每个人都会有心怦怦跳的时候，在这次期中考试表彰大会上，我深深地体会到了这种紧张的感觉。

因为这次期中考试我考了全年级第五名，所以金老师让我代表我们全班在期中表彰大会上和其他班的同学一起分享我的科学学习经验。我努力地思考，认真地总结出了一份关于科学的学习经验。

时间飞快地流逝，转眼就到了期中表彰大会的时候。各班的代表坐成了一排，依次上台演讲。一班代表的演讲完了。二班代表的演讲完了。三班代表的演讲完了。四班代表的演讲也完了。轮到我上台演讲了。毕竟当着这么多同学的面，毕竟当着这么多老师的面，我的心里就像有一只活蹦乱跳的小兔子，在“怦怦”“怦怦”地快速跳着。我根本没有办法让自己冷静下来，只能在心里默默呐喊：“不要怕，你一定能行的!”不知怎的，我已经站在演讲台上了。我的手和脚还在不停的颤抖，心里还是很害怕。眼睛一直盯着拿在手上的稿纸，生怕读错了什么字。时间艰涩地流动着，像沙漏坠入我紧张的心房。五分钟的时间似乎变得比 一个小时还要长。这段紧张而又漫长的演讲终于结束了！回到座位上以后，我长长地舒了一口气，好像把所有的紧张，所有的害怕都吐了出来，如释重负，心里舒服多了。

这真是一场紧张的期中表彰大会啊！

在这一周里有期中考试，我觉得我奥数考得不好，我的奥数考了37。5，因为我以前考的分数比现在多，我觉得我的数学考的好，我的数学考了107，因为我的数学比原来有进步，而且这回附加题给写对了，但不过数学里的算式题，我觉得不应该错，英语的分数我不知道，错了什么题我也不知道，但不过我觉得我考的分数有点少，因为我有几道题不会写，语文里的作文，我考了19。1我觉得考的也不好，因为我给大家拉分了，考完了这些，我有非常非常大的反思。

我的奥数反思就是每一次上厕所早点回来，然后再看奥数书上自己不知道的题问别人，听懂了再找跟上一道题一样的题写，写完再问被人自己写的这一道题对不对，要是对了的话，就在找自己不会的题问，要是写错了就接这问一下这一题怎么做，然后再找和着样的题一样的题写。

我的英语反思就是，把自己没有背过的写到一张纸条上，然后再背不会的，里面不会的都背过了，就把写的单词给划掉。

我语文里的作文也有反思，以后多看点书，然后积累词句，然后用到自己的作文上，就这样我就可以不给大家拉分了。

这就是我的奥数、英语、作文的反思了。

十一周，对于学生们来说如噩梦的一周——期中考试，却给了我们支教老师三天自我反思的机会。从复习到改卷、再到试卷的评讲，看似简单的每一步却夹杂着我们复杂的心情。

依然清晰记得上周复习的时候，把每一个知识点都说得清清楚楚明明白白，而上新课的时候也都特别强调大家一定要认真做好笔记。把知识点都过了一遍，当时感觉心里还是蛮踏实的，也许首先是觉得起码问心无愧了，其次便是因为没有认清老师讲与学生记之间存在的一定的差距这个事实，对学生总有那么一点的期望。事实上并非如我想的那般美好，考试到改卷的整个过程已足以让我认清这残酷的现实。就如从前所说的——"理想是丰满的，现实确实骨感的".

考试当天便已让我十分失望。还记得前一个晚上，我一个班一个班地跑让他们记得考试带政治书，还叮嘱科代表一定要写在黑板上提醒同学们。结果呢？考试当天还是有好几个同学忘记了带书，我可是气急败坏了，东奔西跑为他们找书，各个班的班主任也都挺急的。但事实上我们哪有那么多多余的书呢？即便有，又有多少本是有详尽的笔记的？把所有的书都送到考生手上后，回到办公室待在那默默地生气，怪自己早上没有一个一个班去问带书的情况，同时也怪学生没有把自己的话放在心上。本以为一切都已经过去了，还自我安慰，学生能考出自己的水平，那一切都是值得的，结果我还是失望了……

