这其中固然有部分是利益冲突引起的(例如不同于某些国外城市出租车少而私家车多的情形，国内的出租车司机容易感受到专车和摩拜单车在“抢生意”)，但恐怕更大程度上可归结为：不同社会条件带来的水土不服，因为共享经济要顺利运作，原本就需一系列前提保障，尤其是规则意识、契约精神以及一种强调权利与责任对等的个人主义。
