1. 作品应能反映北京城市风光、都市娱乐、人文风情、京郊山水、乡村民俗、特色餐饮、冰雪资源;以及近年来如田径世锦赛、APEC会议雁栖生态示范区等热点内容。题材需与旅游相关，画面必须是在北京行政区划内拍摄，如能用一组图片概述北京旅游各方面更佳。

2. 参赛作品拍摄时间四季皆可，作品需为2010年以后拍摄。主办方设立“古典北京”、“现代北京”、“人文北京”、“ 山水北京”、“创意北京”五个征稿单元，并推出相关拍摄提示，供影友参考。

(1)“古典北京”：凡能反映北京名胜古迹、老城街巷风貌等的图片均可投稿。

(2)“现代北京”：凡能反映北京现代城市风貌、标志性新街区、新地标建筑群等的图片均可投稿。

二、作品要求：

1. 本次影赛以征集组照为主，每名作者不限投稿数量，每组照片数量不少于6张，不超过12张。本次评选评委主要从组照总体效果进行评判，优秀单幅作品亦可参赛，并给予同样奖励。

2. 参赛作品应是新近拍摄的作品。作品力求创新，用新视野、新角度反映与北京旅游相关联领域的方方面面。

3. 投稿作品必须保留数码照片拍摄信息(EXIF)，上传作品为jpg格式，长边不小于3000像素并须保证能够提供300dpi拍摄原稿，单幅图片大小不小于2兆，否则视为无效作品;

4. 传统照片参赛作品尺寸不小于l0英寸，必须保证能够提供作品原始底片或数码文件，否则视为无效作品;

5. 参赛作品一律不装裱，不人为后期制作边框;所有参赛的作品仅限于裁剪、亮度和色彩调整，不应使用画面拼接等PS手段。

6. 所有获奖作品，均需提供图片原始底片或原始数码文件。如无法提供底片或原始数码文件，则提供的图片应长边不小于12英寸，数码文件长边不小于4000像素、分辨率为300dpi、图片大小不小于5兆。

7. 所有获奖作品，主办方均将于评选结束后，在北晚新视觉网上进行公示。

三、 征稿时间：

即日起至2016年3月31日，4月15日总评，4月30日前揭晓。

“古都新拍•北京旅游摄影大赛”共计进行3次月评，一次总评。

第一次月评：2016年1月31日截稿，2月5日评选。

第二次月评：2016年2月28日截稿，3月5日评选。

第三次月评：2016年3月31日截稿，4月5日评选。

总评：2016年4月15日。

参加时限以主办方收到邮件时间或邮戳时间为准。获奖结果每月将在北京晚报及北晚新视觉网公布并进行作品展示。

四、奖项设置：

“古都新拍•北京旅游摄影大赛”设月评和总评两个阶段：

1. 月评环节(总计三次)：

(1)每次评选20组月评奖，各奖励800元奖金或等值奖品(获得此奖将不再参加总评)。

(2)主办方还将同时评选30组入围奖，搭上总评直通车，直接参与大赛总评(此环节奖金待总评后发放)。

2. 总评环节：

所有入围奖作品共计90组参与总评。总计评出：

金奖1名：奖励5000元奖金或等值奖品。

银奖10名：各奖励3000元奖金或等值奖品。

铜奖20名：各奖励2000元奖金或等值奖品。

入围奖59名：各奖励1000元奖金或等值奖品。

(获奖者须按国家规定缴纳所得税，税款由主办单位代扣代缴)。

六、 影赛其他事项：

1. 参赛者须拥有照片的著作权，并获得参赛照片中所包含人物肖像权的使用许可以及其他法律规定的许可，同时须保证上传的照片不侵犯任何第三人的包括但不限于著作权、肖像权、名誉权、隐私权、商标权、商号权等法律保护的各种权利和利益。

2. 如参赛作品最终获得本次摄影大赛的金奖、银奖、铜奖、入围奖、月评奖等任意一级奖励，获奖人应同意，其参赛作品可供北京市旅游发展委员会、北京北晚新视觉传媒有限公司无限期免费使用，用于宣传、广告、展览、新闻发布、图书画册制作等合理用途。主办方承诺不得将图片进行销售谋利。作品版权归获奖作者本人所有。

3. 所有参赛图片，主办方将收录于本次影赛结束后所建成的“北京旅游图片库”，日后如使用将支付稿酬(稿酬待定)。参赛者如有异议，可在投稿中声明不同意将图片上传至该图片库中;如未声明，即视为同意主办方将作品上传至该图片库当中。

4. 参赛作品须为本人独立完成的原创作品且须未在其他比赛中有获奖项，不得拷贝、仿冒;评审后如被检举参赛作品不符合本赛制要求的，经主办方查证属实者，取消获奖资格，取消之奖项不再替补。如已领取奖项者，主办方有权追回原奖项。

5. 参赛者填报信息和提交参赛作品之行为，应视为该参赛者充分理解本赛制之内容，并承诺接受本赛制约束。

6. 本次大赛最终解释权归大赛主办方之一北京北晚新视觉传媒有限公司所有。

Some people regard it as a pollution-free industry; others think of it an invisible school, Both are based on an accepted fact that tourism cannot only produce profits bearing no pollution along with, but help broaden knowledge and fortify healthy. Aside from the above there exists awidespread theory, claiming that whatever is of the ability to increase in capital belongs to productive industry. In this sense, tourism should hold a position in the scope and ought to be treated as such.

It is true that there is some sense in the theory, yet another equally or even more important aspect should be granted more publicity to. Tourism, in terms of its objective purposes, has a social function which contributes to human communication. Coming from vadous social backgrounds, having motives and goals of every kind, tourists get together, draw close and exchange ideas of their own, from which a fresh state of mind will be created. So what kind of production is it? To the question we should have good reason to give a proper answer: it is a spirit production, a reproduction of relations of production. And the more frequently such exchanges are made, the more good they will do to promoting social and economic development of the mutual. If it is the case that making money through tourism means a dent we have made, so it foretells a fortune to provide cultural service along with tourism. Therefore, to keep close eyes on the latter involves changing our minds first, that is, tourism is by no means a pure economic concept, but takes plenty of ideological activities as its content.

To sum up, unlike other economic forms, the profits from tourism economy cannot be measured completely by means of how much output value, profit, and foreign exchange it will produce. In addition to the reputation of pollution-free industry, its social and far-reaching profit should be probed more deeply. Last year I went to the Great Wall and found many people had left names and ugly words on the Wall, which destroys many historic bricks. In my opinion, such people should feel ashamed of leaving their marks on the great relics which were created by our ancestors.

So personally, I quite agree with this brilliant project though it has caused criticism from some people. The Great Wall would be ruined one day if we didn’t take any steps to protect it. 嗨！大家好，我是王致远，今天我将带着大家来参观奥林匹克公园，祝大家看得愉快。来到门前，能看见有四五个警察和一系列安检设备，有一个检查包，一个检身的。由于我们什么都没带，以顺利通过安验。游人如云，三个一群两个一伙地玩着、看着、说着，洋溢着快乐的微笑。

进入大门，首先映入眼帘的是又高又大又宽又阔的水立方，怪不得叫水立方，全身是淡蓝色的。远看好像一个装满水大方盒，离近了仔细一看，哈！哈！又像一个用蓝宝石做成的方块，真精美。最精细要算那些蓝石头上的白点儿，那白点儿是装水口，每天都要从这里换水。水立方是游泳比赛的赛场，现在竟然变成大型游泳池子，难道比赛一次就废了，有些可惜了。
