秋高气爽，秋风习习，-月中旬海港小学迎来了第7届田径运动会，主题为“传承奥运生活，积极展示自我”。

我有参与许多项目，但是令我记忆最深刻的，也是唯一一个拿奖牌的项目就是实心球。运动会的第二天上午，天气晴朗，晴空万里无云，让人心情愉悦。来到指定观看区域坐好，就听见广播播报：“请五年级男子女子实心球的同学，到绘本馆门前检录”。我立马起身一路小跑跑到检录处，心情也随着比赛的到来由自信满满变的紧张起来。检录完成后到达比赛区，先是进行五年级女子实心球比赛，前三投投完后选出来的选手进行决赛的拼杀。王慧昭作为决赛的头号种子，投了六米七八，赢得了一片哗然，是年级最好的成绩。当女子最后一投投完时，也没有人能够超越，所以王慧昭获得女子实心球的冠军。

男子比赛开始了，我心想：“女子都拿了冠军，我也要努力争第一”。轮到我了，我昂首阔步走出队伍，拿起球退了三步，将球放到脖子上卡住，重心下移，肘部抬高，一切准备就绪后快速滑步，原地换脚起跳迅速借助力量将球向前推出，球飞出了一道完美的弧线。仿佛要飞出了地球，感觉这一投我使出了洪荒之力，当我转身抬头时，看见实心球又飞回了地球，一定是被地心引力拉了回来。裁判老师一测八米六七。场外沸腾了，“哇，8米67最高纪录，大力士呀!”后面几投对我来说十分放松，好像拥有了超能力，每次都在八米以上。终于我不负众望的获得了这枚沉甸甸的金牌。

本次运动会我们班总积分为165分，排名全年级第一，在多个项目中都获得第一名，并刷新了多项记录。我能够拿到实心球金牌，我要感谢我的爸爸妈妈。是他们的陪伴与指导，是他们教会了我如何抓球、滑步、投掷。同时我也付出了汗水和泪水才换来了这枚金牌。我深刻的体会到没有人生来就是成功的，也没有人生来注定会是失败的，只要我们朝着目标努力，不断的从失败中站起来，坚持不懈，就一定会有收获。

终于到齐了，我们分好了队伍，可是这时雨却丝毫没有要停歇的样子，依旧下的很大，有同学抱怨着“走了把，这雨看样子是不愿意停下来了，我们还是该日再战吧，反正时间是可以调的嘛”但是遭到了一些同学的反驳“来都来了，身上都已经湿了，回家反正也会教训一顿，还不如痛快的在雨中踢球呢！”我们大家一致认同了这个观点。

比赛开始了，同学们还是开始了积极的跑动、争抢，并没有因为天气原因而表现出很懒散的样子。同学们身上白色衣服渐渐变成了透明色，同学们的每一个脚步都会溅起一阵阵浪花，最后在同学们不知不觉中比赛结束了，比分并没有分出胜负，而是平局。这时雨停了，出现了太阳照耀着大地。

I spend a lot of time on the homework.. Every day in my Winter Holiday, I always got up late. then I listened to the tape, it was nine o’clock. then I ate breakfast and then I did my homework during the daytime! I’m not very slow but the homework was too heavy!

As we all know, fire is one of the most terrible killers in our modern society.We know that fire is mainly caused by smokers, followed by defective insulations and children playing with matches.In 2002 ,thousands of fire happened all over the country, of which 50 percent was caused by smokers who left cigarette-ends everywhere.Those who smoke should make sure that the cigarettes are stubbed out before being thrown away.Also, smoking should not be allowed in public places.30 percent of fire was caused by defective insulation. Actually I began to make up a dream of becoming a famous singer in the future.

As time went by, I came to realize that my dream wouldnt come true for there were strict conditions of being a singer. But I still took singing as my hobby since I found in music the interests which were lost in the exams. When I put all my emotion into singing a song, it gave me very good and very pleasant feelings, and a good chance to relax. Besides, it was a good way to learn things that couldnt be easily found in life.

Now as Im saying goodbye to my childhood my voice has changed into a deep male voice, and therefore I can sing a lot of songs written for adults. I am often deeply moved, by the melody or by what the song.

在精彩的开场表演和主持人的致辞后，我们就要大显身手了!我迫不及待地拿出扇子和笔，准备开始绘画。
