偶尔，我们订的酸牛奶过期了，我便把它用来浇花，听妈妈说，用过期的酸牛奶浇花的效果比用肥料浇的效果还好呢。但是，大家请注意：不要浪费哟!

想必大家都听说过要保护环境，但我可以肯定很多人都把它当成耳旁风。

“我们要保护环境”这句话我已经听过无数次了，但我所做的只是把自己生产的垃圾扔进垃圾桶里，没有做过什么，直到今天。

今天，我和妈妈、爸爸、妹妹一起去了松山湖，本来想看看那里美丽的桃花和迷人的风景，可看到的却不是迷人的风景，而是草坪上成片的垃圾。走在路上，我不禁想起以前那美丽的风景：草地上一点垃圾都没有，而且环境也很好又一次我们还在那里看见了日落和晚霞，还有美丽的火烧云，以前那里也没有很多人，而且他们都会把垃圾扔到垃圾桶里，所以环境很好。

而且有一点我认为中国应该改进一下，那就是重复利用。

你们有可能认为我说了这么多，认为其实不用保护环境，那可就真是错了，人类因为不保护环境，已经制造了太多的温室气体，让地球变得更热了，冰川都已经融化了，下面是我在一本书上查到的资料：在南美洲的安第斯山脉有许多风景壮丽的冰川，玻利维亚巨大的恰卡塔雅冰川曾经是世界上海拔最高的滑雪胜地，科学家们原以为它至少能维持到2015年，但2009年它就已经完全消失了。冰雪覆盖的格陵兰岛上庞大的冰盖面积是法国和西班牙的总和，但它的边缘也开始变薄，更糟糕的情况可能接踵而来。科学家们估计，如果格陵兰岛的冰盖完全融化，海平面会上升7米，这将是一场全世界的灾难。

而且我建议，大家如果能乘坐火车，尽量不要坐飞机，因为飞机用掉了好多好多的燃料，还排出好多好多的温室气体到大气层中，除此之外，飞机发动机排出的热空气和外面的冷空气混合形成了天空中那道白色的飞机尾迹。麻烦就接着来了，飞机尾迹在天空中散开形成了云，云会阻止热量从地球上散发出去。

全球变暖还有坏处，它会让一部分地区非常干旱，几个月，甚至几年都不下雨，但有些地方成天下雨，有时还会洪水泛滥，让各个地方的水量不平均。

下面就是垃圾要过多少年才可以分解。橘子皮大概需要六个月的时间才能腐烂分解，一个饮料瓶需要100年，一个塑料袋可是需要1000年的时间。甚至有些东西，比如聚苯乙烯（是可耐热水的一次性饭盒的主要材料），等上多少万亿年都不会分解。

2001年，在美国纽约附近一个名字挺吓人的垃圾场被永久性的关闭了。在这之前，它是全世界最大的垃圾堆，那里的垃圾堆得比著名的自由女神像还要高！不过很好的是，现在这个垃圾堆被人们推平，并计划在那里建设了一个环保公园。

我还想向所有妈妈提一个建议，尽量不要用一次性的尿片，因为每天，成千上百片尿片被送往垃圾场，可是尿片需要整整五百年才可以分解。

而且也不要让水源被污染，有着四种东西是最最不可以放入水源中的。1.腥臭的污水。2.有毒的杀虫剂和化肥。没有人会把它们倒进水里，但下雨时，这些东西从农田里冲到河里去了，麻烦的是，水藻特别喜欢这些东西里面的某种物质，最后越长越多，覆盖了整个水面，挡住了阳光，而且水藻死后被细菌分解时候消耗水中的氧气，所以鱼类和其他生物就窒息而死了。3.肮脏的工厂废物。工厂通常建在河流旁边，这样他们很方便获得水源，但它们也排泄可怕有害的化学物质，有许多都有剧毒，鱼类在这样的水中无法生存。工厂还向河里排放很多热水，热水使河水温度升高，氧气含量低。4.令人作呕的石油污染。如果石油泄漏到缓缓流淌的河里，它会在水面上形成一层发臭的膜，阻止氧气进入水中，会使鱼类和其他水生物窒息而死，石油还会黏住鸟类的羽毛，让它们既无法保暖，也无法浮在水上，导致鸟类死亡，而且当鸟类清理自己沾了石油的羽毛时，也会因为吃下油污而死亡。

My Views on Environmetal Protection

Nowadays, the world we live in is becoming more and more intolerable because of environmental destruction. Each day thousands of tons of gases come out of the exhausts of motor vehicles. Smoke from factories pollutes the air of industrialized areas and the surrounding areas of the countryside. Recently,haze weather has become a usual phenomenon here in large part of China. People are forced to wear the mask to avoid breathing poisonous air. Some people think it is impossible to solve the problem,however,from my opinion,if we find out the reason and take effective measures the environment can be better.

If we trace the cause for haze weather,the main points are as follows,first,our countrys air quality standards are rather lax and evaluation factors are limited,so you will see that current air appraisal system has defects. Second,some people just go for economic interests instead of turning out products according to relevant law and regulations. They tend to use obsolete equipment in which they are more likely to emit a great deal of wasted air. Third,across our society,the awareness of protecting the environment has not built up so that people havent formed a habit of using green product and saving energy as much as possible. If we dont take action to show respect to the environment, we will have to face an increasingly awful situation.

