开采就造成山上的土地流失，树林减少，我们中国本来耕地面积就少，还要浪费土地资源。而且他们挖好的石头运走，坏的就用挖土机倒在山坡上，现在山坡下的树林已经被滚石砸的差不多了。而且他们又挖了一条水道，把那些带石灰的污水排入溪里，溪水变浑浊，充斥着白沫。现在被污染的地方一只小鱼也看不见。再这样下去，那这个小山村就会失去以前的摸样：山上的树一棵一棵地减少，那些土地慢慢地流失，溪水严重污染，惨不忍睹。我们要是不赶快进行保护治理，那么这个“小世界”将不再美丽。所以我们要爱护树林，保护水土。只有这样做才能抑制住盲目开采，随意破坏所造成的环境恶化。因此我们应该竭尽全力去保护家乡，保护好环境才有好生活。

我的美丽家乡是淄博市，那里有许多好玩的地方。张店公园是我最喜欢的地方，我经常去那里去玩。

包公，真名叫包拯，字希仁。是北宋庐州合肥（现在的安徽省合肥市）人。他和范仲淹一样，一生做过许多官，小到县令大到枢密副使。不管是做什么官，他都认真处理政事，执法如山,铁面无私。所以在戏剧里，专门给他画了一个大黑脸。

在众多故事中唯有历史记载的有关包拯断案的只有一个，那就是包拯在天长县任任知县时遇到的一件事：有一个人，将一名农民告上了县衙，说那名农民杀了一头耕牛，并且把熟牛肉只留下了一点点给自己吃，其它的全部卖了。在当时宋朝的法律规定，民间私杀耕牛是犯法的，但是那个人没有想到这状一告就泄露了自己。原来在前一天那名农民就到县衙向包拯告状了，说有人把他家的牛的舌头割了，当时包拯就意识到这一定是某个仇家有意陷害这个，便让那名农民把牛杀了，来“引蛇出洞”。这件事形象的反映出了包拯的机智。

包拯不仅机智而且大公无私。包拯做官以后对家里人的要求也很严。他曾写过一则“家训”，刻在家中壁上：“后世子孙任，有犯脏滥者，不得放归本家;以殁之后，北吾子孙。”意思是说：谁要是做官犯了贪脏，不许回老家，死后不得葬进包家坟墓。不听者，不是我的子孙。

正因为包拯的机智勇敢和两袖清风这些优秀的品质，所以从古到今包拯一直被人们视为清官。

Education background

In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester,In 1999, I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test.

At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. Presently, I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graduation Thesis.

Research experience and academic activityWhen a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

大二的时候，凭着自己的经验和学术研究,我加入了人工智能爱好者协会,并开始缩小我的兴趣我的未来研究。随着OpenGL和Matlab的工具的发展,我设计了一个仿真程序的运输调度系统。现在已经有不同的研究小组在学院广泛应用。我承担并完成了南京市污水处理厂的污水分析处理项目。这是我第一次把一个实验室的想法转换成一个商业产品,回想起来,我发现自己站在坚实的基础上,在理论和经验,这为我准备了博士课程提供了很好的便利。我未来的研究方向包括:网络调度问题的启发式算法的研究(特别是在GA和神经网络),供应链网络的研究,混合动力系统的性能分析与Petri网和数据挖掘。

My plan of next year

A new year ，a new start，when I stand on the edge of a new year，I can#39;t help thinking about my plan of next year.

Just as the old saying："Well began is the half of the success."So I decide that I should be at work while the others are still relaxing ，and then ，at the beginning ，I#39;m quicker than the others and of course I will get better result than the others.

But ，what I really decide to do is that I must make good of anytime I can spare though it seems impossible. While，I will do my best to live up with what I have planned，and the result will prove it.

Welcome to my hometown! Shanghai is my hometown. It is a modern and busy town. It has a long history. There are many big supermarkets, beautiful gardens and good factories here. It is very easy to go shopping. You can see big trees and nice flowers.There are many restaurants in Shanghai. The food tastes very delicious.You can enjoy eyery minutes of it. Many visitors come here to enjoy it.
