如果说保护环境、保护动物、节约能源这些环保理念已成行为准则，低碳生活则更是我们急需建立的绿色生活方式。 “低碳”是一种生活习惯，是一种自然而然的去节约身边各种资源的习惯，只要你愿意主动去约束自己，改善自己的生活习惯，你就可以加入进来。"低碳生活其实做起来很简单，如：使用传统的发条闹钟，取代电子闹钟;.一旦不用电灯、空调，随手关掉;.用在公园中的慢跑取代在跑步机上的锻炼;.用节能灯替换灯泡;不开汽车改骑自行车等。

气候变化不只是环保主义者、专家学者关心的问题，而是与我们每个人息息相关。 如果你觉得你一个人的力量对于整个地球简直是微乎其微，何必要低碳生活呢?那么你就错了，你知道吗? 一只节能灯、一台太阳能热水器能为节能减排做的贡献的确很小，可13亿人中只要有1/10的人使用，那节约的能源、减少的碳排量都将会是天文数字!

低碳生活可以让我们的身体更健康,环境更优美,我们何乐而不为呢?

也许，早在四五年前，和我说环保，应对你的也只能是我的一双迷惑的双眼或者是顽劣的一张笑脸，它肯定是远远的比不上一只棒棒糖的诱惑;可是现在对于即将步入初中的我，我已经是逐渐知道了环保的重要性以及环境污染给我们的未来带来的生存隐患——-

就拿我亲眼所见的来说吧，原来在我家的门前，有个绿化草坪，中间有一个人工小水池，在我上三年级的时候，水池里的水还是清澈见底的，池中还有红色的鲤鱼和绿色的莲花，池外边的草都是油绿油绿的。每到周末写完作业的时候我就会跑到池边去看小鲤鱼，作为城市生活里的孩子，这也是我一份不可多得的领略到的大自然——-然而随着周边居住人群的等多，慢慢的我发现池里的水变混了，垃圾袋子多了，小鲤鱼也都死了，清水池变成了臭水池直至干涸——-好好的一个绿化生活环境被毁掉了;还有每天上学放学看到的站牌、人行道、路灯杆、树干、广告灯箱、候车亭及墙面等等一切可以贴的地方到处都是粘满了“牛皮癣”，真的是不知道那些随意去破坏居住环境的人是怎么想的，难道真的连小学生都不如吗?随着水资源的肆意浪费、白色塑料的长久污染及汽车大量排放的尾气带来的空气污染，适宜我们人类生活生存的环境真的是越来越差了!

伴随着各种资源的缺乏与环境的严重污染，如果现在的人类不去提倡环保关注环保不去重视环保的话，我真的是很难想像在我变老的那一天我的生存环境会是个什么样子，更不用说我的下一代或者是下下一代了......

尊敬的爷爷奶奶叔叔阿姨大哥哥大姐姐们以及和我同龄的同学们，为了人类的现在和将来的生存，让我们都从自身做起吧，节约能源减少污染，讲环保做环保，让环保深入到我们生活的主题，通过你我大家的共同努力，把我们的生活家园变得更加美好!

为响应杭州市文明办号召全社会“文明出行，绿色低碳生活”的倡导理念。

5月28日，星期六的早上，是个阳光明媚的好天气，由杭州市文明办，杭州市体育局。中国平安人寿浙江分

公司共同举办的“健康生活。平安相伴”大型公益健跑活动在美丽的钱江新城——江干区体育馆隆重举行。

精彩的开幕仪式开始了：首先，主持人一一介绍了参加本次活动的到场嘉宾：杭州市市政府副秘书长张连水，杭州市市体育局局长赵荣福及中国平安人寿浙江分公司总经理崔龚英等领导人及众多的低碳环保人士都参加了本次活动。

据介绍此次活动有将近3000人左右参加。之后，杭州市政府副秘书长张连水、杭州市体育局局长赵荣福、杭州市文明办副主任史玉芳和中国平安人寿浙江分公司总经理崔龚英等领导做了精彩的讲话，并喊出了此次活动的口号：低碳生活，健康生活，用实际行动，让杭州更加美丽，为杭州美丽动起来。

在此次活动中，我们小记者采访了杭州市市体育局局长赵荣福，“请问杭州市在倡导文明出行低碳环保方面有哪些举措呢?请问你有哪些自已的低碳生活方式和健康宣言呢?”等等问题。

赵局长做了精彩的回答：小学生要从小树立意识，从自已的一点一滴，节约资源，劝导大家多走路，少开车，快乐过好每一天，我为人人，人人为我，以自已的实际行动来鼓励别人低碳出行，绿色出行。

