妈妈切好面块，让我先把它们团成球，然后用手按成圆片。用擀面棍擀成圆片。刚开始我的饺子皮擀得一边厚一边薄，这样的饺子皮儿包不起来，我只好把它们团起来重新擀。没想到皮儿沾了面以后就团不起来了，手一松还掉到了地上。妈妈过来教我擀皮儿：“先把饺子剂子按扁就好擀了，一手拿着皮儿，一手擀，像我这样一边转圈儿一边擀，不要太用力”。
