常有一种说法：“什么东西到了中国就变味。”姑且不论这话的对错，如今倒好像又多了一个例证：这些年在国外盛行的共享经济，在引入中国之后，似乎出现了许多问题。

日前有位微博名为“汪莫言”的Airbnb房东，发布了长篇博文“控诉”某自称上海戏剧学院学生的人，通过短租平台Airbnb租用汪的客厅拍毕业作品，却随意破坏房间，比如竟来了“30个大汉”下雨天直接穿鞋在室内地板上走来走去，并未同意出租的“卧室变成一个垃圾堆”，而租客事后竟然人间蒸发。优步(Uber)或专车，则既有不良司机非礼和打人，也有乘客抢劫司机，还有出租车司机闹事抵制专车的事。至于摩拜单车，在北京和上海都少不了这样的事例：一些人出于无聊或恶意，刮掉车上的二维码或涂抹上脏东西、把车子堆积起来或砸变形，甚至推进河道里，还有使用者给单车套上自己的锁、停到自家院子，完全违背了“共享”的初衷。

这其中固然有部分是利益冲突引起的(例如不同于某些国外城市出租车少而私家车多的情形，国内的出租车司机容易感受到专车和摩拜单车在“抢生意”)，但恐怕更大程度上可归结为：不同社会条件带来的水土不服，因为共享经济要顺利运作，原本就需一系列前提保障，尤其是规则意识、契约精神以及一种强调权利与责任对等的个人主义。

共享经济隐含着一套个人信用体系：Airbnb的运作依赖一套房客与房东的相互打分系统，这种打分实际上就是信用评级。比如，一个房客不爱护房间，那么房东给他的差评，就会使他今后再用Airbnb系统订房时受到阻力，因为只要看到他过往记录的人，在租房给他前都会三思。

租车毕竟还好，尤其单车这种还是由专门公司统一提供的，而把自家居室分享出去，就格外检验社会信任度了。传统中国社会，正如美国人类学家武雅士说过的，普遍从经验出发认定陌生人是危险的，更不要说那些身份特殊的陌生人，“大多数家庭会给停在自家门口的乞丐一碗饭或地瓜，但他们从不邀请乞丐进屋吃饭”。当然，前现代的西方社会同样排斥陌生人，而把家视为个人最后的城堡;但在1960年代以后，西方年轻人中逐渐兴起了一种“沙发客”(Couchsurfing)文化，即到异地旅游的穷游者如果享受了陌生人为他提供的食宿，下次也有义务为他人提供同样的分享作为交换。就此而言，Airbnb的出现仅仅是通过网络技术，将这一理念变成了一个巨大的线上服务平台。这背后最重要的支撑并非技术，而是那种让这一设想成真的自律自治的个人。

前年我去台湾旅游，曾在台北住了三晚民宿。民宿老板本人也热爱自助游，当我问起是否遇到过素质不高的租客时，他笑了下说：“那肯定会有啊!不过，世上总是好人多。”去年我在冲绳那霸也住了两晚公寓，预订、付款都通过Airbnb，房东自始至终都没有出现，门钥匙放在门口挂的一把密码锁内，屋里一切准备好，入内自助即可。“世上总是好人多”毕竟是感性的语言，而冲绳遇到的看上去冷淡的不接触，则预设了对人的自觉性的信任——与国内酒店不同，日本的酒店和民宿，基本没有预防住客损坏或消费物品不告而预付押金的。

说到这些，大概难免会让国人再度感慨“素质”和“文明”，进而强调通过惩戒措施来加强对规则的遵守意识，必要的话，甚至可以用法律来约束。不过，正如日本记者村山宏在2013年所言：“如果单凭法律或教育就能改变人的话，那么无论哪个国家都只需二三十年便可成为‘文明国家’。但事实上这样的国家并不存在。”因为人的道德和礼仪，并不是靠法律来规范和纠正的，而只能靠民众自发的提升。必要的罚款或惩戒，也许能阻止一些人无所顾忌的破坏行为，但却也并非总是有效的。以色列曾有这样一个事例：一个儿童日托中心为应对许多家长总是迟到的问题，设定每人每次迟到需支付3美元罚金，出人意料的是，新条款实施后迟到者反而更多，因为小额罚金让人觉得迟到不是大问题，并且交罚金本身还减轻了他们原本迟到负有的愧疚感。这就是为什么在一个“文明的进程”里，“羞耻感”有着如此不可替代的重要作用，因为只有这样才能让一个人时刻审视自己的行为是否过分。

