The Middle-Autumn Festival is one of the traditional Chinese festivals, it is often held in September or October. During the festival, family members get united and have mooncakes together. Hour Yi ignored her advice and，corrupted by fame and fortune，became a tyrannical leader. Chang-Err，his beautiful wife， could no longer stand by and watch him abuse his power so she stole his Elixir and fled to the moon to escape his angry wrath. And thus began the legend of the beautiful woman in the moon，the Moon Fairy.

The second legend has it that during the Yuan Dynasty，an underground group led by Zhu Yuan Zing was determined to rid the country of Mongolian dominance. The moon cake was created to carry a secret message.

When the cake was opened and the message read，an uprising was unleashed which successfully routed the Mongolians. It happened at the time of the full moon，which，some say，explains why moonquakes are eaten at this time.

Moonquakes are usually stamped with Chinese characters indicating the name of the ry and the type of filling used. Some ries will even stamp them with your family name so that you can give personalized ones to friends and family.

My Beautiful Dream

Last night I had a beautiful dream. I had turned into an alien. I flew my

UFO in the sky. Suddenly I saw some people playing in a park. They were very

happy. I wanted to join them. So I landed in the park and got out of the UFO.

When the people saw me, they were scared. I said hello to them. But they didn t

今天，我跟公公婆婆去清远乡村赏月。

晚上八时开始，我们走上五楼天台的时候，看见星星和月亮，星星慢慢的不见了，月亮越来越明亮，越升越高。从那时起，人们开始放孔明灯，天空一片明亮！我们十多人欢聚一堂，在楼上烧烤，有香肠、鱼干、还有鸡翅膀。开始的时候，我往烤炉里加了点碳，用打火机对着碳打火，这时候，很难点着，我使劲一吹，把火点着了，我把铁网放在烤炉上面，用小铁棒串着一只鸡翅膀，另一只手拿着一颗棉花糖，烧了一会儿就烤熟了。我吃着吃着，一会儿就吃完了。真香啊！大人也抢着烤鸡翅膀！后来又吃了一些月饼盒水果呢！

Sports in our school have changed a lot.Now we have more than 30