第一个晚上改的是选择题，10个班，400多份卷子，一个晚上改完，却带来了不好的心情。我们改卷的老师所能看到的，也就只有答题卡，有的学生却偏偏不把答案填在答题卡上，还有的学生只把答题卡填了一半。边改心里便边流血，为什么还会有这样的情况出现呢？明明考试前就已经说得清清楚楚，明明白白，却还是有学生左耳进右耳出……我开始怀疑自己所做的一切是否都是白费的。但当看到依然有不少的学生能拿到满分的时候，心情还是能够有所改善的。第二个晚上改的是问答题，一道非常简单的题，却被学生们答得乱七八糟，明明已经督促好做笔记，原文照搬也没有答出来，那一刻的心情几乎可以说是奔溃了。我已经开始弄不懂每天唠唠叨叨地说个不停究竟有没有用，乖的学生事实上说第一遍就已经记住了，不听的即便我们无数多次地去重复他们都不会放在心上，都不会记得住。而事实上，此刻我才真正明白，作为老师，总被认为是对学生成绩的在乎。而不然，我们更多的是在乎学生有没有把我们所说的话听进去。在应试教育的今天，我们都希望能够给学生们更多，让他们在这条路上走得更远。因而所有的严格、所有的唠叨都变得如此的自然，变得如此理所当然，却又变得如此不被理解，这便是老师的无奈。

到了最后评讲试卷的步骤，听着指导老师苦口婆心的说，看着学生在下面不耐烦地听，伤感顿时油然而生。我们总是说，错了没关系，重要的是要学着去改。伤心的是学生没有意识到自己错了，也没有意识问题的严重性。或许，此刻的我，更多的并非去纠结一个知识点怎么讲了，而是应该去思考用什么方式讲学生能够听进去，用什么样的办法才能不会让学生左耳进右耳出。

诚然，当老师不容易，要当一个优秀的老师更不容易。所以，我还得好好努力，好好学习。

Yesterday was the ninth day of the World Cup. There was a football match between China and Brazil. We know Brazilian Team is the top one of the world. Though the players of the Chinese Team tried their best, they still lost the game. The result of the game was 4:0. I think they did better than the first game.I believe they can learn a lot from Brazilian Team.

One sunny afternoon, when I was merrily riding home, I heard "Help! Help!".

一个晴朗的午后，当我开心地骑车回家时，我听到（有人喊）“救命！救命！”。

I rode to the riverside and found a boy of about five in the river struggling. I jumped into the water, swam to the boy and dragged him to the river bank. 我花了整整半小时的时间才做好整张试卷的三分之而已。当监考老师说在过十分钟就要交卷了。一听这话，我万分焦急，飞快地做试卷来。可能是因为焦急的缘故吧，我平时很快就能做好的题目，我也要想上半天才想出来。就到最后五分钟的时候，我还有最后一到简答题不会做。急得我像热锅上的蚂蚁在烧热的锅上团团转。就在这要紧时刻，我突然想起了以前陈老师对我们说的话，陈老师说我们在考试时要好好思考，遇到难的题目要冷静下来好好思考，那不论什么题目都能解决。于是我就冷静下来，开始好好思考起来。终于，我解决了试卷上最后的一道难题。我心事眈眈的把试卷交了上去。因为我在但心我填空题有三个小空格没有填好，我在想那三个小空格会被扣去几分。

我这次期中考试的成绩很不理想，但我相信我以后回加油的。

期中考试之后，我就开始焦急地等待我的考试分数，终于，报分数的那一天来到了，我考得到底怎样呢？

语文：95第1名

数学：99.5第14名

英语：94.5第５名

总分第６名

这次期中测验，我的数学考得不太好。错题一处，是口算（最不该失分的地方）和附加题（我的强项）。口算是很简单的，可我竟然把小数点后的0看多了一个，结果等着我的职能是“X”。附加题我则是自己无法解释当时怎么乱算一气，结果“＋5”也跟我说拜拜了。唉，一失足成千古恨啊！

虽然数学不幸“跳水”，可语文则勇夺桂冠。这都归功于课外积累和优秀复习嘛，我复习时制定了一个切实可行的计划，每天执行，最后我就等着拿好成绩啦，课外积累则保证了我在考卷上几乎一个年级都被打败的题目没有失分。

