首先，通过考试发现很多学生基础知识掌握不牢固，例如单词书写题失分很严重。通过看试卷发现有一部分学生是确实不会，这是平时我要求不严格造成的，在以后要严格要求，多听写，让学生在基础题目上争取不失分。还有部分学生是粗心造成的失分，单词会写，但是出现漏写字母和漏写S的情况。考试前老师都要求做题要细心，但是发现很多学生做题后根本不检查，粗心造成的失分很严重。

其次，发现学生做题中经常出现抄错题目中单词的现象。这在平时的考试中就有发现，但是强调后仍然出错。例如When is your birthday？连词成句写成When is you birthday？这样的现象不是发生在一个学生身上，很多学生都是这样粗心，平时发现就纠正，但是效果不是很好，不知道其他老师有没有好的做法？

最后就是跟我对学生要求不严格有关了。步入五年级，很多学生学习兴趣下降，两极分化加大，后面的学困生越来越多，如果放弃很明显是不行的，不重视他们也是不行的，要通过鼓励的方法，促进他们的学习，促使他们进步，缩小与其他同学的差距。

★期中考试进行时★

众考生见监考老师已就位，皆惊慌失措，操起手中的资料猛翻，考场中立即掀起了一轮“热身”运动。监考老师怒曰：“现在开始考试，把所有带字的全部上交！如有人作弊，后面有墙，自己去撞！”全场马上沉默下来。

经过一番过关斩将，大部分试题已经被我搞定，只有几道极变态的还没被拿下，于是我准备搞个特殊行动。先看看情况，晕，B君手持一纸条，正奋笔疾抄，眼睛和手配合得恰到好处；小C的第N个纸团在空中划过一道优美的抛物线后落在了指定地点……

监考老师终于按捺不住，大喝一声，正忙活着的B君被突如其来的声响惊倒在地。老师惊叹：“我只打个喷嚏，干吗那么大反应！”惊呆的众兄弟见监考老师声东击西之功力如此深厚，也只好收敛一点，我也不敢轻举妄动，只好取消行动计划。

又经过一番“瞎蒙”后，我的试卷上已不见空白，于是我长舒一口气。

The main reason is that peoples brain better than computer. Firstly, people design all kinds of computers programs. Secondly, computer doesnt have logistic ideation. That was a morning in the early of June. I took a bus to my school in the suburb which was surrounded by rice paddies and ponds. The sky was gray with the gloomy clouds congregating gradually along the far eastern horizon. "There must be a heavy rain soon." I spoke to myself.

When I hurried into the classroom, the sky, gray before, was shrouded now by black clouds, darken to twilight, I felt quite stuffy, while it was quite calm, without wind. There are many factories that bring pollution to us. We can not have fresh air in the morning. This is mainly because of the poisonous smoke coming from factories, especially chemical ones. In rivers, seas and oceans, there are industrial wastes. Some factories just throw their wastes into seas or let them flow into rivers. When people drink the water from such rivers, they get poisoned. Besides, there is rubbish from ships and when sometimes an accident occurs in an ocean, oil flows out from tankers.

On land, the accumulation of rubbish in the streets may dirty the city and ruin our health. This is mainly due to the improper disposal of rubbish by people.

If we do mot fight against pollution, surely one day all of us will be killed. Some people like to put the blame on the industrial revolutions. On the contrary, the pollution problem will be solved only with the help of modem science and technology.

前几天，我们进行了紧张的期中考试，分数结果出来了，考得不太理想。

11月4日上午前两节课考试语文，伴着清脆的上课铃声，监考老师神采奕奕地走进了教室，我们吵吵闹闹的教室顿时鸦雀无声安静下来。我心里紧张又激动，像“十五个吊桶——七上八下”，心里“咚咚”直跳。老师把卷子一张一张发给了同学们，我迫不及待地把卷子从头到尾看了一遍后，这才松了一口气，发现题并不难，都是学过的内容。接着开始认认真真的write了。做完后又仔细的检查了几遍，这时下课铃声响了，我兴高采烈的交上了试卷下课出去玩了。接下来考试了数学，下午考试了英语，我做的都很认真。

