大家好!

大家在百忙之中来参加这样一个会议，我代表我自己和所有的任课教师对大家的到来表示热烈得欢迎和衷心得感谢。

今天的会议有四项议程，一是结合这次期中考试和开学以来学生的表现向大家作一下汇报，并对这一阶段学生的情况作一反映，二是请几位学生讲一下各科的学习方法及综合学习法，三是请我们班班长管娟同学介绍一下班级情况和管理经验，四是请一位成绩优秀的学生的谈谈自己的教子经验，与大家共享。

初三是初中阶段最后的冲刺时期，没有了初一对中学生活的新奇和暂时压力，有的是毕业升学的压力。

这一时期的学生发展具有以下特点：

12-16岁年龄段上，教育学和心理学把这一阶段称为“少年期”这段时间上，心理和生理变化比较迅速,身心各方面都比较矛盾。父母要高度重视对这一关键期和危险期的监护和把关。这一时期他们精力充沛，好奇心强，任何事总想试一试，但他们的愿望与自己的实际能力是有很大的矛盾的，他们的独立性增强了，总想摆脱对教师和家长的信赖，总认为自己不是孩子了。有事不愿和父母及师长交流，处于一种半封闭状态，和同龄人诉说又冒着曝光的危险，所以他们感觉没有朋友没有人可以理解他们，特别是处于青春期的女生这种会更加强烈。他们的情感很脆弱，最容易冲动，做事也很莽撞，后果意识能力差，前些日子《齐鲁晚报》上刊登一篇三个初中生因完不成作业，学习成绩差，被老师批评，家长训斥，联合出走，后在济南天桥下被人发现。便是一个典型的例子。

这一时期的另一显著特点是生理发育的逐步成熟，他们一方面为自己身体各部分的发育感到新奇，另一方面又充满羞涩和不安，不愿让父母进自己的房间了，有自己的秘密了。心理上的表现是容易兴奋和冲动，神经敏感，产生了爱情的萌芽，大多数早恋的孩子是发生在这一时期，在这一时期，作为家长要高度重视，决不能有不良的刺激对孩子产生影响，特别是性感之类的刺激，要注意从家庭生活到电影，电视节目，一定要有适度的选择。冲动是他们这个时期的最大特征，好奇是他们一生中的高峰。他们虽达不到辨析是非的能力，但很自信，自我抑制能力在这段时间最低。所以父母和老师，一定要加强教育和引导。

这一时期他们的思维具有以下两大特征：

1、抽象的逻辑思维有了发展，但很大程度上还属于经验型的，在认识事物和考虑问题，还经常需要具体的感性经验来支持。

2、独立性和差别性已发展到一个新的水平，不满足于老师和课本中的解释，有时提出相反的看法，最喜欢争论，在家长面前更是如此，有时很片面，很有主见，有时自信到过分的程度，“谁是中国目前最好的歌唱家?”“我，只是未被发现”一个学生郑重其事地回答老师的提问。

当家长老师的总是觉得这个时期的孩子不如小学时期听话，很喜欢顶嘴，所以父母常骂他们“越长越调皮了”。实际上用教育学和心理学的观点分析，这是少年时期孩子的一种心理特征的反映，是人生第二次反抗高潮的具体表现，父母对这一时期的孩子在教育方法上更应该讲道理，态度不要粗暴，语言不要挖苦，要讲究分寸。如果还用小学时期的简单说教是不行的，父母要提高自己的教育方式和水平，使他们提高了认识又明白了道理，和家长统一认识，只要从内心服了，教育效果就是良好的。

针对以上学生特点，在此我强调如下问题：

一、 强化家庭教育意识，努力提高家庭教育质量。

孩子是我们国家未来的公民，孩子是我们晚年的继承和希望，正确合理的家庭教育是人一生的幸福，错误和不良的家庭教育就是我们自己的晚年的痛苦和辛酸，未来的社会是一个文明平等竞争的社会，若不具备一定的知识储备和能力，就难于在激烈的竞争中维持自己。人生最大的烦恼莫过于儿女的不成器，为人一生最大的欣慰莫大于孩子的有才有德，在教育子女的问题有一个不成定论的公式，现在多付出一点，尽了自己的努力和职责，否则就会欠账，欠帐越多就会还债，还债有三个方面：一是升学，二是就业，三是婚姻，他们在社会上无法维持生存时，需要你的不断接济和帮助，有的家庭父母现在只考虑自己的欢乐和轻松，不注重教育付出，只能是一代惩罚一代，恶性循环，然而有知识有见地的家庭则是一代负责一代，一代孝敬一代，一代胜过一代，为国家社会培养了栋梁之才，自己也有一个幸福的晚年。

