Everyone may meet difficulties when they deal with some problems. When we experience some situations which we cannot overcome at once, we will get nervous, and they may drive us to the distraction. Fear will bring us physical and mental torture. As a result, the case will get worse and worse. And we will be lake of confidence to finish the task. So learning how to overcome fear is particularly vital for us.

Firstly, we must have a great control to let us calm down when we meet some emergency situations. Thus, our brain will get precious time to think about how to do with this terrible situation. On the contrary, if we are in a panic, the best chance to gain success will fly away. Although it may be difficult to do that, we should do it again and again, and then we will acquire enough experiences to overcome our fears.

Secondly, it is also essential for us to know some good ways which can overcome fear. When you are in a hard situation, but there are some people who still speak negative words to you, just ignore them. You should tell yourself that its my own business, so I must deal with it by my heart, and I cant be influenced by other persons. Psychological hint will become a strong motivation to you to solve your problems. Furthermore, you should focus on your mind to think of how to be out of the wood rather than waste time to do some unnecessary things.

Finally, we should open up our train of thought to think over the situation. And it is benefit for us to let our friends give us a hand. Surely, we must mainly depend on ourselves. Thus, we will overcome our fear, get a strong motivation, and gain a clear way to finish our tasks.

In a word, we should have a good psychological quality to overcome fear.，and we need to learn how to be stronger.

No matter who you are,you must have some difficulties;no matter where you are,you must face with some problems.Thats our life.The most important thing is how to overcome the difficulties in front of us.Therefore,we have to learn and we have to practise ourselves facing with problems.We should not only learn the knowledge but also cultivate the ability to deal with difficulties in school.When we are in the childhood,we learn how to climb to a higher place.That is a kind of basic learning on the ability to solve the problem.With our growth,we should continue learning.

I remembered I had some problems in math homework in one of the summer vacation.I was so worried,because the vacation was coming to its end and I had no way out .I decided to ask my math teacher for help.So,I made up my mind and encouraged myself to call my math teacher.And she was so patient that I understood more besides my homework.See,thats the way and the ability to overcome the difficulty.

Life is not always full of smiles and flowers. Every person has his own difficulties no matter how high his position or how great his achievement is. So it is of vital importance to have a correct attitude to face up to difficulties.

生活并不总是充满鲜花和微笑。每个人都有自己的困难，不管他的地位或是多大的成就有多高。所以要有一个正确的态度面对困难是至关重要的。

Some people feel so dejected about their difficulties that they fall into pessimism; others resort to putting the blame on others, the society or circumstance; still others are frightened by difficulties and give up halfway. All these people don’t use their abilities to overcome difficulties. So their attitudes are negative.

有些人对他们的困难感到沮丧，他们陷入悲观;别人采取把责任归咎于他人，社会或环境;还有些人害怕困难，半途而废。所有这些人都没有使用自己的能力去克服困难。所以他们的态度是消极的。

The positive method is to utilize your ability to clear away your difficulties that appear in your way of life rather than run away from them. Confront difficulties with joyful energy and enthusiasm , and you will find the difficulties are really not so hard as they appear and they will disappear in due course.

积极的方法是利用你的能力去清除你的困难，你的生活方式的出现，而不是逃避。面对困难与欢乐的精力和热情，你会发现其实并不困难，因为他们出现，他们将在适当的时候消失这么难。

Since I went to middle school, I had told myself that I was not a little

kid anymore. I needed to grow up. So the first thing is not to ask my parents

for help at the first time. I should take some time to think about the

difficulty and then figure out the solution. If I ask my parents immediately, I

will never be mature, as I always want to depend on them. But if I can’t solve

the problem, I will turn to my friends for help. They can give me some advice

and I will make my own judgement. At last, the suggestion from my parents won’t

be ignored. It is the most useful.