过了几天考试卷子的分数终于出来了，语文94.5分，数学99分，英语97分。语文是错了一个多音字和作文扣了3分，数学是小看那道题了，唉！大意失荆州，括号里填错一个。英语是听力题和复数词、单数词选错了，真是不应该啊！以后我在考试或平时的作业中，一定要认认真真把题读上三遍后，彻底理解题意再下笔做。作文要写得句子优美流畅，按照小城说雨老师说的方法：（一天最少读20分钟的好词和精彩片段。）文章要写得长一些，老师说写得再好短了也是不行的。

我准备以后要按下列几项来要求自己：

1.上课认真听讲，记住老师说的每一句话。跟随老师的思路来想，按照老师的话去做。

2.写下老师说的重要点，做好课堂笔记。

3.养成作业前复习、作业后预习的好习惯。

4.老师留下的作业要认真完成，作业做完以后要仔细检查。

老师说：“一次的考试并不代表以后的成绩。”我以后一定要发奋努力的学习，吸取教训争取在期末考个好成绩。

Ladies and gentlemen,From Chart 1, we can see high school students are from different family backgrounds.

Besides local students, who make up 91 percent, eight percent of the students are the children of non-local workers. Another 1 percent are foreigner students.

As is shown in chart 2, sixty percent of them intend to go to university, which is double the

number of those who will attend vocational schools. Besides, the other ten percent choose to go abroad for further study.

In conclusion, it seems clear that our city government has made more efforts to help the non-local workers, whose children can enjoy the equal right of a good education with the city

students. Also with the economic development of our city, more foreigners are attracted to set up businesses here and they are happy to send their children to local schools to learn more about China and Chinese culture. In addition, we have more freedom to choose what we would like to do after graduation. Going to college is no longer the only choice for most of us as it was years ago.

今天是一个非比寻常的日子，从过往同学脸上的古怪表情就可以看出来。如果你随便找一个人问他刚才发生了什么，那他肯定会说：“鬼知道我刚才经历了什么？”那就由我来告诉你吧，今天就是会让同学们产生“文字密集恐惧症”的“滔天罪人”——期中考试。

今天上午除了一、二节课外，就是一场英语期中考试。开考前夕，同学们摩拳擦掌，像一位上战场立刻就会成为“勇士”的步兵，活动一下双手的筋骨，使它一会儿可以大显身手。开考了，有一些“凡夫俗子”开始抓耳挠腮，唉，真为这些“英盲”担心。一分钟，十分钟，三十分钟……时间就这样流失了，考试结束。下课铃一响，同学们就三五成群地凑在一起，进行“答案大作战”。

然而，这场战斗并不算激烈，顶多让“步兵们”缺胳膊少腿，真正的大BOSS——语文期中考试向我们发起了“挑战书”。

语文期中考试卷发下来，在还不能答题的这段时间里，有些同学小声嘀咕着：“天灵灵，地灵灵，太上老君快显灵，保我考个好成绩！”那个样子……唉！真是“家丑不可外扬”。不过好在那些同学没给试卷磕头，如果磕头也磕了，那丢脸可就丢大了。

开始“奥特曼大战小怪兽”了。教室里立刻鸦雀无声，有的同学本是“一问三不知”，可是突然灵机一动，“生”下了答案；有的同学一副生无可恋，无可奈何的样子，让人看着悲伤；有的同学写了一些题目，便开始为自己的“战绩”而自我陶醉。

“战斗”进入白热化了，大家都埋头写作文，教室里静悄悄的，只听到钢笔在纸上“唰唰”划动的声音。“叮咚叮咚……”可怕的下课铃“吼”了起来。试卷上交时，同学们个个都恋恋不舍，不过演戏不过三秒，同学们就开始进行必不可少的环节“答案对对碰”。听了那些高手的答案后，有些同学惶恐不安，联想到父母看到成绩后，自己被“天打五雷轰”的样子。有些同学脸色惨白，魂飞魄散，双目无神，像见了鬼似的。有位同学听了后，拿着笔做出捅自己的样子，踉踉跄跄地走了几步，然后一个“醉鬼卧床”，倒在桌子上，蹬着腿说：“救……我……”然后便装出断气的样子，一系列动作十分好玩。

数学考试对于同学们已经没有威胁了，毕竟我们可是生长在祁老师版的风吹雨打的“关爱”之下，已经对数学有了很强的心理素质。

今天一整天的折腾，同学们最期待的是成绩，因为它的好坏可是人命关天呀！让我们拭目以待吧！

今天，我们又迎来了“一学期”一度的考试——半期考。

为了考好这次半期考，我几个星期前就开始“孜孜不倦”地复习了。但这次与以往不同的是，语文和数学同时考。所以，考前的晚上，同学们不是在做练习，就是在看复习资料。看完了语文看数学，数学练习做完了再做语文。总之就是两个字“紧张”。

