写博文练笔也很关键，所以我决定，整个寒假至少发博文十篇。我准备写一写我温馨的家庭，写一写读书笔记，还要写一写身边发生的有意义的事情。坚持每天在校信通上交流学习半小时，再评论十到二十篇博文。大家快乐交流，开心学习。

其次，做寒假作业是假期的关键。根据老师布置的作业，每天坚持做一些。语文我准备结合读书和写博文，每天再练写一百个生字，切实做到爱读书、爱写作和爱练字。数学每天需要做四页练习题，巩固自己学过的知识。英语做到多听多写多练，每天写十五个单词，听二十分钟英语课文，向爸爸妈妈讲述英语小故事。

最后，需要锻炼身体和放松心情。

冬天天气寒冷，不能老呆在屋子里，要多做室外运动。比如打羽毛球，跑步等，都是不错的锻炼项目。再利用假期和慧儿一起去滑滑雪，帮妈妈做做家务，这样也能锻炼身体哦!身体是革命的本钱啊，只有身体健健康康，才能更好地完成学习任务。

秋高气爽，秋风习习，-月中旬海港小学迎来了第7届田径运动会，主题为“传承奥运生活，积极展示自我”。

我有参与许多项目，但是令我记忆最深刻的，也是唯一一个拿奖牌的项目就是实心球。运动会的第二天上午，天气晴朗，晴空万里无云，让人心情愉悦。来到指定观看区域坐好，就听见广播播报：“请五年级男子女子实心球的同学，到绘本馆门前检录”。我立马起身一路小跑跑到检录处，心情也随着比赛的到来由自信满满变的紧张起来。检录完成后到达比赛区，先是进行五年级女子实心球比赛，前三投投完后选出来的选手进行决赛的拼杀。王慧昭作为决赛的头号种子，投了六米七八，赢得了一片哗然，是年级最好的成绩。当女子最后一投投完时，也没有人能够超越，所以王慧昭获得女子实心球的冠军。

男子比赛开始了，我心想：“女子都拿了冠军，我也要努力争第一”。轮到我了，我昂首阔步走出队伍，拿起球退了三步，将球放到脖子上卡住，重心下移，肘部抬高，一切准备就绪后快速滑步，原地换脚起跳迅速借助力量将球向前推出，球飞出了一道完美的弧线。仿佛要飞出了地球，感觉这一投我使出了洪荒之力，当我转身抬头时，看见实心球又飞回了地球，一定是被地心引力拉了回来。裁判老师一测八米六七。场外沸腾了，“哇，8米67最高纪录，大力士呀!”后面几投对我来说十分放松，好像拥有了超能力，每次都在八米以上。终于我不负众望的获得了这枚沉甸甸的金牌。

But now, many families have only one child and they regard their child as a pearl. They did everything for the children. Every day, when the child gets up, their parents help him to make the room clean. They also get breakfast ready for their child. When the child is free, they can sleep or do other things, but they neednt do any housework. So many children cant cook; wash their clothes, some dont even know how to clean the floor. 记得重阳节那天，我们一家五口带着愉快的心情坐着车要去外婆家。

Besides that, my dream school looks like a big garden. There are many kinds of flowers around the modern buildings. Sweet perfumes are diffused all around. If I want to have a rest, I can lie on the grass, listen to music by the lake or look out at the flowers from the classroom windows.

The teachers here are kind and helpful. They are not only our teachers but also our good friends. The students are polite and friendly. We all know how to keep our school clean and tidy. There is no litter around the campus.

I love my dream school. We will grow up to be happier there.

窗外，狂风呼啸，沙尘肆虐，天地一片昏暗，能够看得清的，无非是那些无着无落的垃圾袋一类的杂物，隔着玻璃招摇着它们扭曲的身影，对着呆若枯木的我发出“歘欻”的叽笑：“人啊，何必那么沉重，放了你的尊严和自知，且随着这迅疾的风儿，过一会飘飘摇摇的生活吧！”见我没有一点反应的样子，其中的一片儿猛烈地撞到我面前的窗棂上，却软软地歇了力气，落在了阳台上的角落。飘飘摇摇的生活，曾经也很深深地吸引过我，那时啊，心里装着一个诺大的世界，身子攒足了气力，抱着“天将降大任于斯人”的豪情壮志，梦想着“栉风沐雨奈我何，立马横刀笑风月”，在青春激荡的日子里，任着性子憧憬着未来，由着心神左拼右打。高耸的山崖，奔腾的河水，变幻的世界，纷纭的人事，还有我自己渐迟渐钝的心灵，把心里的一个美好世界涂抹的杂乱而无章，终究，自己是一个自己，世界是一个世界。像此时，呆若枯木的我，不被那片纷飞的纸屑所打动，也不会对它的张狂抱有偏见。

