爬山虽然不用做体操，但一定要小心有蛇和其他不知名的动物，如果是去爬难爬的山，一定要拿登山拐杖，以免受伤，还有不要在下雨过后上山运动，因为场地湿滑，很容易就踩到水滑倒了。爬山还要多人同行，如果被蛇咬到还有人可以打电话，而且去爬山也可以享受大自然的美妙!