二、 努力培养孩子的智力和素质，适应世界和社会变革潮流。

用知识爆炸已无法形容现在知识的迅速发展。教材的逐年更新，对家长提出一个问题，要努力配合学校的教育，把孩子的智力开发和训练好，就教育的潜在力分析，学校教育的潜在能力远不及家庭教育潜在能力。特别是人的智力开发问题，就目前人的成长规律和生活习惯而言，人的素质能力也就是从家庭的童年时代便开始了大幅度的拉开差距，因为家庭的文化层次和教育形式的影响差别是很大的。

三、理智爱子的问题

大文学家高尔基曾说过一句话“溺爱是误入孩子口中的毒药，如果仅仅是为了爱，连老母鸡都能做到这一点。”溺爱是一咱低本能的爱，真正的爱是理智高尚的爱，吃喝拉撒睡是爱，教子吃苦教子成材更是爱。

四、家庭教育与学校教育紧密配合的问题。

作为家长，首先明白，孩子的智力基础和品质基础是在家庭中奠定的，人的智力和品质是在家庭的塑造下成型的，学校是接过这块毛坯进行继续加工的，从家庭，幼儿园，小学到初中，这已是第四棒，在学校塑造和加工的全部过程中，离不开正确家庭教育的配合，倘若没有良好，正确合理的家庭教育配合，再好的师资和学校都不可能产生好的教育效果。

学校的教育形式是群体性的教化形式，它的德智其它教育都是群体性的教化，主要任务是以传授知识为主体，一个老师负责几十人的教化任务，所以学校不可能象父母那样有足够的时间和精力，把教化的对象，集中在一个学生身上，无论从教育的时间和精力上来讲，还是从教育的对象情感上来说，家庭教育占有特殊的优势作用和地位，其潜在能量是巨大的，开拓的前景是广阔的。

孩子在同样的年龄段里，同时走进同一的学校，在同样的班级里就读，授课的时间是相同的，教化环境是一致的，教则教规是一致的，然而接受教育的效果则是区别很大的，这种大优大劣分化的原因。并不在于学校教育质量，而在于家庭教育的配合上。所以只强调学校教育质量，而不检查自己家庭教育配合的家长，一定是教育知识空白的家长。如果这样比喻，老师好比医生，父母好比护士，学生好比住院的病人，医生的主要任务是下药，父母的护理是十分重要的。

父母要全面而准确估计孩子的智力。作为孩子的父母要对孩子的智力水平作全面的考核，并做出切合实际的准确估计，这种评估不能过高，也不可过低，过高和过低都会导致家庭施教的不准确。错误和不准确的估计会影响孩子的学习成绩和学习情绪。有的家长在没有全面摸清孩子智力水平的情况下，单凭某一学科或某一单元的学习成绩就盲目断定孩子“笨”，还有的家长盲目过高估计自己孩子的智力水平。错误的作纵向比较，拿自己儿时的水平与当代孩子作比较，这种比法误差也很大。那时你的童年只会玩弹弓、掏鸟窝，现在他们是会踢足球、上网吧，农村中有句古话叫“庄稼看人家的好，孩子看已的好”这一习惯意识在当代人中还是十分明显。所以在自己孩子婴幼阶段怎么看也觉得自己的孩子很聪慧，有的还误认为自己的孩子是“神童”做过一两件让自己吃惊的事就会念念不忘，但到了上学后比较就看到了差距，再到中学阶段就灰心意冷，这就是对孩子智力估计失误所造成的。作为智力好些的孩子父母，一定要看到“人外有人，天外有天”

六、认识到家庭教育是一项艰苦而又细致的长期教育工程。

“十年树木，百年树人”一个人材的培养没有几十年的精心培养是成不了人材的，靠朝夕之功是培养不成人材的，靠侥幸心理也是断然培养不好孩子的。

同时还要注意以下几个方面

1、堵不如疏，比如一点不让看电视，这也不现实。

2、不负责任的放任，不管不问，有人说，我大哥在农村两口子目不识丁，孩子也照样上名牌大学。其实农民的吃苦耐劳，朴实的品质，在潜移默化的培养和塑造着孩子的性格。

3、 盲目的严管型

对家长的几点希望

1、 重日常修养，只有受过教育，才能关注教育。孩子就是父母的一面镜子 。

2、 注重家庭教育的一致性

3、 树立自己的威信，不是吹胡子瞪眼摆架子，一个不爱学习只顾自己吃喝玩乐的人，一问三不知的人，品质恶劣，行为庸俗，自私自利不孝敬老人的人是不会培养出好孩子的。你看看孩子的政治课本，我们培养孩子的是什么，你的行为是什么?