虽说是半期考，我们此时的心情却比期末考还要紧张。卷子发下来了，老师忽然冒一句：“今天的卷子很难，你们要认真做啊。”老师说完了话，教室里便再没有什么声响，连同学们的笔轻轻在纸上写字声音和轻微的呼吸声都听得见。“仔细地看，认真地思索！”我脑海中回荡着爷爷的这句叮嘱，并努力使自己集中注意力。这是语文考试，总之只有两个字“紧张”。

数学考试稍微放松了些，但还是有种令人喘不出气的感觉。

中午回到家，我的脑中不断地浮现两个字“分数”！老师鲜红的笔迹仿佛将我从自信的巅峰打入了沮丧的深谷，“分数”像两座大山，压在我背上，让我无法呼吸……

下午，我来到学校，发现同学们都在兴致勃勃地交流着自己的分数和答案。我却一点儿也高兴不起来，既期待，又担心。到了第二节下课我悄悄地走到杨老师办公室的窗口旁，朝里边望了望。没人！我立刻兴奋起来，进了办公室，来到杨老师桌前。一些好奇心强的同学，见我一进去，他们便也跟了进来，天舒和景旭也来了。我们围着桌子站了一圈，一齐在试卷堆中翻找起来，我们互相转告分数。有的人昂上挺胸，开心地走了，有的人则垂头丧气地溜走了。

这就是期中考试，硝烟刚刚散尽的期中考试，既让我紧张又让我欢呼雀跃的期中考试……

时间真快，过去两个月了。期中考试也结束了，各科的成绩也落下了帷幕。当一张张试卷、一个个分数映入我的眼帘，我沉默了，我追悔莫及。

这次期中考试问题全都在我的身上。考试前一天理应熬夜复习，但我却没有，我复习到九点便睡觉了。第一天的考试，我得知数学分数时我本认为这次考试将会很顺利，但其他成绩却让我的心情跌入深谷。我有时认为自己很笨，是一个学不好政治、地理，学不好生物的笨孩子。成绩下来时我总分得了660分，应该与年组第一无缘了吧？曾经还信誓旦旦说要证明自己，要做第一，这真是讽刺，这种不费脑筋只要背熟就可以的科目我却得了这么低的分，89分、89分！89分还能证明自己吗，真是可笑！

我又一次辜负了老师和家长对我的期望，我的心里也很难受，在这里我向你们道歉，对不起。但是我希望老师能够再给我一次机会，我不想让您的失望成为现实的，这一次我真的会改变，我会端正学习态度，我真的会努力，请您相信。第一谁都想要，我并不是没有竞争、拼搏的心，我也很想拿第一。这一次已经成为了历史，下一次我会真正地拼搏，争取第一。这段时间我要彻底改变自己，将那些科目的分数提高。她们用功，我也用功，我还要比她们好，我要立于不败之地。

尊敬的各位家长：

大家好，很高兴在这个阳光明媚的日子里再次和大家交流学生发展问题。我作为班主任，我想把握近期的观察思考，从以下几个方面给大家汇报交流。

(一)学生具体行为反映阶段心理状态。

1、学生发型不符和学生特点，衣着打扮追求时尚。或说明学生年龄阶段对偶像的刻意模仿，或是年龄阶段叛逆的一种表现，或说明她在引起个别人的注意。真正把精力投入学习的学生在这方面追求的是得体大方。家长看到孩子的变化，自己要会思考分析，从中引导孩子把精力投到学习上来。

2、学生的书写潦草，作业没有修改的痕迹。前者说明学生没有学习态度，学习只讲究做了什么，而不注重会了什么。后者说明学生明学而实懒，表面文章做的太多，自己用脑思考太少。家长看到孩子的作业，自己要会思考分析，疏导学生的思想，从培养孩子的责任感慢慢做起。

3、学生作业拖交不交，上课不带上课要求带的的资料。前者前者说明学生自主自立的能力稍差，责任感稍弱，心智年龄较小。这一点我们应该好好的反思，动手就是动脑，我们平时对孩子的成长机遇剥夺太多，爱要有度，溺爱就是一种伤害和弱化。生活中让孩子过的过于优越，过于顺利，可能有的家长说：“现在条件好了，为什么让孩子受不该受的罪，应该让他顺利长大”。这种思维我个人认为要不的，如果这种思维指导我们的做法，我们的任何一个教育行为都和“困于心，衡于虑而后作”。