On Friday afternoon, just came home. A new bike will appear in front of my eyes. It has a blue car, opel brand... I am busy ran upstairs and ask a mother: "here whose is that bicycle?" Mother said: "is a newly bought for you! You see small children younger than you can ride a bicycle, you dont, you also learn quickly!" I am very excited, quickly ran downstairs, try to ride. Cant so good ride a bicycle, riding a fall. I am very frustrated, its time to eat dinner I didnt go upstairs. At this moment I have already fell the was black and blue all over, like the loss of the soldiers. Mother gave me with iodine. I huddled said to mother: "I never dont want to ride a bike!" Mother said: "a la hora, silly child, what is this failure, as long as insist, difficulties can be overcome, ride a bike!"

The second day, my mother and I go to ride a bike, but I always want her to hold me. On one occasion, I asked my mother to hold the no. The mother replied: "help!" I am a ride, wow! Is not difficult to ride! Then I looked back mother, she was not behind me, so I learned to ride a bicycle.

So I insist again rectified, skilled I have been able to ride a bike, now Im a famous player or the neighbourhood!

Through this matter, I know that as long as adhere to overcome the difficulties, everything is not difficult.

星期五下午，刚回到家。一辆崭新的自行车就呈现在我的眼前。它有蓝色的车驱，欧宝的牌子……我忙跑上楼问妈妈：“下面那辆自行车是谁的?”妈妈说：“是为你新买的呀!你看小区比你小的孩子都会骑自行车了，就你不会，你也赶快学学!”我兴奋极了，飞快的跑下楼，去试骑。可自行车没有那么好骑，我骑一下摔一跤。我很灰心，吃晚饭的时间到了我才上楼。这时的我已经摔的遍体鳞伤，像打了败战的士兵。妈妈给我抹上碘酒。我垂头丧气的对妈妈说：“我以后再也不想骑自行车了!”妈妈笑眯眯地说：“傻孩子，这点失败算什么，只要坚持，困难就可以克服，骑自行车就持!”

第二天，妈妈和我一起去骑自行车，可我总要她扶着我。有一次，我问妈妈扶着没有。妈妈回答：“扶着了!”我一骑，哇!一点也不难骑!接着我回头望妈妈，她竟然没有在我后面，就这样我学会了骑自行车。

就这样我又坚持了大半年，我已经能熟练的骑自行车了，现在我还是小区里鼎鼎有名的高手呢!

通过这件事情，我知道了只要坚持克服困难，什么事情都不难。

Mrs Wang decided to make a trip to Beijing.When she told her son about her decision,he was so overjoyed that he jumped up.They began to pack their luggage.When the day came,the son became worried,for noboday would take care of his flowers.They would die if they were not watered.Suddenly a good idea came to his mind. "Mum",he said to his mother, "we can use a piece of cloth to take care of the flowers". He showed her mother what he meant by putting one end of the cloth into the basin, full of water,and the other end into the flower pot.

Three days later,when they came back from Beijing, the flowers were still alive and even started to bloom.

Recently, I have seen an impressive film –Precious, which tells the growing

experiences about a pretty fat black girl, Precious Jones, a girl living in the

Harlem. The film reveals the poor and miserable life in the Harlem, but at the

same time, it encourages people to take a positive and optimistic attitude to

face it, no matter how difficult it is.

Precious is so undereducated that she can not read and write formally.

What’s worse, she is usually knocked around by her irascible mother. Worst of

all, she is sexually assaulted by her stepfather and has two children before the

age of seventeen. Owing to the situation she gets involved, she has to leave

school and is introduced to alternative school. After waging many struggles and

overcoming many difficulties, she finds the goals of life again with the help of

her teacher and classmates.

In the film, Precious insists on keeping her children all the time though

she gets involved in trouble. She has a firm belief that she can get rid of the

past life and start the new one and she really makes it finally. Her insistence

tells me that keeping positive and optimistic would make a great contribution to

achieve dream.

In life, many people are easy to feel frustrated by meeting a bit of

setback. As far as I am concerned, we need to learn to keep positive and

optimistic when facing difficulties so that we have more power to keep and

pursue our dreams.