我们小记者们还采访了平安保险的售后服务的经理及活动的参与者：“低碳生活，绿色出行从自已做起。”这是我们的宣言。

文明出行，绿色出行，低碳生活铭记心中。我们用实际行动一起实践 “健康文明出行。杭州先行，低碳快乐生活，”贡献自已的一份爱心。

人类自诞生起，一切衣食往行及生产，生活，无不依赖于我们所生存的这个星球，地球上的大气、森林，海洋、河流、土壤、草原、野生动植物等，组成了错综复杂而关系密切的自然生态系统，这就是人类赖以生存的基本环境，长期以来，人类把文明的进程一直滞留在对自然的征服掠夺上，似乎从未想到对哺育人类的地球给予保护和回报，在取得辉煌的文明成果的同时，人类对自然的掠夺却使得我们所生存的这个星球满目疮疤，人口的增长和生产活动的增多，也对环境造成冲击，给环境带来压力。

众所周知，人类是以自然环境为生存，延续的物质基础。但是，随着现代工业的发展，自然环境却遭受到愈来愈严重的破坏。大气污染，水污染，陆地污染……以至世界上再也找不到一块净土。

或许你会想，想在重要的是发展科技，科技发达了之后在去环保也不迟，那你到时候可要后悔了。如果我们现在过分陶醉于对抗大自然的胜利，认为我们取得了什么了不起的成就，那我们离灭亡也就不远了

气候变暖，臭氧层空洞，酸雨，有毒废弃物，野生生物灭绝，以及大气、水污染等，这是我们当前面临的一连串全球环境问题，面对这些问题，我们该做些什么呢?

保护环境，人人有责，我们应该从身边的环境做起，从保护周边的环境做起，例如：遵守有关禁止乱扔各种废弃物的规定，把废弃物扔到指定的地点或容器中，避免使用一次性的饮料杯、饭盒、塑料袋，用纸盒等代替，这样可以大大减少垃圾，减轻垃圾处理工作的压力，爱护花草树木，少赠送贺年卡，保持清洁等。虽是小事，但是，只要大家动手，一起努力，从节约资源和减少污染着手，调整一下自己的生活方式，我们就能为保护地球做出一份贡献。

I like my school life very much,it is very interesting.I usually reach

school at half past seven.Then we do morning exercises at eight oclock.We have

eight lessons every day.The lesson begin at a quarter past eight.My favourite

subject is English.I can get a lot of English knowledge from our teacher.Our

teacher are very good-natured.They are always kind to us.I also like our outdoor

activities.When we have outdoor activities,everyone in the playground is active

and lively.How happy we are in our beautiful school!I love the life in my

school!

今天，北风吹拂着大地，虽然公公出来啦，但我感受不到一丝。王校长带着我们全体去绿园捡。让我们做一次环保小卫士。我知道这个好消息后,高兴的欢蹦乱跳。

第二节课下课的铃声想起啦!我们全体，来到教学楼前，排好队伍，像绿园的方向驶去。我们一，说说笑笑，唱着美妙的歌声。不一会儿，到了绿园，我便傻眼啦。几日不见，绿园怎么变成了这个模样?随处可见。说什么“碧玉妆成一树高，万条垂下绿丝绦。”却变成柳树上面挂垃圾。说什么“湖水清得能看见潭底青褐色的石头，和已发黑的，”却变成了“湖水清得能看见潭底的垃圾袋儿。”说什么“草坪绿油油的”，却变成了草坪上到处都是废纸片。简直让我忍无可忍。这还是绿园吗?要是今天让我看到谁乱扔垃圾，我非把它做成馅儿饼，然后吃掉不可。或者一个耳光，让他在原地转三圈。

绿园已经被我们人类破坏成了这个样子，所以今天我一定要把，绿源的所有，垃圾捉拿归案。决不能逃出，我的手掌心。

到了绿园后，把我们带到一块草坪上。让我们在这里捡垃圾。就在这个时候。我的塑料袋儿忽然不见啦。就在这时。李宇澄看到啦，这个情况。向我走来，咱们俩一起消灭绿园的垃圾吧!这时，李宇澄是雪中送炭。我和我的好搭档李宇澄捡到啦，各式各样的垃圾。比如说，糖纸，糖葫芦，垃圾袋。废纸片儿，水果皮，什么都有。更可恨的是居然臭鞋子。一会儿我和李宇城边捡了一大袋子的垃圾。

今天通过去绿园捡垃圾。我觉得我们应该反思反思。地球给我们提供这么好的待遇。忘不忘没?帮地球的忙。反而给地球母亲添了麻烦，让地球母亲变得更丑啦!我们这样的做的对吗?这样做又对我们有什么好处，我们为什么要这样做呢?

如果你觉得做的不对?请大家以后，爱护。不要乱扔垃圾。让我们的变得更美好，更吧。

Health is most important for any of us.]n order to stay healthy,we need

some common knowledge.

You must pay attention to the diet.We should eat lots of fruit and

vegetables,because they are rich in fiber and Iow in fat.As a proverb says,"An apple a day keeps the doctor away." So fruit is good for health.Dont

have a lot of food that contains too much fat,such as butter.Meanwhile,sweets

should be eaten in proper quantity,because too much sugar does harm to us.Dont

drink too much coffee,either.