(二)教师的具体行为反映教育信息。

1、让家长写一封对教师的建议。一般情况下是班主任在孩子犯错的情况下让家长写，聪明的家长会想,其他教师的课堂，班主任不能全面的掌握孩子的学习状态，班主任是班级的管理者建设者，孩子在班主任的课堂上都出现一些不应该出现的现象例如：学生的书写潦草，作业没有修改的痕迹，学生作业拖交不交，上课不带上课要求带的的资料，传纸条，说话等。其他教师的课堂上，学生的表现可能已经很是问题了，用这个机会好好教育自己的孩子，并和老师好好的沟通。

2、学校发起的活动对学生思想建设作用很大。这学期活动较多，我个人认为最有意义的就是给学校已经毕业多年的学生于娟捐款的活动，今天学生在学校学习是学校的学生，将来有一天学生离开生活四年的学校，他还是这个学校的学生，母校不会忘记从这个学校毕业的每一个学生，学生的捐款时严肃的场面往昔如昨。这一点要给孩子合理的引导，这是孩子思想发展的契机。

(三)学生成绩高低波动幅度反应的具体信息。你可以提前给班主任打电话预约，到学校来听课，想老师了解学生的学习情况。

1、基础题失分是态度问题。

2、能力题失分是分为两类：一是学生的具备这方面的能力没得全分数，说明学生的能力还需提高。二是学生根本不会，这是孩子的基础决定的。

(四)给家长的一点建议(引用王金战的博文，有修改)

1、培养学生学习主动性。孩子不主动学习的原因很多，重要原因之一就是家长太主动，以至于剥夺了孩子的主动权，使孩子失去了主动性。孩子习惯了一切由父母包办，再加之为了不引发冲突就听从家长摆布。他已经被剥夺了主动的权利。这样的孩子，恐怕不只是学习不主动，生活中的一切都是被动的，因为他已经不属于自己，这是典型的管的太全面太精细。

家长还要尝试从以下几方面着手：

①明确学习目的，培养正确的自我意识。让孩子懂得自己的成长、进步，都跟个人的心理和行为直接有关，别人和环境只是间接原因。只有目的明确，才能积极主动地参与学习。

②引导孩子在集体中主动做一些事情，担当重任，培养自信和责任感，并将此迁移到学习上，对培养学习的主动性是很有帮助的。

③让孩子懂得做事情都有两种态度：主动和被动。前者是积极的，是充满创造和快乐的;后者是消极的、痛苦的。多鼓励孩子，引导其在主动学习中得到收获和快乐。

2、对孩子的要求要合理。家长不切实际的高期待下，孩子心理压力往往很大。大多数孩子知道自己身负重任，他们会尽心尽力读书以回报父母。学习成绩好的孩子，父母却要求做常胜将军，所以孩子怕别人超过，丝毫不敢松懈。这种情况下，孩子容易紧张焦虑，产生逆反心理;而成绩差的孩子总觉得不如别人，拼命想追却又追不上，心里痛苦不堪。这种情况下，孩子也容易产生自卑、自责心理，成绩往往不升反降，家长的努力适得其反。

家长还要尝试从以下几方面着手：

①绝不能盲目攀比，更不能拔苗助长。

②在客观了解孩子基础上对孩子的学习、生活和未来做科学规划。

3、要有耐心。育人是慢的过程，需要爱心、耐心和细心，育人要扎扎实实，要不得浮躁和虚荣。

In our accommodations, many students have computers. Also we can see in the electronic reading room and the cybercafés, rows of students sit in front of the monitors. Computers play an important role in our everyday life.

We use computers to cope with files and photos etc. And the internet is just a large database and we can get on the internet to search for anything we need through the computers. We can keep in touch with the others with the emails, msn and QQ etc. Enjoying ourselves in music, games and movies can loosen us after nervous classes.

Each coin has two sides. Disadvantages of the computers can also do harm to us. Most of us students use the computers more to play games and chat with strangers than searching for useful information. That’s a waste of time. There is so much rubbish on the net, which are some medium messages about crime or sex. It does harm to our minds.

From all above, we should learn to use computers in our own right ways. The computers doesn’t have no responsibility, it depends on the way we use them.