4、 建立良好的朋友关系，放下架子。

5、 纠正孩子的关键性缺点时一定要注意考虑成熟，选择最佳地点和时机。

6、 创造和睦、祥和、稳定的家庭气氛。一个成天吵架问题成堆的家庭是无法教育好孩子的。

7、 创造一种良好的知识环境，起码孩子学习要有一个好的小环境，不求高档，但求氛围，避免不必要的家庭闲谈，无知的人，尽量少在家中接待。

8、 教给方式方法，不做保姆或警察。

A library is a building for a collection or books, magazines, periodicals

and newspapers. The books are kept on the shelves in the stack room whereas the

magazines, journals, etc. in the reading rooms. Modern libraries also have xerox

最好玩的可要算是“搁浅”游戏了。先坐在沙滩边，第一个浪可以把你卷入海中，第二个浪又可以把你冲上沙滩，如此反复……感觉真是不错。还有坐进泳圈，在大海里随波逐流漂移，也别有一番情趣。在大海里，我不仅玩得开心，还表现了自由泳，真是一举两得啊!游累了，上沙滩走走，走在“面粉滩”上，走一个脚印就会被冲掉，细沙也会随之流入海中，但海水还是如此清澈。我在沙滩走了长长的一段，时间不知不觉到了八点半。为了留作纪念，我特地在海水冲不到的地方，留下了我深深的脚印。

时近九点，我们依依不舍地离开了海水浴场。海是蓝色的，我的心情，也是蓝色的。

the market was very crowded and busy with nearly all kinds of goods on display. some sellers were shouting at the top of their voice to attract the attention of the people. housewives were picking out vegetables and bargaining with the sellers. a man was selling fresh fish, which were swimming in a big basin, and a lot of buyers crowded around it and chose what they wanted. one fruit seller, standing behind piles of fresh fruit, greeted me warmly, trying to persuade me to buy some. he felt a little disappointed when i shook my head.

Cell phone seems to be one of the most important inventions of 20 century.

Using cell phones to surf the Internet has become quite common in our daily

lives. Cell phone has exceeded its original function such as making phones calls

or sending message. Its multi-functions have make people’s tedious lives more

colorful. Many people, especially the young generation, have found that they can

not live without their cell phones. Many people feel uncomfortable in absence of

their cell phones. This may become a symptom called cell phone dependency.

First, many people have addicted to cell phones, they spend considerable

time and money on the phone, for it provide with numerous games and

applications. Some of them even use cell phones as computers that they keep the

phone open for all day long. As to some students, some of them even use the

phones to play games in the class, when they should focus on their study

instead. In this case, parents and teachers should limit the time that children

spending on the cell phones, for its have more disadvantages than

advantages.

Second, the dependency on cell phones has shown people’s anxiety towards to

their social interrelationship. A day without cell phone just feels like getting

lost in this big world. Every day, people tend to check their cell phones to see

if they have got any messages or surf the Internet, but the cell phone truly

affects their normal life.

There is no denying that cell phones have brought us considerable

convenient. However, we should be aware of the negative effects that cell phones

have brought to us. Just put down your cell phone for a while, and you will find

that without your phone life can still be wonderful, too.

Time flies like an arrow, the sun is like a boat. Suddenly it came to the energizes the year of the horse, I also from the second grade to the third grade, started a new journey. Looked at hair down new books, I seem to have arrived at the palace of knowledge. The new semester I have a new plan.

In the aspect of the language, I want to do preparation before class, understanding words, words of this lesson, lesson dont understand the words in the dictionary. After school, finish the homework, I review what we have learned during the day the text from time to time, I may not forget. I will take more neat handwriting, more reading, improve the speed of English writing and reading efficiency. One more thing, I dont love speak, the class this semester, I must let oneself actively raise your hand to speak.

In mathematics, every day Im going to do ten calculate crossing, to improve their computing power. And every time I test all lose points because of carelessness, this semester I was determined to correct this shortcoming.

In English, every time to learn the words to hammer down, "dont put off till tomorrow what should be done today. Preview to review each unit, read the words and sentences more, do more exercises, to take an examination of ninety and eight.

In the study, I want to keep up with the teacher, listening carefully in class, after class finish the homework carefully. Participate in extra-curricular activities, enrich their own after school life; Take more exercise, improve their physical fitness.

