫生间里拿来簸箕和扫帚打扫干净，我又开始重新洗碗了。

我把刚才洗好的碗用清水冲一下，碗就洗好了。

最后，我让妈妈给检查一下碗有没有洗干净，然后妈妈对我说：“你真棒!”

这个周末我们一家人都在忙着收拾家，不知不觉中快到中午了，我刚想张口说：“妈妈，我饿了，你给我做饭去呗”，忽然看到爸爸、妈妈劳累的身影，觉得不能让爸爸、妈妈再累了，今天这顿饭由我来做。

厨房中的我学着妈妈的样子，接了半锅水，将锅置于火上，准备水开后煮面，接着我取出2颗完好无损的鸡蛋，去掉鸡蛋壳将蛋清和蛋黄在碗中搅拌均匀备用，并准备好一瓶西红柿酱（爸爸帮我打开）。我将炒勺放置到火上，炒勺中放入少量的油，看着油温逐渐的升高，我将搅拌均匀的鸡蛋倒入锅中等到它成为固体状之后，我又将西红柿酱倒入锅中，西红柿酱瓶中还有残余的酱，我将瓶中灌入少量的水摇了摇倒入锅中，依次放入盐、酱油搅拌均匀，在此刻煮面的锅开了，我将面条放入锅中用筷子搅拌，以免糊锅。这时西红柿酱已经熟了，面条在两开后也熟了，关火喽！我用漏勺将面条漏到碗中，浇上西红柿酱，啪！这顿饭就算成了，接着我把碗端到了餐桌上，喊着“爸爸、妈妈吃放喽”！

Most Chinese students have difficulties in learning English. The difficulties vary so much from person to person that it is difficult to cite here in a few words. Some may have problems in reading. Others may have trouble in writing. I also had problems in English learning, but my difficulty seemed to lie in listening. For example, when tested for listening comprehension, I couldnt understand a single sentence, let alone a passage of medium level.

In order to overcome the difficulty in my English learning, I made great efforts to find the key to the problem. I consulted my teacher and found out that I merely didnt have enough time to practice listening. So I bought a tape recorder and listened to it at least two hours a day. In addition, I listened to "Special English" on VOA. I also went out of my way to speak to foreigners on the campus whenever we meet so that I could have the chance to listen to the native speakers. After half a years hard work, I could get 70% of the questions correct in listening comprehension tests.

I own my success to my English teacher. It is him who tells me the correct way to learn English. It is him who always encourages me when I encounter difficulties and feel disappointed.

我削好了土豆，把它放在水里冲洗一下。接下来当然是切丝啦，这个活也一样不容易，因为我很害怕会切到手指，我手哆哆嗦嗦的，像是灾难马上要降临似的，但既然我已经做出了决定，就要“勇往直前”，绝不后悔，加油!

我与切土豆丝经过了漫长的“斗争”，我终于切好了土豆丝，虽然“他”们被我切得有粗有细，但我能切成这样我已经很满意了。下面就是最难的炸薯条了。我放了三滴色拉油，打开煤气灶。等油冒烟了，我把土豆丝倒进锅里，开始炸。

最后当然倒一些西红柿酱进去，一盘美味的薯条做好了。我盛了些薯条到盘子里尝尝，味道不错，不老不生，不咸也不淡，可以打个90分。
