We are using up our natural resources and at the same time polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals. If we continue to do this, life on earth cannot survive.

现如今我们的自然环境已经成为一个重要问题。世界人口增长如此之快以至于世界已经变得过于拥挤。我们在消耗自然资源的同时危险化学物品污染着我们生存的环境。如果我们继续这样下去，地球上的生物将不能生存。

Concerned people have made some progress in environmental protection. Governments of many countries have established laws to protect the air, forests and sea resources and to stop environmental pollution.

相关人士在环境保护方面做出了一些进展。许多国家的政府已经建立法律来保护大气，森林和海洋资源以停止环境污染。

Still more measures should be taken to solve environmental problems. People should be further educated to recognize the importance of the problems, to use modern methods of birth control, to conserve(保存) our natural resources and recycle(再循环) our products. 在这个宁静祥和的早晨，父亲缓慢地骑车送我上学，上班族们飞车极速，赶着时间。然而，在这个有序的早晨，我看见了不和谐的“音符”弥漫在天空。

那是一片厂房，有几个烟囱。那些烟囱正在往外“吐”烟，怪不得有那么多雾霾，就是它们惹得祸，它们就是罪魁祸首。

现在中国不少地区将雾并霾一起作为灾害性天气现象。四次雾霾过程笼罩三十个省，在北京，仅有五天不是雾霾天，有报告显示，世界上污染最严重的十个城市中，有七个在中国。

随着空气质量恶化，阴霾天气现增多，危害加重。其实雾和霾从某种角度来说，是有很大差别的。霾在吸入人的呼吸道后对人体有害，长期吸入严重者会导致死亡。

让我们共同携手，创造一个美丽的家园！

我的家乡是一个物产丰富，花草茂盛的地方山东。

我经常和邻居家的小弟弟去小溪边玩，有一次，我骑着自行车带着小弟弟去小溪边玩，这里的溪水清澈见底，花草也长的非常茂盛，溪里的贝壳好看极了，有黄色的，有绿色的，有黄色的，怎么数也数不清，我和小弟弟经常在这里打水仗。

可是，在我六岁时，我又一次骑着自行车，带着小弟弟去小溪边玩时，我看到了家乡的小溪发生了很大的变化：溪水变得又黑又臭；贝壳看不到了；小鱼都死了，浮在水面上；又有一些垃圾在水面上漂浮着。看到这场景后，我和小弟弟都惊呆了。

我决定在每年的春天，我都和爸爸妈妈回家乡种几棵树，和家乡的小朋友们共同发起“养一盆花，栽一棵树，爱护每一片草地，不乱丢垃圾”以及让我们的爸爸妈妈“放下方便袋，拿起菜篮子”的倡议。

虽然，我们现在做的只不过是一些鸡毛蒜皮的小事，但是我相信，只要我们人人都有保护环境的责任心，那么我们就会看到一个干净又美丽的世界！

环境保护，这个话题，能够说就是家喻户晓，人人皆知。但在现实生活中，一些人还就是不太重视，认为微不足道，在我看来，环保要从件件小事做起。我就经历过这样两件小事：有一天，我去超市买东西，快到超市门口时，看见有几个散发宣传单的，见人就给，见车就放，但就是有些人却不要，随手就扔地上，我过去将纸扔进垃圾箱里。又看见两个人用胶水将宣传单贴在墙上，远远望去，活像一块块“牛皮癣”趁他们不注意，我又拿出我的绝活“撕纸功”，哈哈，“牛皮癣”被我除掉了一大片。还有一次，我在楼底玩，发现远处草地上冒出了缕缕白烟，走近一看，原先，就是我们班一群小孩在那里点火烧草，草黑了一大片，我以大哥哥的身份连忙制止，并讲了火灾的危险性和环保的重要性。他们羞愧难当，赶忙从附近端来水把火熄灭，结束了烧草行动。

我们人类都生活在一个星球上，那就就是地球。地球上，此时有供我们呼吸的氧气，还有茂密的森林、辽阔的草原、无边无际的海洋、各种各样的动物，构成了美丽的大自然。

但就是有些人不珍惜地球赐予我们的一切，破坏大自然，超多捕杀野生动物。加之各种破坏环境的做法，给我们的大自然带来了越来越多的灾难，此时漫漫的黄沙代替了绿色的林海，波涛汹涌的江河变成了干涸的河床，美丽的风景区变成了荒野。还有大气污染、臭氧层有破洞等这些现象都就是人们不保护环境的带来了恶果。从前，我家乡的空气就是清新的，天空就是湛蓝的，真像一幅五彩缤纷的画，好不美丽！但此刻，车子它排出了污染空气的乌烟，此时多了工厂后，排出了污水，水变成黑色发出臭味，造成严重的污染。我家乡附近有一个垃圾筒，人们把垃圾倒在那里，甚至有些人还把垃圾丢在垃圾筒外。每到夏天，那里就成了苍蝇蚊子之类的栖息地，风一吹，可恶的白色污染也来凑热闹。在垃圾筒旁有一口池塘，此时水上漂着一些泡沫垃圾，水又黑又脏，里面的鱼儿都已经死了，塘水死一般的寂静。

