来到画室，其余九组家庭也陆续到了，我们穿上围裙，洗干净手，围坐在桌子周围，桌上有放月饼馅的盆子，有装满了专门做冰皮月饼的面粉盆子，还有各种各样的塑料模子。冯老师告诉我们，做冰皮月饼最关键的是和面做面皮，水的份量要把握好，面粉要和得松松的，软软的，还要做到“三光”，即手光，面光，盆光。而且月饼做完后要放入冰箱冷藏两小时再拿出来吃，这样做出来的月饼口感会更好。

听完详细的制作流程介绍，我兴高采烈的做起了月饼来。我先把面粉倒在盆子里，几次调水后总算做出了软硬适度的面团，然后再把面团压扁，将它分成很多小块。为了使月饼更漂亮，口感更好，我还把那一小块一小块的面团分别染上了不同颜色，黄色的是柠檬味，红色的是西瓜味，绿色的是苹果味，还有蓝色的是蓝莓味。接着左手拿面皮，右手拿馅儿，用皮一点点包住馅儿，包成一个球形之后，把这个圆球塞进带有图案的模子里，用力按压模子，再把它抖出来，哈，一个花纹清晰美观的月饼诞生了。妈妈和冯老师都夸我做得有模有样，十分精致。我好开心，真想立马开吃，可又有点舍不得。就这样，我和妈妈一共做了十二个月饼，然后把它们装入一个漂亮的礼品盒里。

下午，带着自制的冰皮月饼，提着从超市买回来的水果、牛奶等，我和爸爸妈妈一起来到了姥姥家过节。一进门，就看到客厅里人声鼎沸，笑语不绝，爷爷、奶奶、叔叔、阿姨、舅舅、舅妈，还有久违的霞姨都来了，就连门前大树上的鸟儿也叽叽喳喳地唱个不停，更为节日增添了欢乐的气氛。
