大大就是杨春梅老师，我的英语老师。大大的个子中等，一头乌黑的头发，白白净净的脸上有着一双炯炯有神的眼睛，仿佛可以透过我们的眼睛直击我们的内心世界。大大的衣着也很平常，但即使是再平常不过的衣服，也能被大大穿出“大大式”的风格，经得起我们的细细品味。而作为英语渣渣的我，被分到大大的班级，感到了十分的幸运，而大大独特的教学方式，刚好可以“抑制”住我的“渣渣”。

大大在教授英语方面有很多独特之道。

教学安排之独首当其冲。大大的课程安排很有规律。都是星期二学习新单词，星期四听写；都是学习完新单词后，就会有相应的预习作业和基础练习；写完练习后的隔天就会订正；并且要求我们在24小时的黄金时间内复习新学的语法等……有规律的英语学习也使我们的压力减轻了不少。

听写也当仁不让。大大的听写极具有挑战性，课本内容、课外阅读、拓展的知识点等方方面面，边边角角，一丝一毫对我们重要的知识点，大大都会仔细挑出来亮相。奖惩措施也是一大亮点，写得十分完美的，大大会挑出来当着全班人的面表扬；然而写得稍微不尽如人意的，大大却不会当众批评，她会悄悄地把那位同学叫到办公室去，笑眯眯地批评一下，然后等着他就是大大最看重的二次听写了。

作业也不甘落后。大大的作业布置真的无话可说，又多又难，但对于我这个英语渣渣来说，我就是很喜欢写英语作业，可能是因为大大订正作业的方式也很独特吧。大大的课堂上，每一道题都是由同学们来解说的，大大就好像是一位leader，慢慢的，小心翼翼地引领着我们去深入那些简单的，有点难的，变态难的那些题目。对于成绩好的同学却没有发挥好，大大会说：“这次做的不好哦，下次要继续努力。”而对于那些有一点点进步的同学，大大则会说：“Terrific”、“Good job”、“Well done”等。但是无论我们做得有多差，只要我们用心，只要我们相比之前有进步，都会受到大大的鼓励。我喜欢写英语作业，应该就是因为这个吧。

大大的课堂氛围也很奇妙。在大大的课堂上，都是吵吵闹闹的，欢声笑语的。在教授新知识时，大大会让同学读课文，然而总有那么几个调皮捣蛋的小朋友读不通顺，这时大大就会说：“好吧，背下来吧。”全班坏笑；听写时，当大大询问我们有没有准备好时，我们都异口同声地说：“没有”，而大大反而笑着说：“一群口是心非的家伙”，全班大笑；布置作业时，大大说：“来，让我们来做几道小题。”结果唰唰唰，原来是几张纸呀，全班苦笑；在订正作业时，“来，某某同学you do。”在发现某同学的单词错误得很离谱时“来，这个单词50遍”全班也是哄堂大笑……但是快乐的时光总是短暂的，英语课堂转瞬即逝。

大大在课下也是十分独特的。就像“Good morning my class”一样“请那些勤奋的小伙伴们到办公室来一趟”也是课后必说的一句话。一听这句话，以我为代表的英语渣渣们就会十分自觉地抱起额外的作业，接成一条小小火车，跟着“火车头”驶向目的地。大大的记忆力尤其好，她可以记得住每个被特别关注的同学最近的学习情况、作业质量。“某某，最近怎么上课没有之前专注啦。”“咦，你今天的作业质量没有之前的好，怎么回事？”对于额外补充作业的小伙伴们：“你做的这几篇有没有什么不懂的呀？”“咦，你错误有点小多唉。”“嗯，不错，有进步，继续下去肯定会有进步的，加油。”……我在心底暗念：这是我见过的所有老师中“小灶”开的最好的一个。俗话说：“笨鸟先飞”，所以我喜欢提前去找大大，因此，我也比别人有更多的“福利”，一颗糖、几粒枣、若干小零食……在我的英语学习过程中，大大如影随形，无处不在。

It worked on us instantly.

On the day of the entrance exam, he waited nervously with us out of the examination room.  He kept reminding us not to drink water in case that we would feel like going to toilet during the exam. I began to like English when I entered the senior high school. I owe it to my English teacher who has stimulated① my great interest in learning English and then influenced my future, and whose name is Zhang Yanshu----a name I will keep in my mind forever.