都说这三十年来，中国社会的个人主义在上升，年轻一代崇尚坚持自我、乐于彰显个性和特立独行，但我有一个感觉：他们似乎更多是急于张扬自我的感受，而较少去顾及这是否会影响或妨碍别人。如果说在日本，“只要你不给别人添麻烦，无论怎样怪胎都随你”;那么在这里，一些人的可厌，并非因其怪胎，而是因为他们会给人添麻烦。一个人如果完全不在乎他人对自己的看法，又不自我约束，那可想而知他是不会自觉纠正自己的任何行为的。

操场上，老师把18个同学分成两队，让他们分别把两串钥匙从第一个同学传到最后一个同学，还要碰到每个人的手。两队都用了15秒多。老师又道：“你们还有更快的方法吗?规则只是要让它碰到每个人的手。”一个同学恍然大悟，让自己的队员围成一个圈，九只手叠在一起，拿着钥匙从第一只手的侧面划到最后一只手的侧面，这次只用了0.5秒。

同一件事，你有没有想过换个思路呢?也许，那就是你走向成功的通天大路。

在学校，老师布置家庭作业后，我回来都会做到很晚。我心想：是不是有另一种方法，它比用方程来解这些题目更方便，更清楚呢?我仔细观察了一下这道方程，恍然大悟，这两个条件反过来不就是用了除法吗?我用除法算了一遍，果然结果一样，不仅解题更清楚，速度也快了很多。我用了另一种方法，让做作业的效率提高了许多倍。

几千年前，古人都是把木棒在地上摩擦，把木棒的一头磨得十分尖利，打猎时，人们用手把木棒丢出去，刺中猎物。可是这种方法力度太小，速度也不快，经常打不到远处的猎物。后来，古人又发明了一个东西，叫弓。有了它以后，人们就不再用手丢木棒了，而是用上了弓。打猎时，用弓射出去的箭不仅速度快，射程也很远。这不是换了另一种方法，提高了效率吗?

从前，人们一般每家每户都有一块田，用这块田种庄稼，来养活着一家几口人。可是，有时候夏天好长时间都不下雨，这时，人们只好提着桶，打满水后给田里的蔬菜浇水。一桶水也没多少，一桶一桶地提可是十分累的。有一天，人们发明了水车，它能借助风力或水力持续不断地为田里浇水，这样就节省了许多人力，田地里的庄稼蔬菜也得到了充足的水份。这不是既提高了效率，又节省了时间吗?

之前，人们以为火车是不能翻山越岭的，可是詹天佑坚信火车是可以翻过高山的。他思考了很久，在山上做了一个“人”字形的轨道，降低了火车爬山时的坡度。火车顺着人字形轨道“隆隆”地向前开着，从地上到山顶，再从山顶到地上，方便了许多，也比绕路快了许多。这不也是因为用了另一种方法，提高了效率吗?

大自然中，也有许多这样的事例。就像植物爬山虎，它虽然没有树一样的枝干，可它有向前冲的勇气。它会借住一些房屋、路边的电线杆一直向上攀援。它不会一直向上猛冲，当一条路走到头时，它也会再寻找另一条路。还有路边的小河，它们从不会和困难硬碰硬，它们会绕开困难，继续向前，奔向心中的大海。我们，不也应该向它们学习吗?

所以，当我们在生活中遇到无法克服的困难时，不妨冷静下来，换个思路，你也许会走向通天大路，毕竟，走向成功的道路绝对不止一条。

With the increasing use of cell phones, spam message has become a heated problem. According to a survey, on average, people receive about 40 pieces of spam message per month. Spam message can disturb, confuse, or even threaten people at any time.

Generally, there are two tesons for the spam epidemic. On one hand, due to the face that text message is a comparatively cheap channel, many companies take advantage of it to advertise their products or servies. Whether people are willing to receive the message is neglected. On the other hand, those holding lots of imformation on cell phone users sell the information and make money our of it.

To solve the problem of spam message, people should make joint efforts. The government should set up laws to severely punish the illegal advertisers and those who disclose information. Cell phone researchers and developers should upgrade the products and enable them to delete the spam automatically. Should people ace together, they will be free from the spam message.