“是不是该让自己找一处少有风雨的地方去静住一阵子，看看山高水长？”这么劝说着自己，并设身处地地想像着那样的一个处所，一方水塘连着一脉山崖，青草如坪，风声若颂，雀欢蛙鸣，远望峰峦起伏，近看农夫欣仆，陶然自得，优哉游哉，爰居爰处。

“是不是该让自己丢了心思，在城市的灯红酒绿中放任精神？”这么纵容着我一会，应该能让烦躁的情绪得到一时的安宁吧？美酒咖啡，本就是我这样频有些小资情调的老夫子心里的渴望，让一段音乐缓缓在耳畔缭绕，呷一口小酒在嘴中慢慢吸啜，如痴如醉，如醉如痴。

“是不是该让自己把过去的梦想拾起，不要随波逐流，再造一个自我？”这么着鼓励着自己，抖起精气神，把心智，体魄，承受和思想给了“争名者于朝争利者于市”，用“汗水”拼搏一方天地，坐享“成功”，笑看“人生”。

风，渐渐停了，一弘弯月静静地挂在苍穹，并不清白，却把它独有的娇媚点亮在混浊的空气中，“静躁两不相干”。街道上也没有了往日的喧哗，人们早早地驻留在他们的夜晚，各有各的心思，各有各的梦。我的房间，电视里播放着一段京戏，老生的“咿呀”充满了韵味，“小东人下学归言必有错”，与京腔并不明白的我还真听了进去，通透与胸。一曲听罢，还没缓过神来，一段广告轰然迸出，好不容易顿下来的心神再次回到了纷乱状态，而这时，也劝说不了自己，也纵容不了自己，更不能鼓励自己，“是不是该让我躺了下来，睡他一个浑浑噩噩？”这样想了想，还真是个好主意呢。

我认为，一方面，虽然教育我们应该让人们意识到破坏环境就是伤害人类自己。另一方面，我们应该尽力做一些事情来控制温室气体增长。

Welcome to Suzhou. Today I’m your tour guide. Suzhou is a beautiful place in Southeast China. It was built over 2500 years ago. So Suzhou is an old city with a long history. It’s famous for its gardens and Hanshan Temple. We are all proud of them. Many foreign tourists come to see them. In Suzhou, There are lots of old constructions like Tiger Hill, Beisi Pagoda and so on. After visiting them, you’ll be tired. But don’t be worried. There are also lots of snack shops in Suzhou. They are different from those in Western countries. They are much more delicious than some Western food. Suzhou is a modern city as well as an old city. There are lots of tall buildings and many other modern constructions in Suzhou, too. You can find hundreds of people in smart clothes in the street. What a beautiful city it is!

Chinese food is famous all over the world, if you ask a foreigner how about Chinese food, they will be full of praise。

When we see the movie, Chinese food is praised by the people. Recently, there is a famous movie called A Bite of China, the movie is popular, it introduces Chinese food from different places. The audience is attracted by the delicious food, they never thought Chinese food would be so various. Now the second part of the movie has been made out, more and more Chinese traditional food has been introduced. After appreciating the movie, I begin to learn more about Chinese food, I want to have taste of them. I am so proud of our food, when we talk about it to foreign friends, we can feel their favor of our food. The food is part of our culture, they should be inherited.

There is a big skating ground near our school. In winter, I often go skating there, and I enjoy the sport very much.

At first, I only went there to watch others skating. Some with good skills could skate wonderfully. I admired them from the bottom of my heart. But I couldn’t do it myself. I was only an onlooker. How I longed to skate myself!

I began to make up my mind to learn it. But as soon as I stepped on the ice, I stumbled over myself. At once, some people caught me, and I turned red over their laughter. I became so disappointed that I decided to give up. When I was about to leave, a girl came towards me with a smile and said, "Never mind, try again and you will succeed." I tried again and again, but still fell again and again. I put up with the wounds and pains and stood up and went on trying. At that moment, the girl came up again. She said loudly to me, "Ok, you are doing very well." Then she signed a "V" to me with her fingers. I was very obliged, and with her encouragement, I made great progress. Soon, I could skate quite well.

While doing anything, we often meet many kinds of setbacks, but we shouldn’t lose heart, we should overcome them with confidence instead of getting away from them. Then we will gain one victory after another.