In school, I want to respect teachers, unite classmates. I want to listen to your mother at home, aged respected, more can help my mother do housework, let mother less worry for me.

In a planned way also should have action. In the new semester I will down-to-earth, vigorous efforts to harvest fruits in the field of knowledge; The sunshine in the growth of paradise, rush toward the ideal!

今天上午期末考试就结束了……

下午主要的几科发试卷了……

语文98分，数学8*分，英语117分……看着这些成绩，我有点踹不过气来了，小科成绩一旦出来，或许我连上学的信心都没有了吧?……考试分数这么低，哭都不好意思哭了。

实在是太差了——如果平时谦虚一些，踏踏实实的努力学习，就肯定不会这样的——这样的成绩，别人问起来我不知道怎样说出口。

妈妈一定很失望很失望了……

我自己也很难过很难过的……

如果像AA她们那样，作业认真完成并得优秀;上课认真听讲不浮躁，不去理会平常的那些是是非非，也就不会是这个成绩了。

感觉自己比妈妈养的花还不如，那么普通的一些花，少量的浇水，随便放在哪个窗台上，到了季节就开出美丽的花。可我呢?从来没有灿烂地开花过，爸爸妈妈对我投入的精力多，我吸收的养分比花多，可是我将养分全部用在“歪门邪道”上了——养分流失了，那些花朵开的一定不会好了……

我也想考出好成绩，让自己开心，也让爸爸妈妈放心，可是，这学期的考试每次带来的都是无尽的烦恼和叹息。

听老师说，马上就要八校联考了，希望在这期间好好预习复习，踏踏实实的学习，打好牢固的根基，任何一科都不放松!

未来的考试还很多，需要学习的知识也很多，只要我踏实地学习，不浮躁，不成天想着衣服什么的，成绩一定可以变好!

I have a dream , but I darent say my dream is.....

Now I dare say : My dream is that Ill be admited to Qinghua

University.when I was a child, I had heard the highest school Qinghua. The words

often drives my heart. I keep it away for eleven years . However, I am almost

make it come true, because Im not good at studying subjects, my math ,my

English, my Chinese and my mixtrue subjects are not good. So, when I come to

classroom I often sit there and became sad. I think I have worked hard for two

years in the Siner School. But ,all of things arent change quickly. Where is my

seed and where is my gains, but it may be the time . Now, I have been in the

Senior three, and Ill face the case of going to university. Although the case

is so terrible , I have nothing to treat it. I often cry with the reason that

why I am always in trouble. but as the increcs of age , I know that cry is no

use , so I became studying. So, when I came into the Senior Three, I have been

felling myself to change mind to it is that studying is an important thing. If

you want to be good at it , you must finish the studying quickly and correctly

in a sure time, and the most important is that you must know the book well and

understand every rule and after that you may do some practice to improve your

testing cile .At last you must review them ,because the peoples brain is

limited , and it will make you forget all of you have studied it .

At last you must keep a good health and have a good felling. Look, this is

a true senior three student.

Last year, my father bought a lovely pet for me. She has four white paws and a white and yellow tail. She has two small ears, two green eyes and eight whiskers on her face. Her name is Sally and she is one year old.

Do you know what it is? A cat? Yes, it is a cat. She has very short fur and she is quite small. She weighs about 2 kilograms. She is usually very friendly and quiet. We never frighten her or pull her tail or ears. She likes walking around me and playing with me.

If she is hungry, she will miaow. Usually, she eats food from a tin, but her favorite food is fish. She likes juice if it is not too cold. She likes to chase and catch mice and sometimes she plays with butterflies. Sally often plays with balls and pieces of string. She does not like dogs and she hates the rain. She likes sitting on the sofa and watching TV.

She sleeps anywhere! She sleeps on any table, on any chair, or in any basket. She sleeps on top of the piano, on top of the fridge or TV. She sleeps on the window ledge, in the open drawer, in the empty shoe, on the grass, between the flowers, under the tree, on anybody’s lap, in a cardboard box, in the cupboard, or on my dress. Sally doesn’t care! She sleeps anywhere. She likes sleeping on my lap best.

I feed Sally every day and give her clean water. Sometimes I brush her fur and she enjoys it very much.

Sally is a very good friend, but she is quite lazy! She never worries because we take good care of her. She is always a happy cat.

A new term has just began. Needless to say, there will be more work.

Studying at Imperial college is enjoyable, discussing questions with fellow classmates is one of the best time I have in Uni. Im sure there are more opportunities of this kind in the coming term.

Work hard, and play hard! ( All of a sudden, I am such a workaholic within, and I have never felt that way before )
