上午考完的同学在群里发来信息，他们说很简单，评委主要看你的口语能力，觉得背不好的，也可以直接读，我终于有了一些安心。

Im a tall and lively boy. I like playing basketball very much because its interesting. I like NBA, too. There are many famous stars in it. 从成绩分析来看，满分有3个，90分以上的20个。差距就在这一部分上，在平时上课提问来看，只有这一部分同学比较积极，而80分以上的有12个，这些同学，需要在平时多加提问和关注，争取到更高的层次上来。70分以上的只有2个，60分的只有一个，中间力量太薄弱了，可以争取的太少了。剩下不及格的，都在十几二十几三十几分左右，真的是太难提高了，而且，这部分同学不光英语不及格，其他科目也这样，我现在束手无策了。不过，我也不能放弃他们，在期中考试之前，多下点功夫，希望能有所提高。英语在现在来说还是比较重要的科目，如果一开始就不及格，就很难再提高了，所以，对那一部分不及格和六七十分的同学，课后补补课，能提高多少是多少吧。

教学反思

上一周我们学校进行了一次月考，试卷下发后我进行了深刻反思。我班学生人数相对其他班少，现有人数47，及格44人，满分一人，90分以上28人，70到90段13人，本次试卷是一单元检测题，题目没有做过但比较简单，全在课堂教学训练的范围，通过分析尖子生太少，需要加强对尖子生的培养和训练，提高90分以上学生的做题能力，努力打造70到90段学生，加强对这一段学生的辅导和督促。前一段教学从26个字母开始，对学生要求平等，这次通过成绩发现了学生的差异，根据学生成绩，在以后的教学中加强分层教学，减轻学生心理压力，提高学生学习效率。在教学中注重培养学生[此文转于斐斐课件园 FFKJ.Net]良好的学习习惯，提高学生认真细心做题的能力。

教学反思
