As far as I am concerned, both health and wealth are important to our life. We should try to strike a balance between them and gain wealth with a healthy body.

Its very important to keep healthy.

I think we should have healthy diet every day and eat proper food. We shouldnt eat junk food because it is bad for our health. Drink water and milk as often as possible. Milk is a great drink that can give us more calcium that make our bones much stronger.

Dont eat too much because it will make you uncomfortable and fat. Dont spend too much time watching TV, DVDs and Videos or using computers. Its good to take more exercise such as basketball, bike riding , swimming and so on. Follow these and you can be healthy.

我认为我们每天都应该有健康的饮食,吃适当的食物。我们不应该吃垃圾食品,因为它对我们的健康有害。尽可能多的喝水和牛奶。牛奶是一种伟大的饮料,可以给我们更多的钙,使我们的骨骼更强。

不要吃太多,因为它会让你不舒服和脂肪。别花太多时间看电视、dvd和视频或者使用电脑。很好多加锻炼,如篮球、骑自行车、游泳等等。遵循这些,你可以很健康。

长达两个月的暑假开始了,在暑假里,同学们会有很多的时间休息,玩耍,接触大自然,但是，我想大家一定不会忘记学习的。为此，我为自己修订了了一个暑假学习计划：一、认真完成学校布置的作业。

二、看课外书三本。

三、每天作文练习写作至少一篇，把在假期中的有趣的所见所闻作写作的题材。

四、每天抄写和阅读英文单词50个。

五、每天看电视或玩电脑不超过1个小时。

六、每天练习硬笔书法半小时。

七、保持早起早睡的好习惯。

八、趁暑假的机会体验家务劳动帮妈妈打扫卫生。

九、每天阅读经典文章一篇。

十、每天抄写好词好语十个。

俗话说：凡事预则立，不预则废。但，有了计划，重在实施，因此，我将严格按照自己订的学习计划，使自己在漫长的二个月假期中，在学习和生活上更加丰富多彩，更加有规律节奏当假期结束新学期开始的这一天，向老师和同学们汇报。
