近期，雾霾天气频频发生，越来越严重，也引起了全国人民的注意和关照。中国不少地方把雾霾作为灾害性天气预报。

雾霾是怎样形成的呢?请听我慢慢道来。它是由pm2.5尘粒、烟粒、盐粒等均匀地浮在空中从而形成霾。不过，雾和霾还有本质上的区别。起雾时空气潮湿，出现霾时空气干燥，并且对人体有害无益，长期吸入会导致死亡。

雾霾又是怎样产生的呢?汽车尾气，工业生产排放废气，和鞭炮等都是雾霾的主要来由。少开一次车，少放一次鞭炮。让我们中国人不要再忽视环保。

不过，相对的自我保护也是要有的。为了避免吸入雾霾，雾霾天气切勿开窗。出去旅游，或者游玩时，请戴上口罩。多喝桐橘梗茶,并且适量补充维生素d。还要多喝水，饮食要清淡。

雾霾还会引发许多疾病，如呼吸道疾病、心血管疾病等，各种危害人体健康的大病。

保护自己，与雾霾做斗争是最重要的，雾霾虽然恐怖，但是人们还是想出许多办法与雾霾决战，如：人工降雨等。但是，这毕竟只能小范围短时间地控制雾霾，不是长久之计。所以，大家应该保护环境。

保护环境吧!让这几年的雾霾天气逐渐减少吧!让人们不用因此而死亡!

昨天星期六，早晨在餐桌上吃饭的时候爸爸关心的问我：“周末有哪些作业？多吗？”我回答说：“不多，不过这次作业有作文，快过母亲节了，老师布置的题目是《感恩母亲》。”

“是吗？快过母亲节了！”爸爸惊喜的说，接着爸爸又说：“感恩母亲是必须的，帮我记着时间，到了母亲节提醒我一下，咱们一起去给奶奶买礼物。”妈妈听到后接话说：“其实，买礼物是次要的，平时我们就要用一颗感恩的心去孝敬爷爷奶奶和姥姥姥爷！”

妈妈的话勾起了爸爸的回忆，爸爸边回忆边说：

“爸爸小的时候，那时在农村，家里人口多，爷爷在外地读书，除了老人家里能下地干活的只有奶奶。家里地里里里外外每天都依靠奶奶来忙活，奶奶从没怨言，用一个柔弱的肩膀扛起了咱们全家的重担，在地里头干着男人的活。有一次抬粪，因为粪筐太大装的粪又多分量重把腰给扭了，很严重，医生让她住院治疗，可是她心里惦记着为家里挣工分，愣是没住院，一直坚持着下地干活。因为是一个女人，怎么干工分也比别人家挣的少，工分少庄稼收下来分到的粮食就少，再加上家里人口多，所以家里很穷。但是，家里再穷，奶奶也没让爸爸饿着，每天奶奶下地回家做饭都是用家里的铝舀子单独为爸爸做点玉米面或者白面面条，而奶奶和家里其他人吃的却是野菜根、菜团子，偶尔吃地瓜窝窝头算是改善生活。到了冬天的时候，奶奶用晚上绣花挣的钱买点新棉花为爸爸做棉袄，而她自己一直穿的是不知穿了多少年的硬邦邦的不保暖的旧棉袄。到了夏天，晚上睡觉都是奶奶在爸爸身边为爸爸用蒲扇扇风和赶蚊子，好让爸爸睡个好觉。现在咱们家的生活质量是上去了，却是与奶奶当年的艰辛分不开的，没有奶奶就没有我们家现在的样子。同样，姥姥对您妈妈的爱也是无私的，我们每个人都要用一颗感恩的心来回报自己的母亲，好好孝敬她们，因为每个人的成长，都离不开母亲的操劳、关爱和包容！”

爸爸讲到这儿，我也不由得回想起了妈妈对我的关爱。有几句歌词很好：“世上只有妈妈好，有妈的孩子像个宝，投进妈妈的怀抱，幸福享不了……”我就是妈妈的宝，我从小到大，妈妈没少在我身上操心。

在我的成长里，有妈妈的辛苦和汗水，有妈妈的甜蜜和微笑……妈妈对我的爱就像是是夏天清凉的风，雨天的伞，是甜甜的吻，是船儿避风的港湾。我爱我的妈妈，一位对我来说伟大的母亲。

小时候，在我生病时打针，妈妈在一旁为我心疼的哭；我长大后，有时感冒不好，妈妈焦急地陪着我看西医、找中医，每天为我熬药，看着我喝下去，直到我彻底好转了她的脸上才露出轻松的笑容。妈妈为我洗衣、为我做饭、陪我做作业，我学习上有偏科就帮我找弱科的家教老师，每个礼拜接送我练琵琶，风雨无阻！妈妈对我的爱是甘霖，每时每刻都在滋润我的心田；妈妈对我的爱是清泉，帮我抚平心上的伤口；妈妈的对我的爱是“三春晖”，是任何“寸草心”也无法回报的恩情。

有人说：母亲就像一盏明灯，时刻为我们照亮人生道路上的黑暗；母亲还像马路岔口的路标，指引我们该往哪里前进。我刚想到这儿，妈妈的声音突然打断了我：“陈曼宁，发什么呆？快吃饭，吃完饭抓紧时间收拾一下去学英语，今天天气不好，预报有大雨，别忘了带伞，再就是出门时多穿点衣服，小心别感冒了！”“知道了！”我大声说道。话音落下，心里不由得念到：“妈妈！我爱您！我会好好听您的话，学好本领，等长大了好好孝敬您！母亲节快到了，祝您节日快乐！”