这些成绩已经成为了过去。我要扬长避短，争取在期末考试中考个好成绩。

叮铃铃，叮铃铃下课铃响了，最后一场考试结束了，太好了！望着学校美丽的环境，我心旷神怡。心想：我才不和那些同学去对答案呢，万一发现了很多错误，这难得的无作业假期就要泡汤了。

走到校门口，看到那飞扬的柳絮，我不禁地想到了欧阳修《采桑子》中的飞絮蒙蒙。哎呀，考试的时候蒙有没有写成蒙。这样一想，我又不禁地想起了惟吾德馨和酒困路长惟欲睡中的惟有没有写成唯。别烦！我在心中喊道，我还想过一个无忧无虑的暑假呢！

今天，就上我们期中考试的时候我们个个都很紧张生怕把老师讲重点提忘了。

我们到了那里，都赶紧拿出数学书来看，因为数学是第一个考的，我们赶紧复习一下，老师就让我们把书收起来了，发卷子了，我看了看有几道题都是老师讲过的，开始做题了，我还是没有把握能考九十分以上，我做的很快，不一会儿就做完了，我赶紧检查，检查出来了几到错题，我赶紧改了过来，时间过得真快，不一会儿就交卷了，我非常紧张。

我们还有语文和英语没有考，我做担心的是语文，因为里面的题量很大，尤其是作文。

我好紧张啊！

Thank you for taking time to read this letter. As the problem of food safety has been becoming worse and worse nowadays, I am obliged to write to you.

Several days ago, one of my classmates came back from supermarket with a large bag of food. Because of having found a new style of tinned?ish in the

food store, she was very glad. Several other roommates were invited to enjoy the mouth?atering chicken. Unfortunately, after finishing the food, all of my three friends had stomachaches and vomited, their faces having become paler and paler. Due to sensitivity to that kind of tinned food, I escaped that suffer. At that time, my mind went blank. 大家早上好！我今天和大家谈一谈期中考试后的感想。

期中考试结束了，我语数外三科考的还可以，但是思品这门课我才考了二十几分，一下子我在班上的名次就排在了后边。看到别人的名次，想到自己的成绩，我心里很难受，为什么生活在同样的环境里 ，偏偏我考差了呢？

我分析了自己考差的原因：课堂有点管不住自己，爱说话，好动，注意力不集中。老师让我记的内容我没有认真落实。

通过这次考试我还认识到：在我们学习中，竞争非常激烈，一不小心就会被挤下来。

这次我没有考好，总结了这次教训，我知道我错在哪里。我一定要改正粗心大意的坏毛病。我相信：明天是美好的，但美好的明天不会从天上掉下来！在以后的学习中，我会认真听讲，勤奋好学。我一 定要认真仔细的做好每一道题目，用实际行动考出好的成绩，向老师和家长汇报。

期中考试已经结束了，想起这次考试成绩我心里有喜又有忧。

这次考试语文得了90.5分，和上一次月考相比大有进步。主要丢分在基础知识，一下子被扣了8.5分，这告诉我，平时学习一定要在这方面多多注意。数学得了96分，在全班排名第三。在我写的感想里，我以为能考 100分，但是我错了，仍然没有达到自己的目标。英语得了88分，是我考的最不好的一科了，英语卷子还没有发，我也不知道到底都错在哪里。我估计听力部分丢分最多了。我感觉让爸爸妈妈太失望了。不管怎样，英语成绩不太理想，以后我一定要下大功夫，多听、多读、多记、多练，争取下一次考试一定考好。

总体上来说，这一次考试我三门功课成绩加起来总分班级排名第十名，我进步了，心里感到非常高兴。不过，我与成绩很好的同学相比还有很大的差距。我不能骄傲，我要向他们看齐，不断努力，积极进取，争取下一次考出更好的成绩。

Pollution around us

In recent years our life is becoming better and better. But our environment is becoming worse and worse. Its very bad for our life. Now many people have air-conditioners and cars, they produce (give off ) waste gas. More and more trees are being cut down. There are so much sand on the earth (leaving only sand ) . We often see factories pour waste into rivers or lakes. Water in the river is quite dirty. We havent enough clean water to drink in cities. Now we are in danger.
