1：学习态度：学习态度要端正，上课不搞小动作，认真听讲，积极发言，仔细做好每一道题，不懂就问，主动和同学商量，向老师请教。

大家心目中的初中生活都很累，其实也不会太累，只要合理地安排时间，初中也可以很轻松地。

首先呢，可不能像小学时那样贪玩了，再说了，每天晚上八点多才回家，然后洗个澡，请问你还可以玩多久？……初中的学习越来越紧张，千万不能老师在讲台上讲课，自己却想着啥时候下课，叽哩呱啦也不知台上讲的啥，一下子就跟不上进度了，也应了句古话：“学如逆水行舟，一蒿松劲，不进则退，”学习，可一蒿都不能松呀！

再呢，千里之行始于足下，每一步都要踏踏实实地走，“逃得过初一逃不过十五”。课堂上，勉勉强强、混水摸鱼倒可以，以后呢？考试怎么办？小学时作次弊也不是不行，但你可以作一辈子的弊吗？连初中的考试作弊都行不通，高考呢？想都别想！所以呀，做什么事都要凭自己的本事，依赖一些不光彩的“手段”是不行的。凡事要凭良心，话说“不做亏心事，不怕鬼敲门”。做完一件事，要看看自己是不是问心无愧，只有踏踏实实地走每一步，才能稳稳当当地做每一件事。

以后不能再睡懒觉了，“早起的鸟儿有虫吃”。要早起，当然就要早睡，争取睡足8个小时，那样上课才不会打瞌睡，一天都精神百倍！午休时要好好睡，不然晚上的晚自习可就变成“难民营”了————全是“鬼哭狼嚎”！要记住——“一天之神在于休”！

不可以挑食！方便面别多吃，那家伙，没啥营养！食堂里的饭菜才“合格”。千万别因为赶时间不吃早餐，这么做对胃不好，对整个身体都不好。加上早上还要晨跑，空腹运动伤身体！小心“饿梦”，那样食欲比求知欲更大，小心肚子敲锣打鼓对自己威！

上学时，别追星，太狂热可不行。就算超级大牌的明星抬着大轿请我都是不行的！第一是根本没时间看电视，第二是这样会影响学习的。

虽然这样的初中生活并不如意，但我相信，这初中生活一定会跟吃了伊利苦咖啡雪糕一样————先苦，后甜。

一、作息时间

无论春夏秋冬、放假与否等，都要严格遵守以下作息时间：

1、早晨6：40起床，3分钟穿衣时间；

2、早餐6：50准时吃饭；

3、7：10出发上学。

4、中午11：50之前到家，中途不能玩耍或去同学家逗留；

5、12：40之前结束午餐；

6、12：40———2：30进行午休：

7、2：30分出发去上学；

8、下午放学后，5：45准时回家。

9、晚上8：00之前休息，遇有特殊情况延长至8：30分。

二、学习方面

1、在上课的前一晚上，应提前将第二天所学书籍找好，第二天暂时不用的书籍留在家中。不能将所有书籍一律带至学校，这样可以减少不必要的重量；

2、上课不准走神，不准说话，不准睡觉，不准玩，认真听讲，积极配合老师回答问题，认真独立思考。下课后，休息一下，放松一下；

3、对老师布置的作业认真独立完成，不准应付，一些家庭作业完成后，主动让家长检查；

4、在学校尊敬师长，团结同学，做一个有礼貌、有修养的小学生；

5、每天坚持独立写一篇日记，可以把当天发生的人和事记录下来，也可以写遇到的景和物，每次字数不限，但应工整不能抄袭别人及书本上的范文。每天应于睡觉前交由父母检查，每次日记不能提前完成任务，也不能拖延完成。

三、生活方面

1、每次睡觉前，应将第二天所穿衣物提前找好，放在自己的床头；

2、每次睡觉前，应做好个人卫生工作，先刷牙，后洗脸，再洗脚。不能因时间晚或加班学习而偷懒；

3、从20xx年5月1日以后，每次上学放学由自己骑自行车去，如果时间充分，也可以步行前往。以后父母不再去学校接送，如果遇有特殊情况，可以接送；

4、在生活和学习过程中，对于父母的意见和批评，应当虚心接受，不能讲理或者顶嘴。

结束了新年的喧嚣，我们又迎来新的一年。新的学期，什么都是新的，也要给自已一个新的打算，计划一个新的目标。

今年就要进入初中学习，为了在初中阶段能尽快的进入学习，我要在六年级的最后一个学期打好基础。做到课前预习，课后复习。在上课的时候，我还要认真听讲，积极举手发言，不做小动作，不窃窃私语，集中注意，养成爱动脑，爱思考的好习惯。回家之后认真，仔细地完成老师布置的作业。在语文方面，我会多看作文，多做阅读练习题，提高写作的水平;在数学方面，我要多做口算题，多做应用题，多学奥数，多做奥数题;在英语方面，我会每天都把英语课文读几遍，再听磁带，把单词，课文，句子都背熟;在科学方面，我会不懂就问，积极钻研，养成爱做笔记的好习惯……总之，在新的一学期里，我会更加认真地学习各个学科，全面提高自身素质。挖掘，激发自身所有潜能。

这是我在六年级的最后一个学期里，在这个学期里，我会在学习方面不断地冲刺，奋斗，发奋向上!当然这一路不会是一帆风顺，它总会让你有黯然流泪的时候，不过暴风雨过后才会有彩虹，我们要学会坚强，勇敢，这样才不会被任何困难打到!那么，我们需要一步一个脚印，踏踏实实地做学问，“书山有路勤为径，学海无涯苦作舟。”让我们共同探索未知世界，向着自己的目标，努力执行自己所定下的计划!前进!前进!