我想大声呼吁人们：地球属于我们人类，属于我们大家，此时只要用我们的双手，从我做起，从人人做起，保护环境，爱护地球上的自然资源，让清澈的塘水依旧流淌在家乡，让花儿依旧那样鲜花盛开。

人类啊，就是就应觉醒的时候了，睁开眼，看看我们的周围，这就是我们的家园啊，此时让我们从此金盆洗手，用自我的双手，用自我的智慧，用自我的良心，为我们的子子孙孙留下一个和谐、美丽的家园吧，让我们为我们世世代代的绵延生存做出一份努力吧！

大自然是地球上一切生物的母亲，她给与我们无穷的恩惠。人们的衣、食、住、行都来自于大自然的无私馈赠。亿万年来，人类与大自然与谐相处。

人类的科学技术突飞猛进的发展，给我们带来了不可想象的物质文明：火车、汽车、电脑。科学技术是一把双刃剑，它在造福人类的同时，也在无情地掠夺与破坏大自然：砍伐森林、开垦荒漠、滥采煤炭、石油、地下水，大量的工业废水倾入河中，农药、化肥的过渡使用，废热废气的大量排放，白色垃圾到处飞扬。

当人们还陶醉在科学技术发展中的时候，大自然的惩罚开始了，地表温度的不断上升，沙漠化的进一步加剧/，地下水不断下降、洪水、海啸日益风暴，疯牛病、非典、禽流感，可以想象，如果人们还不觉醒改造环境，改造大自然，要不了多久，地球上将找不到可以饮用的事务与水源，可以呼吸的空气，大量的植物濒临灭绝，天空一片昏暗，高山没有积雪，人类将遇到灭顶之灾！

自然环境破坏严重，环境保护迫在眉睫！保护环境，就是保护人类自身！

我相信，只需我们团结起来，齐心协力保护环境，我们头顶的天空会变得湛蓝透亮、山会郁郁葱葱、荒漠会变得绿草成荫、河会变得清澈见底、森林鸟兽成群，田野更会果实累累。

大自然母亲会变得温与、美丽，给予我们更多的恩惠。

雾霾是一种雾，不要小看雾这个东西，它可以看得见，但是摸不着，所以每当雾霾这种现象来临后，天空就像被蒙上了一种看得见又摸不着的灰色的布，到了那个时候，白天云灰暗淡，一点儿阳光都无法看到，晚上甚至走路连地下的石头都看不到，就如人们近视了一样，没戴眼镜，看什么东西都模模糊糊的。

而且雾霾中含有灰尘和细菌，一但被呼吸入体内就会得病毒感冒。如果气管不好也会得支气管炎，而且还含有有害物质，而雾霾则是汽车排放的尾气是使空气受到了污染，不仅仅是一辆车排放的尾气，而是很多很多辆车的尾气集中在一起，从而形成的雾霾，如果是一辆车的。是远远不能形成的，而且城市里的汽车的数量太多，而且每一个人家都会开车，这就是形成了雾霾的主要原因。

而且不仅是汽车尾汽，施工时会有大量的沙子，泥土。而且施工的这些车子的尾气，也会产生比较严重的雾霾。拆除房子时大量的砖瓦倒地，风中含着浓重的沙子，泥土，砖瓦的气味，这些都使空气中的指数含量大大降低。

因此，我觉得保护好纯净的空气。应该从自己做起，因此我每次去学校时，总是起早些让爷爷开电瓶车去学校。电瓶车是用电的，不会产生污染。到学校也快，真是两全其美。

我觉得保护环境，应该从我做起。

保护环境，人人有责，爱护空气，从我做起。你见过污染空气时的壮大场面吗？我就亲眼看到了这样的场面。

星期五，在我放学回家的路上，我突然看到前面有一股黑乎乎的浓烟腾空而起，接着又听见了“突突突”的声音，我心想：难道是失火了？再定睛一看，哪是什么失火呀！原来是一辆摩托车打不着火了。唉，烟气挺重，还有刺鼻的气味，我赶紧闭着眼睛，捂着嘴巴跟鼻子，快快的跑过了这段路。

回到家，在路上的情景仍然在我脑海里漂浮着。这辆摩托车排出的废气实在是太大了，不但污染空气，对人的身体也有损害。如果这个世界上没有电动车，公共汽车，只有摩托车，私家车，这么空气中到处都是排出的废气，马路上也都是车，蔚蓝的天空再也找不到了，只剩下灰蒙蒙的天空，不少人也都生了病，恐怕这个世界离灭亡也就不远了。

所以，我们出门的时候应该多乘坐公共汽车，骑电动车，自行车或者步行，减少废气的产生，让我们为拥有一个美丽，干净，跟谐，清新的大自然而努力吧！爱护环境，人人有责！