Therefore, effective measures should be taken and laws passed to conserve the environment. In my opinion, to protect the environment, the government must take even more concrete measures. First, people should be educated to recognize the importance of the problems, to use modern methods of birth control, to conserve our natural resources and recycle our products. Second, much more efforts should be made to put the policy of population into practice, because more people mean more pollution. Finally,laws concerning environmental protection should be put into effect and enforce strictly just as our government has been doing. To sum up,if we work together to take out such measures,our environment will get better and better and haze weather will vanish completely.

环境保护，这个话题，能够说是家喻户晓，人人皆知。但在现实生活中，一些人还是不太重视，认为微不足道，在我看来，环保要从件件小事做起。我就经历过这样两件小事：有一天，我去超市买东西，快到超市门口时，看见有几个散发宣传单的，见人就给，见车就放，但是有些人却不要，随手就扔地上，我过去将纸扔进垃圾箱里。又看见两个人用胶水将宣传单贴在墙上，远远望去，活像一块块“牛皮癣”趁他们不注意，我又拿出我的绝活“撕纸功”，哈哈，“牛皮癣”被我除掉了一大片。还有一次，我在楼底玩，发现远处草地上冒出了缕缕白烟，走近一看，原先，是我们班一群小孩在那里点火烧草，草黑了一大片，我以大哥哥的身份连忙制止，并讲了火灾的危险性和环保的重要性。他们羞愧难当，赶忙从附近端来水把火熄灭，结束了烧草行动。

我们人类都生活在一个星球上，那就是地球。地球上，有供我们呼吸的氧气，还有茂密的森林、辽阔的草原、无边无际的海洋、各种各样的动物，构成了美丽的大自然。

但是有些人不珍惜地球赐予我们的一切，破坏大自然，超多捕杀野生动物。加之各种破坏环境的做法，给我们的大自然带来了越来越多的灾难，漫漫的黄沙代替了绿色的林海，波涛汹涌的江河变成了干涸的河床，美丽的风景区变成了荒野。还有大气污染、臭氧层有破洞等这些现象都是人们不保护环境的带来了恶果。从前，我家乡的空气是清新的，天空是湛蓝的，真像一幅五彩缤纷的画，好不美丽！但此刻，车子它排出了污染空气的乌烟，多了工厂后，排出了污水，水变成黑色发出臭味，造成严重的污染。我家乡附近有一个垃圾筒，人们把垃圾倒在那里，甚至有些人还把垃圾丢在垃圾筒外。每到夏天，那里就成了苍蝇蚊子之类的栖息地，风一吹，可恶的白色污染也来凑热闹。在垃圾筒旁有一口池塘，水上漂着一些泡沫垃圾，水又黑又脏，里面的鱼儿都已经死了，塘水死一般的寂静。

我想大声呼吁人们：地球属于我们人类，属于我们大家，只要用我们的双手，从我做起，从人人做起，保护环境，爱护地球上的自然资源，让清澈的塘水依旧流淌在家乡，让花儿依旧那样鲜花盛开。

人类啊，是就应觉醒的时候了，睁开眼，看看我们的周围，这是我们的家园啊，让我们从此金盆洗手，用自我的双手，用自我的智慧，用自我的良心，为我们的子子孙孙留下一个和谐、美丽的家园吧，让我们为我们世世代代的绵延生存做出一份努力吧！

环保就是环境保护,让我们有一个良好的生活环境,才会工作愉快身心健康.

由于工商业的进步,带来了各种污染,严重的破坏自然环境,因此做好环保是我们大家的责任,要如何做好环保呢?可从下列各项做起:

一少制造垃圾:买日常用品,最好自备购物袋,以减少垃圾,塑胶袋等不能分解的东西,最好不要使用.

二确实做好垃圾分类:将资源垃圾一般垃圾和厨余做到全分类,资源垃圾可以回收再制成有用的物品,可以减少垃圾,又可以变成新产品,真是一举两得.

三不污染环境,不乱丢垃圾,不制造噪音,不乱鸣喇叭,工厂不乱排污水,汽机车不乱冒黑烟,污染空气,让我们的环境整洁美观.

环保工作,不能只靠政府或某一个人,要靠大家共同努力,做好环保工作,使我们的生活还环境青山常在,绿水长流.

Summer holiday plan

Summer holiday is coming. How excited! I havemade a plan for my summer holiday. First of all, I will go to Hong Kong tovisit my aunt. And then I will stay with her for a while. As Hong Kong is the shoppingparadise, of course, I will ask my aunt to go shopping with me . I will also eatthe delicious food there. And then I will go home. I know that study comesfirst. So I will finish my homework first. After that I will go out play withmy friends. And then I will take a good rest to prepare for my coming back toschool.

暑假计划

暑假即将来临。多么的兴奋啊!我已经为我的暑假制定了计划。首先，我会去香港拜访我的婶婶。之后我会和她呆一段时间。因为香港是购物天堂，当然我会叫我婶婶陪我一起去购物。我还要吃那里美味的食物。然后我就会回家。我知道学习是最重要的。所以回去之后我会先完成我的暑假作业。之后我就会和我的朋友出去玩。再之后我就会好好的休息来为回校做好准备。