She showed great love to us which is deeply appealing to②our heart. Different from other teachers, she has never been impolite to us. Oppositely, she treated us equally. She made efforts to attract us to the world of English, to understand the beauty of the language and enjoy the cultures of the foreign countries. With her skillful help, the students in our class took great interest in this course and improved rapidly.

She was kind and patient. She did not mind the students slowness in learning new knowledge, but it did not mean that she was not strict with us. My English teather is mr zhang， his English name is Martin. His English is very good. And he always wears a pair of glasses. He likes wearing blue trousers. My teacher is handsome. He often plays with us after class,he very lake piay basketball. He often reads books and English. His hobby is reading books. Mr Xu likes drinking Coke and eating chips. Sometimes he is angry， because we are naughty. Sometimes he is happy， because we are good.

到第二天去上学的时候，我又撞见了华老师：“老师好。”说完后，我飞速的骑自行车抢先到学校里。要知道，昨天我没领老师的情，闯了大祸那还得了，不赶紧逃的是笨蛋呢！

转眼到了英语课上，我可怎么办呀？“零零零…”上课铃打响了。我浑浑噩噩的打开书，默默地祈祷起来：老师，昨天是我不好，您千万别见怪呀。

我折起一只千纸鹤，正巧，被老师见着了，可她却没怪我，你说奇不奇？放学后，老师叫我到办公室去，她语重心长地告诉我：“王楚，你是个聪明孩子，但为什么上课时心猿意马呢？我们一起来分析这个问题好不好？”

我把事情的经过告诉了华老师，老师先是一愣，继而大笑起来：“昨天的是我并没有见怪，是你误会了吧！”我和老师一起笑了。

啊，华老师！你是我心中最尊敬的人，马上要离别母校了，但愿您不要牵挂我和全体学生，我向你敬礼了！

My English teacher, Mr. Jones, is a middle-aged man with thick glasses above his nose. We all like his classes, for he is always very active and has many ways to make his lessons lively and interesting. After class, he often plays table tennis with us. And at night, he usually works late and prepares the lessons carefully.

When we told him that we had passed the entrance examination of senior middle school, he Was so happy that he jumped like a child.

We all get along well with him. All of us still miss him very much after we have left the junior middle school.

在我的身边，有许许多多令我感动的人，其中最让我感动的莫不过是我的英语老师Miss Liang。

Miss Liang 是我的英语老师，为什么说她感动人呢，是因为她对我们的教学工作进行得无微不至。每天早上一来到学校，她都微笑着对我打招呼。有的同学请假缺课了，她总是待他回来后帮他认真地补 上落下的课。还有的同学做了些错事，她都会叫他到跟前，耐心地批评指正。在同学的面前，她显得格外亲切，好似她是我们母亲一样，我们都非常喜欢她，喜欢她讲课时流利的语言，喜欢她和同学们 交流时亲切的眼神，更喜欢她对教学无微不至的优良品质。

记得一节英语课上，和往常一样，Miss Liang 提着录音机走进教室，所不同的是，她好像有点疲惫的样子，而且没有立即叫大家上课，而是在黑板上写道：非常抱歉！顿时，全班立即”热闹“起来了， 所有同学都窃窃私语，不知道发生了什么事：Miss Liang 究竟怎么了？为什么写下这些字？是不是生病了？老师没管我们，咳了几声，在黑板上写下了一些这节课要学的英语单词，然后又咳了几声，吃 力地说：”上课！“我听见她沙哑的嗓音，才知道，原来Miss Liang 嗓子哑了！同学们都大为吃惊，Miss Liang平时嗓音动听，今天怎么突然哑了，应该是天天上课累的吧。

老师叫了一个帮手，让他读她书上写的句子，自己也在旁边指导着，每次说话都很辛苦，有时非常沙哑，有时甚至发不出声音，要咳几下才能继续。我听见Miss Liang 那沙哑的声音，恨不得举起手来， 大声说道：”Miss Liang，我来帮您讲！“

直到下课，Miss Liang那沙哑的嗓音才慢慢离开了我们耳际……

从这件事中，我体会到了Miss Liang 教学的一丝不苟，舍己为人，如果没有这些品德，她可能会在课上随便乱讲应付了事，也可能一点小咳嗽就不上课。可Miss Liang 不是这样，她为了教学呕心沥 血的精神彻底感动了我们！
